Pembuatan bangunan pantai diperlukan untuk melindungi pantai dari erosi dan sedimentasi, bangunan pantai yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pemecah gelombang (breakwater). Breakwater sebagai bangunan pantai berfungsi untuk meredam gelombang yang datang dan memberikan perlindungan terhadap kerusakan wilayah pantai, sehingga tidak terjadi erosi di sekitar wilayah pantai tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh model pemecah gelombang terhadap pola arus gelombang model pantai dengan melihat distribusi kecepatan dan tekanan arus gelombang. Metode yang digunakan dam pemodelan numerik ini adalah metode Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) yang berbasis komputasi. Pada penelitian ini simulasi numeric dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak NextLimit XFlow. Dalam simulasi ini dilakukan pembuatan domain model breakwater terdahulu yang berbentuk kubus. Setiap kubus sisinya berukuran 10cm dan memiliki 9 lubang disetiap sisinya (berpori), dan disusun sehingga membentuk zigzag. Selanjutnya diletakkan pada domain kolam gelombang dengan ukuran panjang kolam 15 m, lebar 5 m dan tinggi kolam 0,65 m. Rancangan percobaan terdiri dari 4 kali run (pembangkitan gelombang) dengan 3 variasi porositas antara rangkaian pemecah gelombang dan satu kali run terhadap pantai tanpa bangunan yang digunakan sebagai pembanding. Model gelombang diatur dengan tinggi gelombang (H) sebesar 10 cm dan periode gelombang (T) 1,268 detik. Dari hasil simulasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi porositas dapat mempengarui kecepatan dan tekanan yang dihasilkan oleh arus gelombang, kecepatan rerata PB1 di titik X1Y1 atau sebelum konstruksi beakwater 0,2823 m/det dan kecepatan rerata pada X3Y1 atau sesudah konstruksi breakwater 0,2141 m/det, menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi bangunan pemecah gelombang dapat mereduksi distribusi kecepatan yang akan membentur pantai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat proses, prosedur dan pedoman pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, anggota komite dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Proses pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah terdiri dari langkah-langkah: melakukan rapat, bertanya dengan berbagai pihak, dan observasi situasi guna mengenali masalah, selanjutnya mencari solusi untuk menjadi keputusan akhir, selanjutnya mengimplementasikan keputusan, terakhir mengevaluasi efektifitas keputusan. 2) Prosedur pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah adalah prosedur pengambilan keputusan otokratis dan prosedur pengambilan keputusan bersama. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui risiko terjadinya ulkus dekubitus menurut Braden Scale di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Braden Scale dengan 6 variabel, yaitu perubahan persepsi sensorik, kelembaban, aktivitas, imobilisasi, status nutrisi, dan friksi serta gesekan. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor resiko terjadinya ulkus dekubitus menurut Braden Scale di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013 berada pada kategori tinggi.
