Sebagai Pembimbing Anggota.RINGKASANReaktor biogas merupakan salah satu solusi teknologi energi untuk mengatasi kesulitan masyarakat akibat kenaikan harga BBM. Secara prinsip pembuatan biogas sangat sederhana, dengan memasukkan substrat (limbah biomassa) ke dalam unit pencerna (digester), ditutup rapat, dan selama periode tertentu biogas akan terbentuk yang selanjutnya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari kinerja dari reaktor semi kontinu proses produksi biogas menggunakan co-digesi limbah cair sapi dengan ampas tebu, mengontrol dan mengendalikan limbah peternakan melalui treatment biologi dan menginvestigasi potensi produksi biogas.Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : pH meter, gelas ukur, oven, water bath, furnace dan pompa sirkulasi air. Sedangkan alat yang digunakan untuk pembuatan reaktor biogas adalah pipa, lem, slicer, selang, solatip, dop, kertas pasir dan tutup bak. Bahan yang digunakan adalah limbah cair sapi dan ampas tebu yang sudah dicacah dengan ukuran 20 mesh.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi biogas dari limbah cair sapi dan limbah cair sapi dengan campuran ampas tebu mengalami perbandingan produksi biogas yang cukup jauh dimana rata-rata produksi biogas dari limbah cair sapi adalah 30.2 mL. Sedangkan produksi biogas rata- rata dari limbah cair sapi campuran ampas tebu adalah 337.2 mL. Dengan perbandingan 1:11 untuk produksi biogas antara tanpa campuran dengan menggunakan campuran, dengan demikian sangat baik untuk produksi biogas menggunakan campuran ampas tebu. Perbedaan ini terjadi karena kandungan bahan organik limbah cair sapi tanpa campuran lebih sedikit daripada limbah cair sapi campuran ampas tebu. Pada penelitian menggunakan reaktor anaerobik semi kontinu ini menggunakan suhu 35 0C atau mesophilic yang menggunakan alat Thermostatic waterbath. Suhu meshopilic baik untuk produksi biogas anaerobik dimana jika terjadi perubahan suhu, baik akibat pemadaman listrik maka produksi biogas tidak terlalu berkurang signifikan. The study was conducted on a segment of the Jalan Syiah Kuala. The research objective is to analyze the performance of road maintenance management, upgrading of roads to assess the feasibility to perform analysis of Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK), the capacity of the road and the IRI (International Rougnhness Index). Analysis based on the guideline calculations in MKJI 1997. The analysis shows that traffic growth is analyzed by the two scenarios, namely the growth of normal (Do Nothing) and the growth development of the area (Do Something). Do Nothing Jalan Syiah Kuala is rising the traffic growth that need to be handled with four alternatives: (1) analysis of the performance of existing road conditions do minimum (2/2 UD) in 2010 to 2014; (2) alternative A handling (2/2 UD) 2015, to 2016, (3) alternative B (4/2 D) in 2017 to 2021 and (4) alternative C (6/2 D) in 2022 to 2024. Jalan Syiah Kuala needs to have a good way of handling to maintain the degree of saturation as the ratio of traffic flow on road capacity remains below 0.75. For the development activity in Lampulo, it needs to be done with four alternatives: 1) analysis of existing road conditions (2/2 UD) of 2010 to 2013; 2) alternative A (4/2 D) 2014, s / d 2019; 3) alternative B (6/2 D) in 2020 to 2021, 4) alternative C (6/2 D) increase the width of the strip in 2022 to 2024. One of the research objectives is to describe the atmosphere in improving speaking by using activities in the Information Gap Technique (IGT). The researcher and the collaborator worked together in designing the lesson plans, implementing the actions, making observations and reflecting on the results. The subjects of this research study were second semester students from the English Department at Almuslim University. This study was conducted in three cycles following the procedures for action research, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. To collect data, the researcher used instruments of observations, lists, tests and questionnaires. The data obtained was presented in two ways, qualitatively and quantitatively. The findings showed that IGT activities were effective in improving the speaking abilities of the student in class. This can be seen from the improvements after each cycle. This can be seen by the rise in the students’ mean scores in the test results: 58.8 in the first cycle, 68 in the second cycle and 81.3 in the third cycle. Improvement was also seen based on the results from the observations that showed positivity, and good responses from the students. From the questionnaire results, it was found that the mean score for the students’ perception was 3,616. This means that the students responded positively to the implementation of this technique. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi kepala ruang dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh 2014. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling dengan jumlah responden 60 orang. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya hubungan antara supervisi kepala ruang dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUDZA Banda Aceh 2014 (p value = 0,000). Untuk kelima subvariabel menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pelaksana dengan kepuasan kerja (p value = 0,023), tidak ada hubungan antara tujuan dengan kepuasan kerja (p value = 0,829), ada hubungan antara sasaran dengan kepuasan kerja (p value = 0,009), ada hubungan antara frekuensi dengan kepuasan kerja (p value = 0,010), ada hubungan antara teknik dengan kepuasan kerja (p value = 0,028).
