The aim of this study was to determine the stability of natural pigments from sweet potato of the variation of heating temperature, long warm-up, long storage and long exposure to sunlight. The populations of this study those fresh sweet potatoes ibaraki varieties as much as 2 kg. The samples used in this study were 100 grams of sweet potatos that have been peeled and grated, then be extracted with 20 mL of distilled water at a temperature of 50 0C and blended so that it became a slurry and then squeezed, then do the identification of anthocyanin compounds in the sample. The extract of sweet potato at pH 6 measured the wavelength of maximum, then anthocyanin concentration was calculated using the pH-differential method. Further, it was tested the stability of the dye to the variation of heating temperature, long warm-up, long storage and long exposure to sunlight at a wavelength of maximum. The results showed that at pH 6 sweet potatos have a wavelength of 536 nm and concentraining anthocyanin with 10,02 mgL-1 of concentrations. Stability of the dye from sweet potatos extracts to heating temperature variation decreased absorbance values by an average of 0,004, a decreased of the heating value of the average absorbance of 0,008 and of storage duration decreased the absorbance values by an average of 0,007. Whereas long exposure to sunlight absorbance values increased by an average of 0,009. The conclution of the researche is the intensity of sweet potatoes extract color was reduced to the variation of heating temperature, heating time and saving time. The intensity of yam’s extract color increased to along exposure of sunlight. This research used descriptive and comparative surveys conducted by soil sampling in the field at two wetland sites under study. The results showed that the characteristics of soil chemical properties such as pH, C-organic, total N, the ratio C/N, available P, P2O5, K2O, Ca-exch, Mg-exch, K-exch, Na-exch, Cation Exchange Capacity and Base Saturation between conventional cultivation and System of Rice Intensification no different that the fertility status did not change significantly (p > 0,05) except Al-exch is experiencing significant changes (p ≤ 0,05). Namun hal tersebut dianggap sebagai hal yang paling sulit dalam mempelajarinya maupun bagi guru untuk mengajarkannya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu cara untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar siswa dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menganalisis kesulitan yang dialami siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian dengan fokus masalah, mengetahui jenis-jenis kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa dan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa SMP N 1 Sawang Aceh Selatan dalam memecahkan masalah matematika pada materi Teorema Pythagoras. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari tes tertulis dan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara pada subjek penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-2 SMP N 1 Sawang Aceh Sealatan yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Dari hasil tes tertulis para siswa dibagi menjadi 3 kategori, yakni kelompok tinggi, kelompok sedang, dan kelompok rendah. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data bahwa dari 9 orang siswa yang dijadikan subjek penelitian, maka diperoleh jenis kesulitan: (1) 59,99% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami masalah, (2) 68,57 % siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam merancang strategi pemecahan, (3) 78,09 % siswa mengalami kesulitan melaksanakan perhitungan, dan (4) 80,95 % siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memeriksa kembali hasil penyelesaian. Selanjutnya, dari hasil wawancara diperoleh faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa. Untuk 3 orang siswa yang mendapat nilai terendah, faktor kesulitannya adalah kemampuan siswa yang rendah, dan siswa tidak menguasai materi teorema pythagoras. Untuk 3 orang yang yang memperoleh nilai sedang, faktor kesulitannya adalah siswa lemah dalam operasi hitung, dan tidak menguasai materi sebelumnya. Sementara untuk 3 siswa yang mendapat nilai tertinggi, faktor kesulitannya adalah kurangnya latihan dalam menjawab soal dan tidak sepenuhnya menguasai materi. Analisis data hasil wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi dalam penelitian dilakukan reduksi dan mengorganisasi data sehingga finalnya dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata pengetahuan guru matematika di SMP Negeri 9 Banda Aceh tentang model pembelajaran adalah 65% termasuk kategori baik. Hasil dari perolehan nilai rata-rata angket tentang kesulitan mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran pada RPP yaitu 40,81% dikategorikan cukup.
