In order to improve the performance of teachers, principals, guidance teachers can malakukan systematically. With the expected performance of good teachers has implications for the improvement of student achievement shown in the learning process effectively. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Subjects were principals and teachers on Meureudu Islamic junior high school Pidie Jaya. Makanan jajan sekolah merupakan masalah yang perlu menjadi perhatian masyarakat khususnya, orang tua, pendidik dan pengelola sekolah karena makanan jajanan sekolah sangat beresiko terhadap cemaran biologis atau kimiawi yang banyak menganggu kesehatan. Banyak terjadi kasus keracunan makanan jajanan yang dijual disekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku jajan pada anak usia sekolah dasar di SD Negeri 54 Yayasan Tahija Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptive eksporatif, dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert dan dichotomous. Hasil penelitian identifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku jajan anak usia sekolah dasar berdasarkan faktor pengetahuan berada pada kategori rendah (62,7%), faktor kepercayaan berada pada kategori kurang (58.7%), faktor kebiasaan berada pada katagori kurang (56.0%), sedangkan faktor nilai-nilai berada pada katagori baik (56.7%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapkan pihak sekolah lebih memperhatikan perilaku jajan anak agar mengarah kepada perilaku jajan yang sehat dan bersih dengan cara pemberian penyuluhan bekerjasama dengan dinas pendidikan dan bidang kesehatan memberikan tentang makanan jajanan yang baik untuk dikonsumsi anak. Saat ini infeksi nosokomial di rumah sakit dunia lebih dari 1,4 juta pasien rawat inap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku terhadap upaya pencegahan infeksi nosokomial oleh perawat di ruang rawat inap bedah BLUD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 orang perawat, sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 59 perawat. Pengumpulan data dengan memberikan kuesioner tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku sebanyak 35 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert dan gutmann. Kuesioner tentang pencegahan infeksi nosokomial sebanyak 10 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan predisposing factors yang meliputi pengetahuan dengan p=value (0,025) dan sikap dengan p=value (0,009) terhadap pencegahan infeksi nosokomial. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan enabling factor yaitu fasilitas dengan p=value (0,016) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan reinforcing factor yaitu pengawasan p=value (0,010) terhadap pencegahan infeksi nosokomial. Hal ini akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap keinginan atau kesediaan dalam memanfaatkan atau menggunakan pelayanan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi keluarga pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2012. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model deskriptif eksploratif, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling pada 96 responden keluarga pasien di IGD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala Likert dengan skala ukur ordinal yang terdiri dari 44 item pernyataan. Analisis data menggunakan metode servqual dan menentukan nilai rata-rata serta persentase distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: dimensi bukti fisik berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu 77 responden (80,21%), dimensi kehandalan berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 83 responden (86,46%), dimensi daya tanggap berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 75 responden (78,13%), dimensi jaminan berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 71 responden (73,96%), dan dimensi empati berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 82 responden (85,42%), secara keseluruhan persepsi keluarga pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di IGD berada pada katagori kurang baik, yaitu 59 orang (61,91%) dari total 96 responden. Diharapkan kepada manajemen RSUD dr. The education fee is an important component in the implementation of education. The education process cannot run smoothly without financial support. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the matters related to the program of using the BOS funds, the strategy of usingthe BOS funds, and the supervision of the use ofBOS funds at Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency. The method used in this study was descriptive method with qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers, school treasures, and school committees. The result of this study showed that: (1) The program of using BOS funds at Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency was designed and implemented by the school principals with involving the school treasures, the senior teachers, and the school committees. The centralistic and de-centralistic system was adopted in Islamic elementary school financial system. (2) The strategy of using BOSat Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency in term of financial point was that all kind of expenditures for educational activity at school should be transparent for both the school principal and other school internals that are involved in the drafting process of School Budget.