Catalyst’s performances are tested further at micro reactor operating at atmosphere pressure. Ethanol solution 20% is injected to reactor at rate of 2 ml/jam and is mixed with nitrogen flow at 25 ml/menit. XRD analysis shows active phases existence of each promotor for produced catalyst. Reaction product includes H2, CO2, and a nonidentified component. Selectivity of H2 fromation depends on chosen promotor metal types, where the selectifity decreases as follows: Pt > Pd > Cu ≈ Ni. Reaction temperature and promotor concentration also influence selectifity H2. For catalyst 1% Pd/ZnO and 1% Pt/ZnO, selectivity H2 was optimum at temperature reaction 450oC. Salah satu pengenal yang dianggap paling akurat adalah sistem biometrika. Perangkat biometrika mampu mengenali identitas seseorang dari ciri-ciri fisiknya, misalnya dengan iris mata. Iris mata memiliki karakteristik biometrik yang baik, yaitu memiliki fitur yang unik. Tujuan penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja metode pengenalan iris mata berbasis ordinal Measure dari koefisien DCT. Tahapan-tahap penelitian : citra pada database CASIA dinormalisasi, dihitung histogram citra, kemudian histrogram citra diekualisasi, dilanjutkan dengan pemilihan daerah iris bebas noise, menghitung ordinal measure dengan jarak Minkowski, dan pencocokan citra iris masukan dengan citra iris yang ada dalam database CASIA. Penelitian ini menghasilkan FRR = 25,8% dan FAR= 0,37%, pada nilai ambang T= 0,2. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, kepala Laboratorium kimia dan guru kimia SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik: (1) reduksi data (2) pengorganisasian dan pengolahan data (3) penafsiran data (4) verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja musyawarah guru mata pelajaran kimia sudah baik, yaitu:(1) kemampuan guru Kimia dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi PBM (2) kedisiplinan guru kimia (3) motivasi guru dan (4) komitmen guru dan tanggungjawabnya tinggi berdasarkan tugas masing-masing. Salah satu pelanggaran yang diterima Panwaslu adalah dugaan pelanggaran administrasi dan money politics di Gampong Alue Deah Teungoh Kecamatan Meuraxa dan Gampong Lampaseh Kota Kecamatan Kuta Raja.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Panwaslu dalam menangani kasus pelanggaran administrasi dan money politics di Gampong Alue Deah Teungoh Kecamatan Meuraxa dan Gampong Lampaseh Kota Kecamatan Kuta Raja serta untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat kinerja tersebut. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan melalui wawancara informan dan dokumen-dokumen penting dari Panwaslu dan KIP Kota Banda Aceh, sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara membaca buku teks, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan bahan-bahan bacaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Panwaslu dalam menangani kasus pelanggaran administrasi dan money politics di Gampong Alue Deah Teungoh Kecamatan Meuraxa dan Gampong Lampaseh Kota Kecamatan Kuta Raja sudah dilakukan dengan maksimal. Panwaslu melakukan empat tahap dalam menangani kasus pelanggaran tersebut, pertama menyelidiki kasus pelanggaran, kedua menangani pelaporan sesuai mekanisme pelaporan, ketiga tindaklanjut pelanggaran ,tahap terakhir melakukan kerjasama dengan penyelenggara pemilu. Ada 2 faktor yang menjadi penghambat kinerja Panwaslu, yaitu faktor eksternal dan internal. Faktor eksternal, adanya tekanan partai politik, pelaporan yang tidak sesuai prosedur dan minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pelanggaran pemilu. There were 26 cases of violations that go to the city of Banda Aceh Election Supervisory Committee, but not all cases forwarded and finally stopped at the Election Supervisory Committee. One violation is received by the Election Supervisory Committee alleged administrative violations and money politics in the Village alue Deah Teungoh Meuraxa and Gampong Lampaseh Kota district of Kuta Raja.This study aims to analyze the performance of the Election Supervisory Committee in dealing with cases of administrative violations and money politics in the Village alue Deah Teungoh Meuraxa and Gampong Lampaseh Kota district of Kuta Raja as well as to determine the performance inhibiting factors.The data required in this study was obtained through field research and literature. Fieldwork was conducted by interviewing informants and important documents of the Election Supervisory Committee and KIP Banda Aceh, while the literature research done by reading textbooks, legislation, and other reading materials related to this research.The results showed that the performance of the Election Supervisory Committee in dealing with cases of administrative violations and money politics in the Village alue Deah Teungoh Meuraxa and Gampong Lampaseh Kota district of Kuta Raja has been done to the maximum. Election Supervisory Committee conducted four stages in dealing with these offenses, the first to investigate cases of violation, the second handle appropriate reporting mechanisms for reporting, the third follow-up of violations, the last stage of cooperation with the organizers of the election. There are two factors that constrain the performance of the Election Supervisory Committee, namely external and internal factors. External factors, the pressure of political parties, which are not appropriate reporting procedures and the lack of public knowledge about the election violations.
