Dari populasi 305 perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI, diambil 180 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel dengan jumlah observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 540 perusahaan selama 3 tahun yaitu tahun 2010, 2011, dan 2012. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan non keuangan yang telah diaudit dan terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2010-2012. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Magnesium yang ditambahkan berupa tepung batuan magnesit yang telah dilakukan pengayakan. Pemanfaatan batuan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam pembuatan bokasi diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pupuk bokasi yang memiliki kandungan hara magnesium (Mg) yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan produksi bokasi yang biasa dilakukan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri atas 2 faktor. Faktor I adalah proporsi batuan magnesit (K) terdiri dari enam taraf yaitu: K1 = 0%, K2 = 2,5%, K3 = 5%, K4 = 7,5%, K5 = 10%, dan K6 = 12,5%. Faktor II adalah cara penambahan batuan magnesit (P) yang terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu P1 = Diawal pembuatan, dan P2 = Diakhir pembuatan. Setiap perlakukan diulang sebanyak dua kali sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi batuan magnesit (K) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap unsur C (karbon), N (nitrogen), rasio C/N, kandungan Mg (magnesium) dan tinggi tanaman serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap pH dan kadar air bokasi. Rasio C/N cenderung menurun dengan meningkatnya proporsi batuan magnesit, sedangkan pH dan kadar air cenderung terus meningkat dengan meningkatnya proporsi batuan magnesit. Cara penambahan batuan magnesit (P) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar air, tekstur dan warna bokasi serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap total mikroorganisme. This research was a classroom action research (PTK), which consists of two cycles with the phases of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Namun jumlah tangkapan lobster diperairan Sabang tidak dapat diprediksikan setiap bulannya sesuai musim, sehingga tidak ada perencanaan penangkapan yang baik, dari jumlah lobster yang berlebihan dan pemasaran yang kurang baik. Hal tersebut juga mempengaruhi perekonomian petani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodestudikasus (case study). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kenekai Sabang dengan objeknya adalah nelayan penggarap lobster. Ruang lingkup terbatas pada volume dan keuntungan usaha penangkapan lobster. Berdasarkan analisadidapatkanUsaha Penangkapan lobster yang di lakukan oleh kelompok nelayan kecamatan Kenekai kota Sabang, Memberikan keuntungan bagi pengusahanya, sehingga penangkap lobster Kenekai layak untuk diusahakan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil R/C ratio dari tahun 2008- 2012 yaitu 1.6, 1.9, 1.9, 1.9, dan 2,0. Analisis Pemanfaatan sumber daya Lobster diperairan sabang (MSY) yaitu sebesar 579.5 dengan persentase tahun 2008 = 60%, 2009 = 53%, 2010 = 55%, 2011 = 49% dan 2012 = 51%. Persentase tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil tangkapan yang di peroleh masih jauh dari hasil tangkapan maksimum. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sumber daya lobster memungkinkan untuk tetap dilanjutkan dan tidak mengganggu ekosistem lobster. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Data primer diperoleh berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan melalui wawancara langsung dan menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari lembaga dan instansi terkait. Data yang diperoleh dari lapangan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dengan uji statistik inferensial, yang merupakan penelitian ilmiah yang sistematis terhadap bagian-bagian dan fenomena serta hubungan - hubungannya yang di tabulasikan dan dihitung dalam tabel kerja. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ke efektifan program desa mandiri pangan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan peserta program terindikasi mengalami kenaikan, hal ini terlihat adanya peningkatan tingkat kesejahteraan peserta program sebanyak 11 peserta program selama 5 tahun program berlangsung. Meskipun terjadinya kecenderungan kenaikan tingkat kesejahteraan untuk beberapa peserta program namun perubahan terhadap keseluruhan peserta program tidak begitu nyata karena hanya mampu merubah 11 peserta program kepada tingkat sejahtera. Effectiveness generally indicate the extent or the achievement of program goals after the ongoing poverty alleviation programs in the village. The method used in this study is a survey method. The primary data obtained by observation in the field through direct interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from the institutions and agencies. Data obtained from the field were analyzed using descriptive analysis method with quantitative and qualitative data. With inferential statistical test, which is a systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena and the relationships in tabulated and calculated in the spreadsheet. The results showed that the effectiveness of their programs to the level of food self-sufficient village welfare program participants indicated an increase, it is seen an increase in the level of welfare of program participants were 11 participants for 5-year life of the program. Although the trend of increase in the level of welfare for some program participants, but changes to the overall program participants is not so obvious because only 11 participants were able to change the program to the level of prosperity.Keywords: DEMAPAN Action Program, Program Effectiveness, Welfare. Penelitian ini akan mengukur dan menganalisa kualitas sinyal GSM Telkomsel di wilayah kampus Unsyiah. Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran akan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi G-Net Track dengan menggunakan parameter RxLev yang dapat mengukur kekuatan sinyal yang diterima dari telepon seluler. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa sebesar 74.72% sinyal yang didapat termasuk kategori sangat bagus , 20.65% sinyal dikategorikan bagus, hanya 4.61% dikategorikan cukup dan tidak terdapat ketidakcukupan sinyal di wilayah cakupan Unsyiah.
