Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aterosklerosis arteri serebri media dengan gangguan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke iskemik di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Transcranial Doppler (TCD), Montreal Cognitive Assessment versi bahasa Indonesia (MoCA-Ina), dan rekam medis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil uji analisis alternatif Chi Square yaitu uji Fisher yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara aterosklerosis arteri serebri media dengan gangguan fungsi kognitif (p = 0,05) pada pasien stroke iskemik di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Proporsi gangguan fungsi kognitif didapatkan sebesar 91,2% dan domain kognitif yang dominan terganggu adalah memori sebesar 70,6%. Pasien stroke iskemik yang paling banyak mengalami gangguan fungsi kognitif berada pada kelompok usia 55-65 tahun (95%), tamatan SMA (100%), dan memiliki lesi subkorteks (85,7%). Proporsi gambaran TCD arteri serebri media yang paling tinggi adalah aterosklerosis arteri serebri media kanan dan kiri yaitu sebesar 32,4%. Pasien stroke iskemik yang paling banyak memiliki gambaran TCD abnormal adalah pasien dengan lesi subkorteks (92,9%) dan lesi multipel (92,3%).Kata Kunci:Transcranial Doppler, Montreal Cognitive Assessment, aterosklerosis arteri serebri media, gangguan fungsi kognitif, stroke iskemik?ABSTRACTAtherosclerosis is the major cause of ischemic stroke, especially in the middle cerebral artery, which leads to cognitive decline. The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between middle cerebral artery atherosclerosis and cognitive impairment in patients with ischemic stroke at RSUDZA Banda Aceh. This research was analytic survey with cross sectional design which conducted from August to September 2013. This study used Transcranial Doppler (TCD), Montreal Cognitive Assessment with Indonesian version (MoCA-Ina), and medical records as instruments. The subjects of this study were 34 people. Based on the results of alternative analysis of Chi Square test which is Fisher's exact test showed there is a relation between middle cerebral artery atherosclerosis and cognitive impairment (p = 0,05) in patients with ischemic stroke at RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The proportion of cognitive impairment was obtained by 91,2% and the dominant impaired cognitive domain was memory by 70,6%. Most ischemic stroke patients with cognitive impairment were in age group of 55-65 years old (95%), high school graduates (100%), and patients with subcortical lesions (85,7%). The highest proportion of middle cerebral artery TCD view was right and left middle cerebral artery atherosclerosis (32,4%). Secara umum, terdapat 3 teori yang berperan sebagai etiologi preeklampsia yaitu peran prostasiklin dan tromboksan, peran faktor imunologis serta peran faktor genetik atau familial. Salah satu penyebab preeklampsia dari peran prostasiklin dan tromboksan adalah terjadinya iskemia plasenta yang disebabkan oleh anemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan anemia dengan preeklampsia dan eklampsia pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 orang, yaitu 44 orang yang didiagnosis preeklampsia dan eklampsia serta 29 orang yang tidak didiagnosis preeklampsia dan eklampsia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUDZA Banda Aceh sejak tanggal 5 Desember 2012 sampai 5 Januari 2013. Data dikumpulkan dari catatan rekam medis pasien yang pernah dirawat di ruang rawat kebidanan RSUDZA. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X MIA 3 yang berjumlah 23 orang siswa, terdiri 9 orang siswa laki-laki dan 14 orang siswa perempuan. Hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal diambil dari 3 ranah yaitu: pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap diperoleh persentase 86,96%. Aktivitas siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle (5E) pada pertemuan I 75,44%, pertemuan II 78,51%, pertemuan III 80,70% dan pada pertemuan IV 87,72%, dan respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Learning Cycle (5E) pada materi stoikiometri diperoleh 85,87%. Persamaan ini adalah persamaan diferensial parsial yang tak linier. Ketaklinieran membuat solusinya sulit ditentukan. Dalam penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan metode asimtotik dengan cara mengekspansi persamaan KdV (setelah ditransfomasi ke bentuk tak berdimensi) ke dalam deret pangkat dari suatu parameter ? hingga orde ke-lima. Ekspansi ini membuat persamaan pada masing-masing orde menjadi linier dan dapat ditentukan. Namun penggunaan metode asimtotik secara langsung manghasilkan suku resonansi pada orde tiga dan orde lima, sehingga dilakukan koreksi terhadap bilangan gelombang (k) untuk memperbaiki hal tersebut.
