Penelitian tentang penerapan metode tutor sebaya pada materi bentuk molekul bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar, aktivitas dan respon siswa terhadap penerapan metode tutor sebaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Unggul Darul Imarah,.dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari perencanaan, pemilihan tutor, bimbingan kepada tutor, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode tutor sebaya, postes, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data diakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, observasi, tes kognitif dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal dengan metode tutor sebaya mencapai 100%. Tingkat keaktifan siswa diperoleh 88,64% dengan kategori baik pada pertemuan pertama dan 96% dengan kategori sangat baik pada pertemuan kedua.Tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran diperoleh 60,00% siswa memberikan respon positif dan 40,00% siswa memberikan respon negatif. Penerapan metode tutor sebaya pada materi bentuk molekul dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal mencapai 100%. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Meunara Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar dari tanggal 9 Mai 2013 sampai dengan 9 Juni 2013. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah peternak sapi kereman yang melakukan usaha penggemukan sapi kereman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Survey. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Random Sampling, digunakan lembar Quisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Selanjutnya, teknik wawancara dengan peternak dilakukan secara berhadapan langsung. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 50% dari total populasi peternak yang menggemukkan sapi 2 dan 3 hingga 4 ekor sapi dalam satu kandang pada waktu yang bersamaan. Ada pun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 50% dari total populasi yang ada di Desa Meunara Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Usaha yang dilakukan oleh peternak penggemukan sapi kereman di Desa Meunara Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar layak dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil analis maka diperoleh RC ratio sebesar 1,73 dan analis Return On Invesment sebesar 73%. Dapat dikatakan bahwa penggemukan sapi dapat menguntungkan peternak di Desa Meunara Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. This study aimed to observe the process of developing teaching materials done by the teachers in learning process in Jeumala Amal Islamic Senior High School of Lueng Putu, where the conceptual teaching materials was a supportive facility in optimizing the learning and education process to achieve the goals expected. To achieve the aim, this study used qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation study. Subjects of this study were principal, vice principal, and teachers. The results of the study described that (1) the teachers tended to have creativity to develop teaching materials in learning process of Islamic Education (PAI) in Jeumala Amal Islamic Senior High School of Lueng Putu. The creativity could be seen from the variation of teaching materials developed, which came from teachers’ own creativity, school library, bookstore, related department’s aid, or websites. The teaching materials used with their various intensity of use and quality included books, pictures, brochures, mock-up, cassette, and CD; and (2) the effort done by the teachers in developing teaching materials were trying to design and be creative to produce and use teaching materials needed based on the material and sub-material of PAI scope.Keywords: Teacher’s Creativity and Developing Teaching MaterialsAbstrak: : Kreativitas menjadi kunci yang berorientasi kepada efektifnya proses pembelajaran yang di lakukan dan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang optimal. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, serta guru. Hasil yang diperoleh mendeskripsikan bahwa, (1) guru dalam pengembangan bahan ajar dalam proses pembelajaran PAI pada Madrasah Aliyah Jeumala Amal Lueng Putu cenderung memiliki kreativitas, bentuk kreativitas ini dapat dilihat dari bervariasinyaba han ajar yang di kembangkan, baik sebagai hasil kreasi sendiri, disediakan oleh perpustakaan sekolah, dibelidaritoko-toko penjualannya, bantuan dinas terkait, maupun yang di unduh dari berbagai website yang ada. The main problem on ultisol was low of soil nutrient containt, that was caused of Ultisol chemical properties less. The research aim to study the effect kinds of organic matter as bokasi from to improved Ultisol chemical properties. The research was used Factorial Randomized Block Design, there were kinds of bokasi and fertilizer dosages. Kinds of bokasi were sawdust bokasi, rice straw bokasi and stem of soil palm bokasi. Applied fertilizer dosages were 10, 15, and 20 ton ha-1. There were 9 treatment combination with 3 replications, so that there were 27 experimental unit and the research consist of 2 experiment series. The first series was analysis of chemical properties and the second series was applied in maize growth observation. The research result show that was kinds of bokasi giving the effect to Ultisol chemical properties. Using of rice straw bokasi were giving the highest effect and then sawdust bokasi and the less one was stem of soil palm bokasi. Difference dosage treatment was giving the significant effect to ultisol chemical properties. Using of 20 ton ha-1 was giving the highest effect of Ultisol chemical properties. Kinds of bokasi was giving the significant effect to plant height, dry weight of up plant. Interaction between kinds of bokasi and dosages treatment were not giving the significant effect to all observation because the observation was short time. In this paper the spatio-temporal pattern of wolf spiders (Lycosidae) in oil palm plantation was studied. It was conducted at Yayasan Pahang Oil Palm Plantation, Endau Rompin, Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia which were managed by the Yayasan Pahang Plantation Sdn. Bhd in two selected blocks (B36 and B37) for one plot each. Samplings were made from May 2010 to April 2011 usingpitfall trap method and operated at different temporal spans. This was to compare the variations in spatialtemporal pattern at different plots and times. Pitfall traps were arranged in grid 10 x 5 for each plot and the pitfall were flushed into the ground. This sampling method was effective for ground-dwelling arthropods besides it was low cost methods and continuous sampling effort (active during day and night). The samples were preserved into 70% ethyl alcohol and 30% of glycerol. A total of 272 individuals of Lycosidae were collected during the study periods. Spatial pattern of Lycosidae were analysed using SADIE while the maps for the distribution were generated using SURFER. The environmental factors such as soil properties, climatic conditions, prey predator interactions and management practices for the plantations might be affecting the population and distribution for Lycosidae which were needed further investigation.
