The purpose of this study is to analyze the fulfillment of services between potato agribusiness development’s actors in Aceh. By using Supply Chain Management in Buyer-Seller Relationship, the results showed that there were three measurements of success between the actors in the Aceh Province. Those were: the level of satisfaction, the level of trust and the level of dependency. The analysis showed that the satisfaction of downstream actors (district merchants and retailers) was greater than the upstream actors (potato farmers and traders). Upstream offender was in a weak position shown by the trust and the high dependence on downstream actors. Traders and merchants across the city experienced the level of trust, satisfaction and a low dependency. The result indicated development of potato agribusiness was slow and was not dominant as a source of farmers’ income. Pengambilan sampel ini mengunakan metode clustersampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan self report inventory yang mengunakan instrumen pengukuran minat yang merujuk pada model Rothwell Miller Interest Blank (RMIB) yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa terhadap mata pelajaran berhubungan erat dengan penempatan atau penjurusan siswa di SMA Banda Aceh. Minat siswa yang tinggi terhadap mata pelajaran mempengaruhi prestasi siswa di sekolah, prestasi belajar tersebut yang kemudian menjadi faktor utama penempatan siswa pada jurusan IPA maupun IPS di SMA Banda Aceh. This study aims to determine the level of community preparedness for disaster situations of Seulawah Agam Volcano, Saree sub-district area of Aceh Besar regency. This disaster education research uses a quantitative approach with crossectional design. The research was held on 15th until 31st December 2013. Population in this study is all the people who never get a disaster simulation of Seulawah Agam Volcano, Saree Sub-district area of Aceh Besar Regency which amount 226 of people consisted of men and women. The obtaining sampel was conducted by 69 of people. The sampling technique in this research were calculated using random sampling . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi situasi bencana Gunung Api Seulawah Agam di Wilayah Kecamatan SareeKabupaten Aceh Besar. Pendekatan penelitian pendidikan kebencanaan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain crossectional.Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 hingga 31Desember 2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat yang pernah mendapatkan simulasi bencana Gunung Api Seulawah Agam di WilayahKecamatan Saree Kabupaten Aceh besar berjumlah 226 orang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan. Penggambilan sampel sebanyak 69 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode randomsampling. Penelitian terhadap kesiapsiagaan masyarakat di lingkungan Gunung Api Bur Ni Telong, Kabupaten Bener Meriah dilakukan melalui perpaduan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan indeks kesiapsiagaan dan korelasi dua variabel. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan dianalisis untuk kemudian disimpulkan menjadi suatu usulan strategi dalam mewujudkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat di Kabupaten Bener Meriah khususnya daerah kajian berada pada kategori kurang siap dengan nilai indeks kumulatif 48,506. Ketidaksiapan ini berhubungan dengan sejumlah faktor, diantaranya adalah pengetahuan, sikap, sistem peringatan dini, pekerjaan dan pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 20 – 24 maret 2013. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 107  pertanyaan terhadap lima parameter kesiapsiagaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesiapsiagaan staf pada parameter pengetahuan dan sikap staf berada pada indek 97,28 atau kategori sangat siap, parameter kebijakan dan panduan berada pada indek 59,38 atau kategori hampir siap, rencana tanggap darurat berada pada indek 45,60 atau  kategori kurang siap, sistem peringatan bencana berada pada indek 58,62 atau kategori kurang siap, kemampuan memobilisasi sumber daya berada pada indek 46,25 atau kategori hampir siap. Hal ini juga seiring dengan hasil wawancara dan observasi untuk mengukur kesiapsiagaan BLUD RSJ Aceh.
