Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS pada SMPN 2 Indrajaya Kabupaten Pidie yang berjumlah 41 orang dan seluruh siswa kelas VIII dan IX yang berjumlah 416 orang, sampel untuk siswa dalam penelitian ini diambil 10% yaitu 41 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru (x) mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan tindakan siswa (y) dengan koefisien korelasinya (r) = 0,3378 dan thitung = 2,241 > ttabel = 1,686 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05.  Kesimpulan adalah bahwa persepsi guru terdapat hubungan positif dengan tindakan siswa dalam pengelolaan lingkungan hidup di SMPN 2 Indrajaya Kabupaten Pidie. The study took place on March 17 to May 5, 2014. The study evaluated the effect of SABAP seasoning on the quality of waste duck meat. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatment and 5 replications that there are 20 experimental units. Treatment A (1.73 kg grated coconut + 600 ml water + 10% garlic), treatment B (1.73 kg grated coconut + 1200 ml water + 10% garlic), treatment C (1.73 kg grated coconut + 1800 ml water + 10% garlic) and treatment D (600 ml water / control). The parameters observed in the study is the content of crude protein (CP) and crude fat (CF). The slaughtered ducks have been cutted into 4 parts each, totalled 10 thighs and 10 chests. Improving the performance of government can be improved with variable budget participation because it can increase the effectiveness of the subordinates’ performance. The budget participation will be more effective by applying the Control Environment variables which is the core of the internal control system of government.This research was conducted on existing SKPD Aceh Besar . This study aims to find out the influence of the Control Environment on the relationship between budget participation and the performance of government. The samples used were the heads of esselon on existing SKPD in Aceh Besar district as many as 88 people of 54 SKPD that obtained by stratified random sampling method. The data used is primary data obtained through the distributing of questionnaires to the officials in SKPD involved the arranging of budget participation which analyzed by using multiple linear regression models and then this test is coupled with t-test and f-test, to see the influence of Control Environment on the relationship between budget participation and the performance of government. The influence is individually or unity.Partially, the result of research showed that budget participation, Control Environment, and interaction between budget participation and Control Environment significantly influence to the performance of government. Simultaneously it indicates that budget participation and Control Environment significantly influence the performance of government.
