Selection of these modes depend on several factors. For that reason, it is necessary to study of the factors that influence the amount of trip attraction to the campus and create model based user characteristics. The objective this study is to determine the factors that influence the trip attraction to the campus of the University of Malikussaleh and create the transportation model of the trip for each mode. Data sample was collected by using a questionnaire to 349 respondents to construct linear regression model. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari tanggal 18 s/d 21 Juni 2013 terhadap 33 responden keluarga yang mempunyai anak usia 10-12 tahun. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, lembar kuesioner disusun dalam bentuk skala likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan antara reinforcement orang tua dengan kedisiplinan anak usia sekolah (P-value 0,017), ada hubungan antara pemberian reward dengan kedisiplinan anak usia sekolah (P-value= 0,03), ada hubungan antara pemberian punishment dengan kedisiplinan anak usia sekolah (P-value= 0,01).
