Namun pada kenyataannya masih saja terjadi praktek eksploitasi terhadap anak.Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana eksploitasi, bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban eksploitasi, dan kendala yang dihadapi serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk menanggulangi tindak pidana eksploitasi anak.Untuk memperoleh data di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penelitian kepustakaan yang dilakukan guna memperoleh data sekunder dan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana eksploitasi terhadap anak, seperti faktor kemiskinan, gaya hidup matrealistis anak, dan kepentingan pengusaha. Bentuk perlindungan khusus terhadap anak korban eksploitasi tertuang dalam Pasal 59 UU No. 23 Tahun 2002 yang mewajibkan pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk bertanggung jawab memberikan perlindungan kepada anak yang tereksploitasi baik secara ekonomi dan/atau seksual. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan kemampuan aparat penegak hukum dalam memahami hukum anak dan hak anak, kebiasaan yang berlaku dalam masyarakat, gaya hidup matrealistis anak dan orang tua, dan kesadaran hukum korban. This study aimed to get an idea of the implementation of managerial supervision on Private High School Banda Aceh. By using descriptive research methods, qualitative approach, and data collection techniques such of observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects to the school supervisors, headmaster, and staff at private high school in Banda Aceh. The results of research have been analyzed qualitatively show that: The school supervisors has prepared supervision program together at the beginning of the school year, coordinated by the Supervisory Coordinator, organized program assessment results-oriented, monitoring and coaching from previous year. Managerial supervision carried out by applying a procedure that starts with pre supervision activities through coordination and socialization to target schools (sekolah binaan). Furthermore, the scope of supervision is started with the performance appraisal headmaster, teachers and educational staff focused on the management of the school administration. Monitoring activities are directed at the implementation of eight National Education Standards (NES). While development activities directed to school management in order to work in accordance with their duties and functions. Obstacles of implementation managerial supervision is supervisors's own self and from the field, namely: supervisors has not been uniform level of understanding, number of supervisors is not comparable with the number of schools that fostered. Obstacles in the field, namely; number of administrative staff of the school is not sufficient. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the implementation of managerial supervision implemented more intensively to improve job skills. Keyword: Managerial Supervision, School Supervision and School Manager   Abstrak: Pengawas sekolah merupakan salah satu elemen yang memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatan kemampuan kerja personil sekolah terutama dalam hal pengelolaan sekolah. Salah satu tugas pengawas untuk mengendalikan pengelolaan sekolah dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapat gambaran pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial yang dilaksanakan pengawas pada SMA Swasta di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melaui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Para pengawas sekolah menyusun program supervisi secara bersama dan dikoordinir oleh Kordinator Pengawas (KORWAS). Program yang disusun sudah mengikuti pedoman dan berorientasi pada hasil supervisi tahun sebelumnya. Supervisi manajerial dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pra supervisi dan selanjutnya melakukan tiga tahapan kegiatan, yaitu penilaian kinerja kepala para pengelola sekolah, kegiatan pemantauan pada pelaksanaan delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Sedangkan kegiatan pembinaan mengarahkan para pengelola sekolah agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Hambatan pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dari pengawas sendiri dan dari lapangan, yaitu: tingkat pemahaman pengawas belum seragam, sedangkan hambatan dilapangan staf pelaksana adminsitrasi sekolah belum mencukupi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XIIPS-1 SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 20 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes (pre-test dan post-test) untuk hasil belajar siswa, menggunakanlembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa terhadappenerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa persentase ketuntasan secara individual meningkat, pada siklus I terdapat 14 siswa yang tuntas secara individual, pada siklus II terdapat 18 siswa yang tuntas secara individual dari 20 orang siswa. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 62.5% pada siklus I menjadi 87.5% pada siklus ke II. Keterampilan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT meningkat dari sedang (2,5) menjadi baik (3,4). Aktivitas guru dan siswa meningkat menjadi sesuai dengan persentase waktu ideal dan respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT adalah 85% dari 20 siswa menjawab dapat memperjelas pemahaman terhadap materi yang dipelajari dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kausal yaitu peneliti menjelaskan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna atau operator application software pada setiap mitra kerja PASIAD Indonesia. Pengambilan populasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna application software dan kinerja operator secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kualitas informasi akuntansi pada PASIAD Indonesia dengan koefisien korelasinya ( ) yaitu sebesar 0,572 dan nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama motivasi dan objektivitas dapat mempengaruhi kualitas audit sebesar 32,7%, sedangkan sisanya 67,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
