                <text>Starvation causes food and liquid deficit that needed by body. Percentage differential leukocyte count includes neutrophil, eosinophil, basophil, limphosit and monosit will give indication towards infection reaction. The aim of this research is to detect influence starvation of the description differential leukocyte count in adult female rat during certain range of time. The experimental method used in this research is Randomized complete design with 3 blocks of treatments and 3 times repetition. The block of treatments are control (K), fasting eat rats (PMK), fasting drink rats (PMN). The data of percentage differential leukocyte count is analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and then continued by Duncan Multiple Range Test at 95% confidence interval (5% significance level). The result showed that statistically insignificant percentage of limphosit, neutrophil, and monosit in PMK and PMN bloks when compared with control, and basophil was not found. While, treatment PMK and PMN in 18 hours treatment, 42 hours treatment,  and 66 hours treatment increase percentage eosinophil.</text>

                <text>ABSTRAKKata kunci : model pembelajara, the power of two, hasil belajar, geografiModel pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two merupakan model belajar kekuatan berdua dalam kelompok kecil dengan menumbuhkan kerja sama secara maksimal melalui kegiatan pembelajaran oleh teman sendiri dengan anggota dua orang di dalamnya untuk mencapai kompentensi dasar. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa; (2) aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two  pada mata pelajaran Geografi; (3) keterampilan guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two ; (4) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-1 MAN 1 Kuta Baro Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar soal, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola  pembelajaran dan angket respon siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar melalui model pembelajaran tipe The Power of Two. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa (1) Persentase ketuntasan individual siswa dari 70 % pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 90 % pada siklus II, sedangkan ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 70,58 % pada siklus I menjadi  94,11%  pada siklus II; (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa mencerminkan pembelajaran The Power of Two, hal ini terlihat pada aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam  membimbing semua pasangan untuk menulis jawaban dan membandingkan jawaban tersebut; (3) Keterampilan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatatif tipe The Power of Two juga meningkat dari katagori baik menjadi sangat baik; (4) Respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two adalah baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X-I MAN 1 Kuta Baro.</text>

                <text>The study used quatitative approach with comparative study. The aims were to determine the student achievement and learning response as well as the different of student achievemnt  tought by inquiry method with concept maps. The population were students of Class X SMA Negeri 2 Sigli consisting of 227 pupils and  the samples were 35 students (experimental-group class) and 35 students (control-group class). Data of teaching learning type was collected throught observation. interview, and field data whereas student achievement collected by design and presentation of concept map, student worksheets, and final test. Data of student response in using the map was collected by questionnaire. The result showed that the value of t-count &gt; t-table for student achievement which was 3,45 &gt; 1,67 indicating  the method has affected the student achievement. The mean values of student responses were 3,73 (agree category) for positive qustions and 2,27 (uncentain category) for negative questions. It can be concluded that learning learning process on concept of environment throught inquiry method with concept map has increased student achievement and response of students of SMA Negeri 2 Sigli.</text>

                <text>Implementation of process skills approach to the concept of plant motion system in SMA Negeri 3 Pidie. Research purposes to know the process of learning outcomes through the application process skills approach to the concept of plant movement. The approach used was qualitative descriptive approach types of Class Actions. This study used two cycles with four components, namely planning (planning), action (acting), observation (observing) and reflection (reflecting). Subjects in this study were students in grade XI IPA 3 year 2009/2010 amounted to 30 people. The instrument used was the test at the end of each cycle. To find out the improvement process and the thoroughness of learning were used a percentage formula. Results showed that the average grade 77.67 80% completeness level of exam success cycle I. Cycle II gained an average grade of 72.17 with 86.67% completeness level. Students generally gave positive responses (attitudes agree) on learning. It is recommended that the application of process skills approach can be used on other concepts in the biology learning as one model that can enable student learning.</text>
