Tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode hazardWeibull waktu tunggu perceraian di Banda Aceh tahun 2012. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prosesgugatan perceraian di Banda Aceh tahun 2012 yang terdiri atas delapan variabelbebas yang mempengaruhi lama pernikahan yaitu usia nikah suami, usia nikahistri, pendidikan suami, pendidikan istri, pekerjaan suami, pekerjaan istri,penggugat, dan jumlah anak. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Weibull padamodel hazard Cox diperoleh 2 variabel bebas yang paling signifikanmempengaruhi gugatan perceraian di Banda Aceh tahun 2012 yaitu usia nikahsuami dan pekerjaan suami. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa suami yangberusia nikah tinggi memiliki peluang bercerai hingga 1.04 kali dibandingkan usianikah rendah sedangkan suami yang bekerja memiliki peluang bercerai hingga 5.2kali dibandingkan dengan suami yang tidak bekerja. Perancangan dan simulasi antena mikrostrip dilakukan menggunakan software Advanced Design System (ADS). Setelah melakukan beberapa simulasi didapatkan hasil yang terbaik pada frekuensi 2,447 GHz didapat return loss sebesar -18,10 dB. Rentang bandwidth pada return loss -10 dB sebesar 130 MHz. Gain sebesar 8,00 dB. VSWR sebesar 1,28. Namun, perjuangan pembentukan Provinsi ALA di pandang muncul lebih banyak di pelopori oleh elit politik dari pada aspirasi rakyat.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang melatarbelakangi keinginan masyarakat Wilayah Tengah-Tenggara untuk membentuk Provinsi ALA, serta menganalisis pengaruh aspirasi rakyat dan kepentingan elit politik daerah dalam pembentukan Provinsi ALA.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi partisipan. Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkan buku-buku dan bacaan terkait.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dua hal, pertama, faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan masyarakat Wilayah Tengah-Tenggara untuk membentuk Provinsi ALA, adalah faktor budaya dan kesejahteraan. Kedua, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh aspirasi rakyat dan kepentingan elit politik daerah dalam pembentukkan Provinsi ALA sama besarnya. Aspirasi rakyat menginginkan pembentukan ALA dari segi budaya dan kesejahteraan. Sedangkan elit politik daerah memiliki kepentingan politik yaitu untuk mendapatkan, dan mempertahankan kekuasaannya di pemerintahan apabila ALA dimekarkan.Diharapkan bagi elit politik konservatif, harus diiringi dengan komitmen membangun ALA, apabila berhasil dimekarkan. The research was conducted at Gemawang village Jambu District Semarang Regency. Feed analysis was carried out in Laboratory Biochemical Nutrition, Animal Feed Science, Animal Science Faculty, Gadjah Mada University. This study was assigned into Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 3 replicated. The treatments were addition of molasses and LAB level into the Napier grass; 0, 1, 3 and 5% (w/w) and incubated for 30 days Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the significant effect was tested by Duncan ,s Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the addition of 1 – 5% molases significantly affected (P<0,05) lactic acid content, pH, and NH3 concentration. Increasing level of molases significantly (P<0,05) increased lactic acid content, decreased pH and NH3 concentration of Napier grass silage. However, among the treatment groups of 1, 3 and 5 % of molases was not significant (P<0,05) different on the lactic acid content, pH and NH3 concentration. Inoculum from   liquid  media  as  starter was applied  anaerobically  for  0%;  5%  and  10%  and  different  incubation  time  were  0;  3;  6; 12;  24; 48  and  72  hours.  Variabel  measure in  this  study  were  lactic acid  production  and  pH. The  different level addition   level  of  inoculum percentage applied in tofu waste improve    expired date of tofu  waste  industry,  and  incubation time very significantly increase  lactic acid  production   (P<0.01).
