Masih banyak misteri tentang pembekaman yang membutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut. Salah satunya adalah tentang morfologi eritrosit pada darah bekam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat morfologi eritrosit darah vena dan darah bekam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif observasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 56 orang yang menjalani terapi bekam di Klinik Al-Wafa Banda Aceh. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan variasi kelainan morfologi eritrosit pada darah vena sebanyak 42 sampel dengan rentang 0.01%-0.05% dan 40 sampel pada darah bekam dengan dengan rentang 0.01%-0.05%. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 2 buah otak sapi perah peranakan Friesien Holstein (FH) dewasa dengan umur 7-8 tahun yang pada saat disembelih kondisi ovarinya menunjukkan fase folikuler (1 buah otak) dan fase luteal (1 buah otak). Analisis kandungan GnRH dilakukan dengan metode enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) indirect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi GnRH bagian otak sapi pada fase folikuler vs fase luteal berturut-turut untuk bagian otak parietal lobe of cerebral hemisphere, corpus callosum, thalamus, hipothalamus, pituitary gland (hipofise), midbrain, cerebellum, pons, dan medulla oblongata masing-masing adalah 260 vs 270, 110 vs 170, 230 vs 320, 1590 vs 1310, 840 vs 1250, 530 vs 810, 200 vs 480, 230 vs 100, dan 220 vs 70 μg/ml. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa semua bagian otak sapi yang diamati mengandung GnRH dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda antara fase folikuler dengan fase luteal. The objective of this research were to study the effect on nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) fertilization on pH, content of soil P and dry weight of sunflowers (Heliantus annuus L.) on Ultisols and Inceptisols. The design of experiment used was a randomized completely block design arranged in factorial pattern with two factors. The first factor was N fertilizer (without N and 100 kg ha-1 N) and the second factor was P fertilizer (without P, 50, 100, and 150 kg ha-1 P). The result showed that the application P fertilizer several dosage was increasing soil pH, total soil P, and dry weight of sunflowers on Inceptisols and Ultisols.