(3) The supervision of the use of BOS funds at Private Islamic Elementary Schools of Pidie Regency was carried out by the school principals and the officials of Regional Office of Religious Affairs of Pidie Regency as the internal supervisor. The supervision system was carried out through observing each income and expenditure of BOS funds. The audit by implementing indirect observation process, such as the expenditure, should be approved by the school principals or school treasures. Biaya pendidikan adalah komponen yang sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Proses pendidikan tidak dapat berjalan tanpa dukungan biaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsi dan  menganalisis hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan: program penggunaan dana BOS, strategi penggunaan dana BOS, dan pengawasan penggunaan dana BOS pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta di Kabupaten Pidie. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian: kepala sekolah, guru, bendaharawan sekolah, dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program penggunaan dana BOS pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta di Kabupaten Pidie disusun dan dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah, dengan melibatkan bendaharawan, guru senior, dan komite sekolah. Pembiayaan pada madrasah ibtidaiyah menganut sistem sentralistik dan desentralistik; (2) Strategi penggunaan dana BOS pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta di Kabupaten Pidie ditinjau dari sisi keuangan, bahwa semua jenis pengeluaran untuk kegiatan pendidikan pada sekolah harus diketahui bersama, baik kepala sekolah maupun pihak-pihak internal sekolah yang terlibat dalam proses penyusunan RAPBS; dan (3) Pengawasan penggunaan dana BOS pada madrasah ibtidaiyah swasta di Kabupaten Pidie dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan pejabat dari Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pidie sebagai pengawas internal. Sistem pengawasan yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara mengamati setiap pemasukan dan pengeluaran dana BOS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi keluarga pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2012. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model deskriptif eksploratif, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling pada 96 responden keluarga pasien di IGD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala Likert dengan skala ukur ordinal yang terdiri dari 44 item pernyataan. Analisis data menggunakan metode servqual dan menentukan nilai rata-rata serta persentase distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: dimensi bukti fisik berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu 77 responden (80,21%), dimensi kehandalan berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 83 responden (86,46%), dimensi daya tanggap berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 75 responden (78,13%), dimensi jaminan berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 71 responden (73,96%), dan dimensi empati berada pada katagori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 82 responden (85,42%), secara keseluruhan persepsi keluarga pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di IGD berada pada katagori kurang baik, yaitu 59 orang (61,91%) dari total 96 responden. Diharapkan kepada manajemen RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh agar meningkatkan loyalitas pasien, maka pihak manajemen perlu memerhatikan kualitas jasa yang diberikan oleh pihak IGD dan dimensi kehandalan menjadi salah satu dimensi yang harus diberikan perhatian secara intensif karena dimensi kehandalan mampu memberikan sumbangan efektif atau kontribusi yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan loyalitas pasien.Kata kunci: Persepsi Keluarga Pasien, Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan, Daftar Bacaan : 29 Buku, 8 Jurnal. Kep Description An account of the resource Mekanisme koping merupakan cara yang dilakukan individu dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan keadaan penyakitnya untuk mempertahankan kesejahteraan fisik dan psikologis individu. Mekanisme koping yang efektif diperlukan untuk mengurangi stress, menjaga hubungan sosial individu, mempertahankan konsep diri yang positif sehingga dapat memelihara kualitas hidup yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan mekanisme koping dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien ganggren diabetik di Poliklinik Endokrin Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. Jenis Penelitian adalah deskriptif korelatif, dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study melalui pendekatan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 pasien ganggren diabetik. Pengumpulan data dengan membagi kuesioner yang terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan dalam skala dichotomy dan 26 item pertanyaan dalam skala Likert. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan metode chi-square, hasil penelitian adalah ada hubungan antara mekanisme koping perilaku menyerang (P-value 0,037), mekanisme koping perilaku menarik diri (P-value 0,000), mekanisme koping perilaku kompromi (P-value 0,020), mekanisme koping kompensasi (P-value 0,004), mekanisme koping menyangkal (P-value 0,009) dan mekanisme koping pemindahan (P-value 0,001) dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien ganggren diabetik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara mekanisme koping (P-value 0,001) dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien ganggren diabetik di Poliklinik Endokrin Rumah Sakit Umum daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. This study aims to determine the pattern of the ways to motivate supervisors, discipline supervisor, supervisors preparation program, and the constraints faced by supervisors in improving the performance of headmaster in MAN Janarata district Bener Meriah. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and study documentation.
