This research is aimed at observing the nutritious content of palm oil sludge fermentation by P. chrysosporium. The experimental design used completely randomized design in factorial (3 x 3). The first factor is the inoculum dosage, namely : (D1). 3 %, (D2). 6 % and (D3). 9 % of substrate weight. The second factor is the length of fermentation, namely : (L1). 4 days, (L2). 8 days and (L3). 12 days. Every treatment is repeated for three time. The data found is scrutinized by mode print and it is followed by distance test of multiple Duncan (Steel and Torrie, 1989). The variables observed in research are dry materials, crude fiber, crude protein, cellulose and lignin. The research on the influence of inoculum dosage and the length of fermentation on dry materials content and crude protein shows insignificant interaction (P>0.05). On the other hand, crude fiber, cellulose and lignin show significant interaction (P<0.01). The inoculum dosage of 6 % and the fermentation length of 8 days is the best combination treatment and it can reduce the crude fiber amounting to 40.86 %, an increase of crude protein amounting to 30.75 % and a decrease of cellulose and lignin amounting to 39.78 % and 36.40 % respectively. This research was conducted to processed the waste feed into a feed mill potentially probiotic functional seen a total of fungi, molds and yeasts and the types of protein biomass increase. The material used in the study were the starter starfung, distilled water and waste feed mill feed. The tools used in the study were an oven, thermometer, drying cabinets, pH meters, moisture meter grand. Research using Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) is 4 treatments with 4 replications. The treatment used T0 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 0%); T1 = Feed + (Starter 'starfung' 1%); T2 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 3%); T3 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 2%). The parameter is were observed total fungi, the type of mold fungi and yeasts. The data total fungi analyzed using analysis of variance and multiple regions continued with Duncan's test to determine differences between treatments. Based on the results of the study showed that the feed mill waste fermentation with starter cedar starfung no significant effect (p> 0.05) of total fungi. Average - Average total fungi on treatment T0, T1, T2, and T3 respectively - also is 1,77x107, 1,87x107, 0,9 x107, dan 0,91 x107 Cfu/g. Type of mold is Rhizopus sp and type of yeast is Saccharomyces sp. The objectives of the study were to investigate the influence of organic and inorganic fertilizers in tsunami-affected lands on the growth of lettuce, and elemental content of N, P, and K in soil and plants. Experiment was carried out in polybags. Result showed that organic and inorganic fertilizer increased nutrient status of N and P soil, increased growth and nutrient content of N and P in lettuce plants. While for nutrient content of K, organic and inorganic fertilizer only affected soil and roots of lettuce. Growth and nutrient content of N, P and K in soil and plants due to organic and inorganic fertilizer application was highly dependent on the dosage given. A problem associated with the implementation of the micro-hydropower plant in the village is that the water flowrate of the run-of-river is varied at 117 litres per second during the wet season and at 36 litres per second during the dry season. This variation affects the speed of the water turbine and the capacity of power generated by its generator. Therefore to stabilize the output power and voltage of the generator during the course of the year, this paper aims to regulate the intake water flowing into the water turbine by controlling the opening vent valve from 0% up to 100% and controlling the electrical load connected to the generator. The speed of the water turbine was measured using the tachometer. It was found that the generator can produce electricity at its rated power 40 kVA during the wet season by opening the valve at 100% and at 12 kVA with the opening valve at 30% during the dry season.
