Materi ternak telah digunakan kambing Kacang yang terdiri atas 3 jantan dan 2 betina berumur 1 tahun, dan 6 jantan dan 4 betina berumur 2 tahun. Sampel kambing dipilih secara acak terbatas pada 15 ekor yang tersebar di tiga desa yaitu: Mon ikeun, Lampaya, Weu Raya. Sampel kambing diperoleh dari 5 peternak. Parameter yang diamati adalah sifat kualitatif kambing yang meliputi: warna dan pola warna tubuh, ada atau tidak adanya tanduk, ada atau tidak adanya wattles (daging tumbuh menggantung di leher bagian bawah), dan bentuk telinga. Sifat kuantitatif meliputi: bobot badan, ukuran-ukuran tubuh (lingkar dada, panjang badan, tinggi pundak), jumlah testis, lingkar testis dan jumlah puting susu.Data yang diperoleh ditabulasikan dan dikelompokkan serta dianalisis dengan cara menghitung nilai rataan dan dipersentasekan.Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Excel. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan kambing Kacang di Kecamatan Lhoknga memiliki sifat fenotipe yang beragam. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik dengan menggunakan SPSS 21.Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen komisaris independen, ukuran dewan komisaris, reputasi auditor dan risiko pelaporan keuangan dan variabel dependen risk management committee. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pengujian simultan (uji F), variabel komisaris independen, ukuran dewan komisaris, reputasi auditor dan risiko pelaporan keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap risk management committee. Pada pengujian parsial (uji T), variabel reputasi auditor dan risiko pelaporan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap risk management committee, sedangkan variabel komisaris independen dan ukuran dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap risk management committee.Kata Kunci: Komisaris independen, ukuran dewan komisaris, reputasi auditor, risiko pelaporan keuangan dan risk management committee.
