Upaya penyelesaian sengketa antara nasabah dan bank dapat dilakukan melalui negosiasi, konsiliasi, mediasi, arbitrase, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 30 tahun 1999 tentang Arbitrase dan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa, maupun melalui jalur peradilan. Upaya penyelesaian sengketa melalui arbitrase atau jalur peradilan tidak mudah dilakukan bagi nasabah kecil mengingat hal tersebut memerlukan waktu dan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, Bank Indonesia menerbitkan Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 8/5/PBI/2006 tentang Mediasi Perbankan, guna penyelesaian sengketa antara nasabah dengan bank.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk memberi gambaran mengenai mediasi perbankan sebagai salah satu alternatif penyelesaian sengketa di luar pengadilan, proses mediasi perbankan dalam penyelesaian sengketa antara nasabah dan bank oleh Bank Indonesia, dan kekuatan akta kesepakatan mediasi oleh Bank Indonesia.Untuk memperoleh data dalam penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat sekunder baik dengan mengunakan bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif yaitu pendekatan terhadap aturan hukum yang berlaku dalam bentuk peraturan perundang-undangan. Pendekatan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk menelaah dan mengkritisi, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan penyelesaian secara mediasi perbankan melalui tahapan yaitu nasabah dan bank harus menandatangani perjanjian mediasi yang memuat kesepakatan untuk memilih mediasi sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa, Bank Indonesia selaku mediator akan memfasilitasi pertemuan antara bank dengan nasabah guna pencarian penyelesaian, apabila dicapai kesepakatan, maka nasabah dan bank akan menandatangani akta kesepakatan. School is one of the sciences of transformation media are most effective in absorbing and applying knowledge of disaster preparedness by using appropriate methods and correct. Therefore, the purpose of this study is: 1 ) get a model of disaster preparedness training to improve the knowledge , attitudes , and action of community SMAN 5 Banda Aceh, and 2 ) obtain data on the effectiveness of the training model of the earthquake disaster alert to the increased preparedness of community SMAN 5 Banda Aceh. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles is descriptive qualitative. Subjects in the first cycle were 30 and totaled 26 in the second cycle, consisting of principals, teachers, students, security guards, cafeteria guard, and guard the school. Data collected by means of observation before and during training to support training in the form of field notes, questionnaire responses to determine aspects of knowledge, attitudes and actions as well as community response to training, and documentation in the form of photos and videos as training supporting data. Results of first cycle studies, the percentage of the average knowledge of the school community was 75%, while in the second cycle increased by 21. 5%. In addition, increased 20. 2% in the second cycle occurs on average percentage for the school community preparedness measures be 97. 1%, and 85. 2% increase from the first cycle to 97. 1% in the second cycle of the average percentage of the attitude of the school community. The increase also occurred in response to the community emergency response training earthquake as a whole is equal to 4. 8% from 79. 1% to 83. 9% in the second cycle. Maloklusi dapat menimbulkan gangguan fungsi dan estetika dari rongga mulut dan wajah. Kondisi ini membuat permintaan akan perawatan ortodonti semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya. Motivasi terhadap perawatan ortodonti diperlukan untuk dapat menilai tingkat kooperatif pasien saat mendapatkan perawatan ortodonti. Terdapat empat faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi penggunaan ortodonti cekat yaitu lingkungan, estetika, klinis dan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran motivasi penggunaan alat ortodonti cekat pada siswa di 5 SMA unggul Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif cross sectional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 96 orang. Cara pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran self administered questionnaires. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan subjek yang memiliki motivasi tinggi sebanyak 55 (57,3%) dan rendah sebanyak 41 (42,7%). Motivasi lingkungan tinggi sebanyak 81 (84,4%) dan rendah sebanyak 15 (15,6%), motivasi estetika tinggi sebanyak 62 (64,6%) dan rendah sebanyak 33(34,4%), motivasi klinis tinggi sebanyak 28 (29,2%) dan rendah sebanyak 68 (70,8%), motivasi psikologis tinggi sebanyak 32 (33,3%) dan rendah sebanyak 64 (66,7%). Disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk menggunakan alat ortodonti cekat.Kata kunci : ortodonti cekat, motivasi, maloklusi. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah (1) pengaruh tingkat sosial ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam membeli dan memilih jenis/type rumah, (2) pengaruh tingkat sosial ekonomi yang meliputi antara usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan terhadap harga, desain, fasilitas, dan lokasi yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam membeli rumah, dan faktor yang paling mendominasi. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat sosial ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam membeli rumah, (2) menganalisis tingkat sosial ekonomi yang meliputi usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan konsumen dengan atribut harga, desain, fasilitas, dan lokasi terhadap perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah perumahan di kota Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat SPSS sebagai alat analisis. In developing a safety and preparedness culture especially for children and young generation, Disaster Education is required at the level of primary and secondary schools. The objective of this research was to find out and analyze the influence of integrating material related to disaster in to the curriculum on the student’s preparedness for an earthquake and tsunami at elementary and secondary schools in Banda Aceh. The method used in this research was a quantitative research utilized to collect the data related to the influence of integrating material related to disaster and preparedness for the earthquake and tsunami disasters into the curriculum on knowledge, attitude, participation and competence at schools. The data was collected by using a set of questionnaire and in-depth interview to three school principals from SDN 2, SMPN 1 and SMAN 1. The research results showed that the level of preparedness shown by the students of SDN 2, SMPN 1 and SMAN 1. It was evident from the number of respondents with good levels of preparedness at SND 2 (75.4%) and poor level (24.6%), good levels of preparedness at SMP 1 (75.8%) and poor level (24.2%), good levels of preparedness at SMAN 1 (80.0%) and poor level (20.0%). Based on the statistical analysis, it was found the there was a significant influence of knowledge, attitude, participation and competence on the preparedness shown by students at SND 2 (p-value = 0.0001), SMPN 1 (p-value = 0.0001), and SMAN 1 (p-value = 0.0003) in Banda Aceh, meaning that the difference was found in all schools. It is recommended that the government of Banda Aceh, especially the Department of Education, integrate materials related to earthquake and tsunami disasters into the teaching and learning process.
