Populasi adalah seluruh pasien yang datang menjalani hemodialisis di Instalasi Dialisis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling sebanyak 70 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square dengan confidence interval 95% dan ? 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari seluruh responden, 51 orang (72,9%) status nutrisi baik dan 19 orang (27,1%) malnutrisi. Kekuatan portal profil baja hollow ukuran 40/80 mm dengan dinding pengisi (P1D1) lebih besar dari pada portal tanpa dinding pengisi (P1D0) dengan perbandingan beban maksimum 14,17 kali dimana konstribusi bracing portal 11,15 kali dan dinding wiremesh beton ringan busa sebesar 3,02 kali, rasio displacement portal turun sebesar 0,29 kali. Begitu juga dengan portal profil baja hollow ukuran 50/100 mm dengan dinding pengisi (P2D1) kekuatannya lebih besar dari pada portal tanpa dinding pengisi (P2D0) dengan perbandingan beban maksimum 13,5 kali dimana konstribusi bracing portal 11,2 kali dan dinding wiremesh beton ringan busa sebesar 2,3 kali, rasio displacement portal turun sebesar 0,28 kali. Kekuatan pada portal dengan dinding pengisi P2D1 meningkat sebesar 1,11 kali dari portal P1D1 dengan penurunan nilai displacement sebesar 0,81 kali, hal ini sebebabkan perbedaan ukuran profil baja hollow yang digunakan. Retakan pada dinding kedua portal terjadi pada arah diagonal portal sepanjang ikatan pengaku (bracing). Pola retak dan kehancuran pada dinding portal P1D1 dan P2D1 juga terjadi antara pertemuan balok-dinding dan kolom-dinding yang semakin melebar seiring dengan pertambahan beban yang diberikan sampai pembebanan maksimum. The number of road accidents was 23850 in 2001 rising to a total of 38515 in 2005, then to 61428 accidents in 2010. The 2010 fatality rate of 38 per 10,000 registered vehicles is very high compared to Arab, developing and developed countries. This paper reviews the magnitude, trends and characteristics of road traffic accidents in Sudan in order to provide a better understanding of the road safety trauma. It discusses the future trends and challenges which are expected to have significant bearing on both short and long-term traffic safety development. This study further investigates the issue with the aim of providing an understanding of its social impact on residents of Amman, the capital of Jordan. Traffic noise levels were measured at selected locations along urban arterials and a social survey was performed to examine the reactions and attitudes of the neighboring residents towards these levels of traffic noise. The survey included social characteristics of individuals, and their attitudes towards traffic noise, and how it impacted their daily activities. A predesigned questionnaire was used for this purpose which included questions to evaluate the awareness of respondents of the problem and its environmental and health impacts. The financial impact that residents perceive of noise and the need for attenuation measures were also addressed. The results of the study also revealed that the impact of traffic noise on people can cause annoyance while performing daily activities were 24% of respondents reported that they get annoyed by traffic while working, 49% while resting, 34% while talking to others, 31% while talking on the phone, 39% while reading, 38% while watching TV and 53% of respondents get annoyed while sleeping. The respondents have also pointed out the following effects of noise: twist in mood (53%), headache (36%), and difficulty in concentration (40%). About 57% of respondents think traffic noise reduces the value of their properties and a total of 31% are willing to sell their house at reduced cost. About 59% of respondents consider attenuation measures necessary, and in order to reduce the noise, about 54% of respondents were willing to pay for attenuation measures which reflects the public awareness of the issue magnitude.
