In this study researchers determine the total sample of 100 people with consideration of limited time, money and effort. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling is a sampling technique that sample probabililty that provide equal opportunity for every element (member) population.The results showed that the implementation of good governance has been applied to both the Tax Office Primary Banda Aceh. Good governance is partially significant effect on the quality of public services in the Office of Tax pelayananan Primary Banda Aceh. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menetapkan besarnya jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan pertimbangan terbatasnya waktu, dana dan tenaga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling yang merupakan teknik probabililty sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi good governance telah diterapkan dengan baik pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Banda Aceh. Good governance secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Pelayananan Pajak Pratama Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah bunga tapak dara (Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kematian larva nyamukAedes aegypti instar III. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari ekstrak bunga tapak dara 250 ppm, 500 ppm, 1000 ppm, 2000 ppm, kontrol positif (abate) dan kontrol negatif (aquades). Data yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analysis of Variance (Anova) dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol bunga tapak dara berpengaruh terhadap kematian larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti instar III dengan FHitung sebesar 283,200 (FTabel = 2,77). Hasil uji Duncan antara perlakuan 250 ppm, 500 ppm, 1000 ppm dan kontrol negatif memiliki perbedaan antar perlakuan. Solar energy is a potential energy source, so it needs to consider aspects of the benefits brought about by the sun. This study aims to examine the variation of the solar collector tilt angle to get the collector with optimum results. The material used is wood frame with insulating material zinc in black paint. Temperature measurements carried out in an open space with solar energy as a source of energy for heating. Measurements were taken from 09.00 am - 17.00 pm with measurements every hour. Thermometer was used to measure the temperature, where the measurement is made by 4 (four) points in each space of collector. Berdasarkan Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang 2013, Desa Sukajadi merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Banda Mulia yang memiliki peningkatan kasus malaria sebesar 0,61%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia, pekerjaan, dan kepatuhan penggunaan kelambu berinsektisida dengan kejadian malaria di Desa Sukajadi Kecamatan Banda Mulia Kabupaten Aceh TamiangTahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 92 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Chi-square pada interval kepercayaan 95% dengan ? = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan kejadian malaria (p value=0,027), tidak terdapat hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan kejadian malaria (p value=0,191), terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan penggunaan kelambu berinsektisida dengan kejadian malaria (p value=0,000). Ruang lingkup penelitian adalah 23 kabupaten/kota di Aceh dan menggunakan data tahun 2008-2011 yang bersumber dari publikasi Dinas Keuangan Aceh dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Model yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana menggunakan data panel dengan metode analisis Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan realisasi belanja daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adj.R2 = 0,9646), artinya 96,46 persen dipengaruhi oleh realisasi belanja daerah, jika realisasi belanja daerah meningkat maka pertumbuhan ekonomi juga akan meningkat. Sedangkan realisasi belanja daerah berpengaruh negatif serta signifikan terhadap pengangguran dengan nilai Adj.R2 = 0,8400 yang berarti realisasi belanja daerah 84 persen mempengaruhi pengangguran dan realisasi belanja daerah juga berpengaruh negatif serta signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dengan nilai Adj.R2 = 0,8598 yaitu 85,98 persen kemiskinan dipengaruhi oleh realisasi belanja daerah. Apabila realisasi belanja meningkat maka akan dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan juga mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan.
