Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh pasangan calon bupati/wakil Bupati Aceh Besar dari Partai Aceh pada Pemilukada tahun 2012. Pengumpulan data skripsi ini dilakukan dengan teknik penelitian kepustakaan (library research) untuk mendapatkan data sekunder yang dilakukan membedah buku-buku, jurnal, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan bahan-bahan bacaan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Sementara untuk mendapatkan data primer melalui penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu dengan mewawancarai responden dan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PA menerapkan berbagai strategi, antara lain penguatan internal partai, konsolidasi partai, direct selling dan sosialisasi menyeluruh. Terdapat sejumlah alasan mengapa masyarakat Aceh Besar memberi dukungan kepada calon bupati dari PA, antara lain, kandidat Bupati Mukhlis Basyah yang sebelumnya bersama para kombatan GAM berjuang mengangkat senjata melawan ketidakadilan pemerintah pusat terhadap Aceh. Sementara kandidat Wakil Bupati Syamsulrizal dosen Unsyiah yang dianggap memiliki kapasitas mendampingi bupati dalam mememimpin Aceh Besar. Bupati dan wakil bupati terpilih diharapkan dapat memberi perhatian dan kontribusi pembangunan yang lebih nyata. DPW PA Aceh Besar diharapkan terus konsisten melanjutkan visi dan misi partai dan memperjuangkan kesejahteraan serta keadilan. This study used a mix of open and closed questionnaires adopted from Kelsen (2009) on the motivation of using YouTube for listening. 45 students enrolled in a Listening III class were taken as the sample. The findings showed that the highest motive for students to use it was because ‘using YouTube has been beneficial to their English, followed by ‘using YouTube is interesting’, then, ‘using YouTube motivated them to study English’ and ‘the YouTube material was relevant to what was studied in class”. The lowest motive included ‘using YouTube in class motivated them to use it to themselves to study English outside of classes. Furthermore, some students’ open responses to YouTube were: they can practice their English by watching native speakers; it has pictures so it is easy for students to understand the topic, and the materials were relevant since they were practicing listening. Yet, negative responses were also found such as they did not have internet connection at home, were not motivated to do it alone and were not assigned homework to use it. Thus, YouTube can be considered to be used as a material in listening class because it is found to provide many benefits for students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran KIP dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilukada Aceh tahun 2012 dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan, serta untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan KIP dalam mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui library research (kepustakaan) untuk mendapatkan data sekunder, dan untuk mendapatkan data primer dilakukan dengan field research (penelitian lapangan) melalui wawancara dan observasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa KIP Aceh memiliki peran, tugas, dan wewenang sebagai penyelenggara Pemilukada sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-undang No. 11 tahun 2006 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh, Qanun No. 7 tahun 2006, Pasal 57 ayat (1) UU 32 Tahun 2004, serta Undang-undang No. 22 tahun 2007. Dalam pelaksanaan tahapan Pemilukada Aceh tahun 2012, KIP mengalami beberapa kendala, seperti konflik regulasi antar elit politik paska keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang menghapus pasal 256 Undang-undang No. 11/2006 terkait calon independen atau perorangan. Pihak DPR Aceh menolak keputusan MK, karena tidak berkoordinasi dengan DPR Aceh. Kondisi ini kemudian mengganggu stabilitas keamanan yang mengakibatkan pergeseran jadwal pemilihan hingga hingga empat kali, yakni 10 Oktober, 14 November, 24 Desember 2011, 16 Februari, serta 9 April 2012. Untuk menghadapi kendala-kendala yang ada, KIP berkoordinasi dengan MK, Kemendagri, KPU, kepolisian, elit politik, masyarakat, serta menggelar deklarasi Pemilukada damai di Masjid Baiturrahman, Banda Aceh.Dalam pelaksanaan Pemilukada selanjutnya, KIP Aceh diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya, terutama dalam menghadapi berbagai konflik politik, teror dan intimidasi terhadap pemilih dan masyarakat umum. Pemilukada tahun 2012 diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi KIP agar lebih siap menghadapi potensi-potensi konflik politik yang mengganggu proses demokrasi. Anak harus terlibat dalam suatu kegiatan dengan teman sebayanya karena teman sebaya sebagai agen sosialisasi terpenting bagi anak. Anak belajar berkerjasama, bersaing, bertentangan dan menyesuaikan diri. Anak usia sekolah yang menderita thalasemia memiliki keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktivitas tertentu karena akan mudah lelah sehingga anak harus melakukan aktivitas sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan interaksi teman sebaya dengan perkembangan sosial penderita thalasemia usia sekolah di Sentral Thalasemia Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara quota sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 penderita thalasemia usia sekolah. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah Chi-Square. Hasil analisa data, diperoleh ada hubungan interaksi teman sebaya (p-value= 0,011), kerjasama (p-value=0,004), persaingan (p-value=0,011), pertentangan (p-value=0,023), dan akomodasi atau penyesuaian diri (p-value=0,028) dengan perkembangan sosial penderita thalasemia usia sekolah di Sentral Thalasemia Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr.
