Kinerja dosen program studi PKK FKIP Unsyiah sangat berperan untuk melahirkan lulusan yang tidak hanya bekerja dipemerintahan dengan nilai akademik (hard skill) yang memuaskan tapi mahasiswa harus mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri dengan memilki kemampuan keterampilan (soft skill) untuk menguasai dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan, motivasi, kedisplinan, tanggung jawab serta faktor-faktor pendukung dalam kinerja dosen dalam menigkatkan kemampuan akademik (hard skill) dan penguasaan keterampilan (soft skill) pada mahasiswa PKK FKIP Unsyiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian Dekan, Dekan I, Ketua program studi, dosen, kepala lab, dan mahasiswa. Both poor performance is determined by many factors, including development, enforcement of discipline, and availability of facilities and infrastructure that supports the learning process so that the efforts in improving the learning process can be achieved. Research is done to see how the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation and execution of the learning process and the evaluation of learning outcomes. The techniques used to collect data such as interview techniques, observation and study documentation. The results are show the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation and evaluation of dikatagorikan still lacking. It is recommended that the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation, providing assistance to students who have difficulty with the evaluation of the learning process can be improved, then the teacher should be coaching and guidance of the principal and related agencies. Penelitian di lakukan untuk melihat bagaimana kinerja guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar serta pelaksanaan evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar mengajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh dewan guru yang mengajar pada SMP Negeri 2 Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya. Adapun teknik yang di gunakan dalam mengumpulkan data berupa teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah kinerja guru yang di perlihatkan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dikatagorikan masih kurang. Direkomendasikan agar kinerja guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemberian bantuan kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan serta pelaksanaan evaluasi dari proses belajar mengajar dapat ditingkatkan, maka para guru harus dilakukan pembinaan dan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah dan instansi terkait. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru ekonomi di 6 SMADi Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah dua puluh orang guru.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif denganpendekatan kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah library researchdan field research dengan tehnik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Selanjutnya,tehnik deskriptifnya adalah dengan cara membahas kembali apa yang diperoleh darilapangan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kompetensi guru-guru ekonomiyang telah sertifikasi sudah dikategorikan baik, namun belum maksimal. Ini bisadilihat dari dari kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensiprofesional, dan kometensi sosial.Dalam kompetensi pedagogik, dapat dilihat dalam penyiapan pembelajaran padaawal semester, menggunakan model pembelajaran yang tidak menggunakan modelkonvensional lagi, mempunyai pedoman perangkat pembelajaran yang jelas sebelummelakukan proses belajar mengajar. Namun pada saat pertimbangan dalampembuatan pereangkat pembelajaran ada sebahagian guru yang menggunakan waktuyang tersedia dan guru lainnya memilih melihat keadaan sisiwa dikelas. Banyakevaluasi yang dilakukan guru, baik memberikan pekerjaan rumah, merangkummateri, memberi tugas kelompok, melakukan pritesdan postes dan juga hanyamelakukan ulangan. Dalam kompetensi kepribadian guru SMA Kota Banda Acehtelah memiliki kepribadian yang cukup matang. Dapat dilihat dari tidak pernahtersangkut masalah hukum,bijak dalam pengambilak keputusan, mempunyai disiplinsekolah dan mengikuti aturan sekolah sebagai seorang guru. Pada kompetensiprofesional, guru SMA kota Banda Aceh mempunyai dan mengikuti komponenseorang guru, atau mengerti hak dan kewajiban seoarang guru . Pada saat prosesbelajar mengajar guru menggunakan media pembelajaran, melakukan evaluasi,mengembangkan kurikululm,hanya saja guru kurang memahami secara jelas standarnasional pendidikan. Dilihat untuk kompetensi sosial, secara garis besar guru SMAKota Banda Aceh mempunyai sosial yang tinggi baik untuk kepentingan sekolahdengan interaksi sesama guru maupun wali murid dan hal yang dibicarakan punmasalah internal sekolah. Pd.ABSTRAK Sertifikasi adalah proses pemberian sertifikat kompetensi atau surat keterangan sebagai pengakuan terhadap kemampuan seseorang dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan setelah lulus uji kompetensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dalam perencanaan sertifikasi, meliputi: program guru sertifikasi; kemampuan guru sertifikasi; dan hambatan guru sertifikasi. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru sertifikasi, Kepala Sekolah dan Pengawas di SMA Negeri 1 Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program guru sertifikasi dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran kurang mendapatkan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah, dan jarang mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan seperti MGMP; (2) Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru sertifikasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi: kemampuan membuka pembelajaran, menguasai bahan ajar, pengelolaan kelas, menggunakan media dan sumber belajar, penggunaan metode pembelajaran, dan menutup pembelajaran; dan (3) Hambatan guru sertifikasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan ialah jumlah guru yang tidak merata di daerah terpencil dan bertumpuk di ibukota kecamatan atau kabupaten sehingga semakin mempersulit untuk memenuhi jam wajib mengajar minimal 24 jam tatap muka per minggu, dengan upaya yang ditempuh yaitu mencari jam mengajar ke sekolah lain. This would increase the value-added level of coconut products in Aceh. Research has been conducted in four districts of Aceh Province and it has used census method.
