The use of appropriate learning model is expected to achieve those goals. Di Indonesia, Provinsi Aceh berada pada urutan tertinggi untuk kasus skizofrenia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor predisposisi pada penderita skizofrenia di Poliklinik Rawat Jalan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 102 orang. Penelitian dilakukan di Poliklinik Rawat Jalan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh pada tanggal 12-28 Mei 2014 menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 18 item pertanyaan dengan metode wawancara terpimpin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor predisposisi pada penderita skizofrenia adalah faktor biologi yang disebabkan oleh gangguan neurotransmiter sebanyak 42 orang (41,2%), faktor psikologi yang disebabkan oleh trauma sebanyak 73 orang (71,6%), dan faktor sosiokultural lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh diintimidasi di sekolah/lingkungan sosial dan sulit mendapatkan pekerjaan sebanyak 24 orang (23,5%). Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada perawat Community Mental Health Nursing (CMHN) di puskesmas diharapkan dapat memberikan penyuluhan bagi masyarakat agar para orang tua mampu menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis, hangat, dan stabil. Responden penelitian 55 orang pegawai yang diambil dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan/pernyataan yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai, komunikasi formal dan komunikasi informal. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa komunikasi formal dan komunikasi informal bepengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh. Hubungan antara komunikasi formal dan informal dengan kinerja pegawai Kantor PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh tergolong erat, ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,706. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 25,904, lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan nilai F tabel sebesar 3,175. Dengan demikian hipotesis Ha diterima, yang berarti komunikasi organisasi baik formal maupun komunikasi informal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai padaKantor PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan diabetes melitus di kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif eksploratif. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode total sampling terhadap 53 responden di kecamatan Indrapuri yang dilakukan pada tanggal 23 Mei sampai 06 juni 2014. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner terdiri dari 25 item pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor genetik berada pada kategori memilki riwayat keluarga diabetes (90,6%), faktor usia berada pada kategori dewasa tengah (90,6%), faktor obesitas berada pada kategori tidak obesitas (98,1%), faktor gaya hidup berada pada kategori kurang baik (52,8%) dan faktor pola makan berada pada kategori kurang baik (58,5%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbandingan pemenuhan fungsi keluarga pada ibu bekerja dan ibu tidak bekerja di Gampoeng Tumbo Baro Kecamatan Kuta Malaka Aceh Besar 2014. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu ibu-ibu yang sudah menikah di Gampoeng Tumbo Baro, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 orang, yang terdiri dari 33 ibu bekerja dan 33 ibu tidak bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 21 Mei sampai dengan 31 Mei 2014. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang meliputi data demografi dan pernyataan terkait dengan 5 fungsi keluarga. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan rumus independent t-test dengan confidence interval 95% dan alpha (?) 0,05. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan pemenuhan fungsi afektif keluarga pada ibu bekerja dan ibu tidak bekerja (nilai p = 0,035, p value < ?.
