Pengamatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai November 2012 diperairan Arus Balee, Pulau Weh dengan metode sensus visual. Selama penelitian ditemukan jenis ikan target famili Serranidae 22 spesies, Lutjanidae 8 spesies, dan Carangidae 2 spesies. Ciri pemijahan dari ketiga ikan target famili Serranidae, Lutjanidae, dan Carangidae persentase yang terbesar ditemukan pada famili Serranidae yaitu luka gigitan, famili Lutjanidae yaitu berkumpul, dan famili Carangidae yaitu berkumpul. Selama penelitian perbandingan antara bulan terang dan bulan gelap ternyata banyak terjadi yaitu berkumpul dan memijah/meyemprot di lokasi penelitian. Pemasok material merupakan perpanjangan tangan organisasi suatu kontraktor, dalam pengertian kualitas kinerja kontraktor dipengaruhi oleh kinerja supplier. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjaga kualitas kinerjanya, perusahaan kontraktor perlu menganalisa faktor-faktor pembentuk kepuasaan supplier dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pembentuk kepuasan supplier sebagai syarat tumbuhnya hubungan kerjasama yang baik dan harmonis. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada perusahaan kontraktor yang sedang menangani Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Rawat Inap Bertingkat RSUD Pidie Jaya. Subjek penelitian yang diteliti adalah Supplier pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Rawat Inap Bertingkat RSUD Pidie Jaya. Pengumpulan data sekunder berupa data para supplier pada subjek penelitian tersebut, sedangkan data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan target responden 20 orang setelah penyebaran kuesioner yang kembali hanya 18 kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis Frequency Index (FI). Berdasarkan Frequency Index (FI) didapat faktor-faktor pembentuk kepuasan supplier sebagai syarat tumbuhnya hubungan kerjasama yang baik dan harmonis, yaitu komitmen, kepercayaan, dan komunikasi. Faktor-faktor kepuasan supplier rata-rata dari 3 kategori, yaitu pengembangan hubungan antara perusahaan dengan supplier, kejujuran dan ketepatan dalam perhitungan dari para supplier, dan pemberian informasi yang dapat dipercaya. Secera keseluruhan komitmen menjadi pengaruh utama bagi kepuasan supplier dengan persentase 86,01% (sangat penting), disusul komunikasi dengan persentase 76,7% (penting) dan terakhir kepercayaan dengan persentase 76,2 % (penting).Kata kunci : kepuasan supplier, kualitas kinerja perusahaan, komitmen, kepercayaan, dan komunikasi. Dalam hal ini permasalahan yang ditimbulkan adalah seberapa besar nilai pemahaman kontraktor kita dalam menerapkan konstruksi hijau sedangkan pemahaman tentang konsep ini sangat minim (kurang). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yang ingin disampaikan adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman dalam penerapan konsep konstruksi hijau oleh kontraktor di Kota Banda Aceh. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada kontraktor yang terlibat pada pembangunan gedung dan kontraktor yang telah memiliki kualifikasi Grade K2 dan K3 yang berada di Banda Aceh. Kuesioner ini diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan kontraktor yang terdapat di Kota Banda Aceh. Pihak kontraktor yang terlibat meliputi kontraktor yang telah selesai mengerjakan proyek pembangunan gedung di Kota Banda Aceh. Jumlah kontraktor yang diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 kontraktor yang terdapat di Banda Aceh. Data primer pada penelitian ini merupakan jawaban responden terhadap kuesioner yang disebarkan serta berisikan butir pertanyaan yang berkenaan dengan pemahaman dalam penerapan konsep konstruksi hijau oleh kontraktor di Kota Banda Aceh. Data sekunder berupa literatur literatur yang berkenaan dengan green construction. Berdasarkan hasil analisa deskriptif dari hasil perhitungan dan pengolahan data, maka setiap kategori pekerjaan dalam penerapan konsep konstruksi hijau adalah kategori umum didapat hasil 3,42, kategori pekerjaan persiapan didapat hasil sebesar 3,37, dan kategori pekerjaan tanah diperoleh hasil sebesar 3,42, kategori pekerjaan pondasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 3,32, kategori pekerjaan struktur atas diperoleh hasil sebesar 3,33, pekerjaan finishing diperoleh hasil sebesar 3,39. Semua kategori menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dalam penerapan konstruksi hijau diberi predikat cukup baik. This study employs library research, which was conducted through the readings of related sources available. The collected data were then processed and described systematically. The study found that picture strip story can help students improve writing skill. Besides, they become more active, motivate, and confident because of the picture strip story presents the colorful picture and it is more livelier so that the students can be more active and motivate in writing.
