Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari KADIN (Kamar Dagang dan Industri) serta survei yang dilakukan, diketahui jumlah perusahaan swasta yang berskala besar berjumlah 60 perusahaan, namun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini hanya 37 perusahaan berdasarkan rumus Slovin.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 14.320, sedangkan Ftabel pada tingkat signifikansi ? =5 % adalah sebesar 3.275. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel, dengan tingkat probabilitas 0.000. Dengan demikian hasil perhitungan ini dapat di ambil suatu keputusan bahwa menerima hipotesis alternatif dan menolak hipotesis nol, artinya bahwa variabel perubahan manajemen (x1), dan kualitas audit (x2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perpindahan auditor pada perusahaan swasta di Kota Banda Aceh.Sedangkan secara parsial variabel yang mempunyai nilai koefisien regresi paling besar (paling dominan), adalah kualitas audit (x2) mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap perpindahan auditor, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.195. Fungicides have been used for decade to control spoilage in conventional agriculture. It is generally known that long term use of chemical would harm the environment and bring resistance to organisms. Increasing public concern over the use of conventional fungicide due to health issues has prompted investigations to find alternative environmentally friendly control agent that might be used to suppress diseases development in storage.Ozone has been considered by researchers as an effective alternative to the use of traditional pesticides in food preservation because it leaves no residue on fresh produce so that safer to consumed.This work determined the effect of low level ozone exposure (180 ppb) on colony development and spores production of Rhizopus oryzae, R. stolonifer and R. microsporus var.chinensis in vitro. Two types of inocula were used, mycelial and spore, as both are responsible for spread of spoilage when stored with uncontaminated food. The tested fungi were stored in an ozone chamber at 7-8 oC for 14 days. Colony development was studied by measuring the colony diameter while spores production by time fungi was assed on the 14th day of the incubation period. Ozone exposure at 180 ppb has varied result on colony development and spore production on each species examined.Overall the work suggests that continuous low level of ozone exposure at 180 ppb for 14 days has different effect on different species depend on the ability each microorganism to counteract with ozone exposure. Idealnya anak usia dibawah 15 tahun hanya menimba ilmu pengetahuan dan tidak terbebani dengan pekerjaan mencari nafkah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh penduduk miskin terhadap tingkat pekerja anak di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan merupakan data time series atau beruntun selama 20 tahun terhitung sejak tahun 1990 sampai dengan tahun 2010 yang diperoleh dari lembaga-lembaga perlindungan anak dan yang terkait lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear biasa, dimana variable pekerja anak sebagai variable terikat dan variable kemiskinan sebagai variable bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tahun 1990 sampai tahun 1996, kemiskinan dan pekerja anak terus mengalami penurunan. Namun pada tahun 1997 dan 1998 terjadi peningkatan jumlah penduduk miskin dan jumlah pekerja anak. Hal ini disebabkan oleh krisis ekonomi yang terjadi pada tahun tersebut. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa variable kemisikinan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pekerja anak di Indonesia. variabel kemiskinan dapat menjelaskan perubahan yang terjadi pada variabel terikat: Pekerja Anak sebesar 0,754 atau 75,4 persen sedangkan sisanya 24,6 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dapat dijelaskan dalam model regresi dalam penelitian ini. Isolation was carried out using culture medium. Use a medium for the isolation and identification are closely related with one of Koch's postulates, that is causing the infection must be cultured in the laboratory. Research on the use of expired blood as a medium of isolation and identification of Streptococcus pyogenes has been performed. The aim study is to determine the viability of the colony and the size of the zone of hemolysis of Streptococcus pyogenes in the blood as a medium expired. Materials use is expired blood 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks. Isolation procedures and identification of Streptococcus pyogenes include Gram stain, type of hemolysis, catalase test, and test basitrasin. The results showed the blood expired before four weeks show the number of colonies was almost the same viability with sheep blood agar medium and large blood hemolysis zone are also nearly equal to expire so that the blood of sheep prior to 4 weeks. Solid organic waste comes from the market in Bogor City consisting of leaves, wood, bamboo, and twigs of plants. Compost is made by waste composting techniques biodekomposer type leaves using Effective Microorganism (EM-4), whereas activated charcoal and liquid smoke is made through the pyrolysis process of solid waste mixture consisting of 50% wood, 25% bamboo and 25% twigs of plants. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui budaya organisasi yang diterapkan kepala sekolah dan pengaruhnyaterhadap kinerja guru, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menggerakkanbudaya organisasi, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan kepala sekolahterhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknikpengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkansubjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Budaya organisasi yang diterapkan oleh kepalasekolah dalam aspek inisiatif individual, toleransi terhadap resiko, pengarahan,integrasi, dukungan manajemen, pengawasan, identitas, sistem penghargaan, toleransiterhadap konflik, dan pola komunikasi organisasi sudah diterapkan dengan baik sesuaidengan peran dan fungsi manajerial; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalammenggerakkan budaya organisasi melibatkan ketiga keterampilan manajerial yaituketerampilan konseptual, keterampilan tehnikal, dan keterampilan menjalin hubungandengan manusia diterapkan dengan gaya yang berbeda dan disesuaikan dengan kondisikerja; dan (3) Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadapkinerja guru dalam aspek harapan pemimpin maupun bawahan belum memilikipersamaan persepsi sehingga menimbulkan kesalahan dalam menterjemahkan ide-idekepala sekolah, sedangkan dalam bidang teknologi pendidikan yang dimiliki sekolahsampai saat ini belum terealisasi dengan sempurna, baik dari komponen pengelolamaupun penggunaan sarana teknologi pendidikan sehingga menjadi hambatan bagikepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.
