Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kerapatan mangrove dengan transpor sedimen yang terjadi pada kawasan pesisir Gampong Lamreh. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada Maret hingga Mei 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu stasiun dengan 3 sub stasiun. Sub stasiun 1 berada pada daerah yang langsung berhadapan dengan laut. Sub stasiun 2 berada pada daerah pertengahan antara laut dan daratan dan sub stasiun 3 berada daerah yang dekat dengan daratan namun masih memiliki pengaruh dari laut. Metode transek kuadrat digunakan untuk pengamatan kerapatan mangrove dan sedimen trap digunakan untuk menjerat sedimen. Mangrove yang banyak ditemukan pada kawasan ini adalah Rhizopora apiculata, Brugueira gymnorrhiza dan Avicennia marina. Mangrove yang mendominasi pada kawasan ini adalah Rhizopora apiculata dan rerata kerapatan tertinggi terdapat pada spesies Brugueira gymnorrhiza dengan nilai 11 ind/100m2 dan kerapatan terendah terdapat pada spesies Heritiera littoralis dengan nilai 1 ind/100m2 pada sub stasiun 2. Transpor sedimen tertinggi terdapat pada sub stasiun 1 dan terendah pada sub stasiun 3. Kerapatan mangrove pada sub stasiun 1 adalah 12 ind/100m2 dengan transpor sedimen selama satu bulan berkisar 5,54-6,63 g/cm2/hari. Kerapatan mangrove pada sub stasiun 2 adalah 24 ind/100m2 dengan transpor sedimen berkisar 5,46-5,93 g/cm2/hari dan kerapatan mangrove pada sub stasiun 3 adalah 32 ind/100m2 dengan transpor sedimen berkisar 4,87-5,52 g/cm2/hari. Korelasi kerapatan mangrove dan transpor sedimen melayang pada kawasan Gampong Lamreh memiliki korelasi negatif. Korelasi negatif menandakan bahwa kerapatan mangrove yang tinggi akan menurunkan transpor sedimen dan juga sebaliknya. Nilai korelasi antara kedua koefisien tersebut berkisar antara -0,863 sampai -0,999. This research aimed to determine the relation between mangrove density and sediment transport that occurred in coastal area of Lamreh village. This research was carried out on March to May 2014. This research was used one station with 3 substations. Substation 1 was located in area has effect from the sea. Substation 1 in middle area from the sea and mainland and the substation 3 in area close to the mainland but still has effect from the sea. Square transect method used for observation of mangroves and sediment trap used to ensnare sediment. The most mangroves found in this area were Rhizophora apiculata, Brugueira gymnorrhiza and Avicennia marina. the mangrove dominate in this area was Rhizophora apiculata and highest mangrove density was Brugueira gymnorrhiza with average of 11 ind/100m2 and the lowest density was Heritiera littoralis with average of 1 ind/100m2 in substation 2. The highest sediment transport was in substation 1 and the lowest was in substation 3. Mangrove density in substation 1 was 12 ind/100m2 with transport sediment for one month was ranged from 5,54-6,63 g/cm2/day. Mangrove density in substation 2 was 24 ind/100m2 with transport sediment was ranged from 5,46-5,93 g/cm2/day and mangrove density in substation 3 was 32 ind/100m2 with transport sediment was ranged from 4,87-5,52 g/cm2/day. The correlation between mangrove density and sediment transport in this area was negative correlation. Negative correlation was indicated the high mangrove density would decrease transport sediment and the opposite. Death is the most outcome encountered in hemorrhage stroke cases. The mortality rate is 30-40% at 1 month for intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) cases and approximately 12% for subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) cases. Disability occurs higher in hemorrhage stroke, so it needs outcome assessments. Factor that influence outcome are age, sex, hypertension, heart disease, depressed level of consciousness, arrival time, the size and location of hemorrhage. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that influence outcome of hemorrhage stroke.This study was descriptive-analytic design with cross sectional method. Research subjects taken by accidental sampling method with the number of respondents are 35 subjects whom diagnosed hemorrage stroke who were treated in neurological department of dr.Zainoel Abidin General Hospital. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariat. From 35 hemorrhage stroke patients, 23 patients are alive, and 12 patients are dead. Factors that influence the worse of outcome hemorrhage stroke are size of hemorrhage more than 30 mL, location of hemorrhage in putamen and lobar, poor outcome if intraventricular is affected, heart disease, stage of hypertentions (hypertension stage II), depressed level of consciousness, arrival time more than 2 hours, age (older than 60) and men gender. There were no relation between age, gender, arrival time, stage of hypertentions, the size and location of hemorrhage with outcome hemorrhage stroke. The advantages of written exam are more easily prepared and relatively more economical when compared with clinical examination test. Block’s written exam, especially on disaster management block is considered important because it will illustrate the students' competence at the end of this special block.
