The objective of the present study was to evaluate the feeding habits of three species of squids i.e. Loligo sp. Sepioteuthis lessoniana dan Sepia officinalis which were caught in the northern sea of Aceh. The sampling was conducted from April  to May 2013 in TPI lampulo, Banda Aceh. The results showed that three type of foods were recorded on the Loligo sp. i.e. fish (75.1%), shrimp (20.5%) and squid (4.4%); in the S. officinalis stomach was fish (89.9%), shrimp (10%) and crab (0.29); while inthe S. lessoniana stomach was fish (99.9%) and worm (0.1%). Hence the squids were categorized as carnivorous feeding habit where small fish and shrimp were the primary food for the squids. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis makanan yang dijumpai pada lambung Loligo edulis adalah ikan (75,1%), udang (20,5%) dan cumi (4,4%); pada lambung Sepia offisinalis  diperoleh jenis makanan;  ikan (89,9%), udang (10%) dan kepiting (0,29%;)  dan pada Sepioteuthis lessoniana  ikan (99,9%) dan cacing (0,1%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebiasaan makanan ikan Ili (Homaloptera sp.) dengan parameter yang dikaji anatomi saluran pencernaan, indeks bagian terbesar (Index of Preponderance), luas relung makanan, hubungan panjang-berat, dan faktor kondisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sapuan yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 ulangan. Ikan Ili yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 ekor (ikan jantan 30 ekor dan ikan betina 30 ekor) dengan nilai kisaran panjang total ikan Ili jantan 4.66-7.57 cm dan panjang ikan Ili betina 5-9.7 cm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, makanan utama ikan Ili adalah detritus dengan makanan pelengkap serangga, hasil analisis terhadap makanan dan pengamatan terhadap struktur anatomi alat pencernaan menunjukkan bahwa ikan Ili merupakan ikan omnivora. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Baitul Mal kota Banda Aceh mengambil kebijakan pengentasan kemiskinan diKota Banda Aceh, mengetahui implementasi kebijakan Baitul Mal kota Banda Aceh, serta dukungan masyarakat kota Banda Aceh terhadap lembaga Baitul Mal kota Banda Aceh. Metode dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Penelitian Kepustakaan meliputi buku teks, peraturan perundang-undangan, jurnal dan skripsi/tesis. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi dengan 8 orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Kebijakan Baitul Mal adalah pengumpulan ZIS Baitul Mal dengan cara bersosialisasi langsung kemasyarakat dan sosialisasi lewat media, Strategi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Baitul Mal tidak ada dikarenakan tidak memiliki kewenangan yang luas dan strategi kebijakan penyaluran Baitul Mal ialah dengan cara pendataan dan penyeleksian. Implementasi Kebijakannya masih sedikit masyarakat Mustahik yang mendapat lapangan pekerjaan dan yang sudah sejahtera, ini disebabkan oleh masih adanya kendala dari proses pengelolaan keuangan Baitul Mal. Dukungan Masyarakat ialah dengan cara memberikan ZIS secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung. Strategi kebijakan Baitul Mal kota Banda Aceh dalam pengentasan kemiskinan ada 3 yaitu strategi Kebijakan pengumpulan ZIS, strategi kebijakan pengelolaan ZIS dan strategi penyaluran ZIS.
