The monotonic and cyclic loading will be given under the displacement control. The shear link structure model with the vertical web stiffeners are designed with the spacing accordance to the provisions of AISC 2005. Other model is designed with shear  link web stiffener diagonal with spacing  between 30tw-d/5 to length of link (e) or designed ineligible to AISC 2005. The parameters of EBF-D with web stiffeners will be meansured to : configuration of the web stiffeners, the space of stiffener (a),  length of the link (e), thickness of web link (tw), thickness of flange link (tf) and the thickness vertical web stiffeners (tsv) and diagonal (tsd). The results show that the performance of the portal structure of EBF-D shear link diagonal of web stiffener is  better than vertical web stiffener both in terms of strength, stiffness, ductility and the absorption of energy dissipation due to earthquake loads. Pembebanan diberikan secara monotonik dan siklik dengan kontrol perpindahan.  Model struktur link geser berpengaku badan vertikal didesain dengan jarak pengaku sesuai dengan ketentuan AISC 2005.  Model yang lain didesain menggunakan link geser berpengaku badan diagonal dengan jarak pengaku antara 30tw-d/5 sampai dengan panjang link (e) atau didesain tidak memenuhi syarat AISC 2005. Parameter konfigurasi pengaku badan diagonal, jarak pengaku (a), panjang link (e), tebal badan link (tw), tebal sayap link (tf) dan  tebal pengaku vertikal (tsv) maupun diagonal (tsd) diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja struktur portal EBF-D link geser berpengaku badan diagonal lebih baik dibandingkan dengan berpengaku vertikal dari segi kekuatan, kekakuan, daktilitas maupun penyerapan energi dissipasi akibat beban gempa. Dalam penelitian ini penggunaan material basalt sebagai agregat halus dalam campuran divariasikan dengan abu kiln. Dari permasalahan ini, perlu dikaji mengenai parameter Marshall beton aspal dengan menggunakan material basalt dengan variasi agregat halus abu kiln. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji parameter Marshall dan menentukan nilai kadar aspal optimum pada beton aspal bergradasi rapat/menerus dengan memvariasikan agregat halus batu basalt dengan abu kiln. Variasi agregat halus yang digunakan adalah batu basalt 100%-abu kiln 0%,batu basalt 90%-abu kiln 10%, batu basalt 80%-20% abu kiln, dan batu basalt 70%-abu kiln 30%. Untuk masing-masing variasi benda uji pada pengujian tersebut dibuat 15 benda uji. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap variasi agregat halus batu basalt dan abu kiln didapat nilai parameter Marshall untuk masing-masing variasi yaitu untuk batu basalt 100%-abu kiln 0% nilai stabilitas sebesar 1899 kg, flow 3,35 mm, Density 2,3 gr/cm3, VIM 4,1%, VMA 16,800%, VFB 75% dan MQ sebesar 575 kg/mm, dan KAO yang didapat sebesar 5,35%. Untuk basalt 90%-abu kiln 10% nilai stabilitas sebesar 1568 kg, flow 4,1 mm, Density 2,3 gr/cm3, VIM 4,1%, VMA 15,800%, VFB 74,5% dan MQ sebesar 370 kg/mm, dan KAO yang didapat sebesar 5,12%. Dalam pelaksanaan peraturan tersebut masih banyak terjadi permasalahan dan konflik pada pelelangan seperti tindakan anarkis, cara melakukan sanggahan yang tidak tepat dan lain-lain. The making of chocolate bars consisted of two formulations, namely a higher fat bar (40%) and low fat bar (21.5%).The study includes the chocolate bar preparation with and without tempering results. The melting point of milk chocolate bars that use cocoa butter tempering (L1) is higher than the milk chocolate bars that use fat without tempering (L2) for all treatments. Solid fat content (SFC) of F1 has higher solid phase at room temperature (55-60%) in all treatments compared with milk chocolate bar F2 (40-43%) and chocolate produced by UKM (Malaysia) 40-48 % and soccolatte 35-38% at the same temperature (350C). Ada beberapa alasan yang mendorong untukdilakukannya penelitian tentang pembuatan surimi, yaitu: meningkatnya permintaanuntuk surimi dan meningkatnya pengolahan ikan dari jenis yang kurang dikenal sepertihasil sampingan penangkapan nelayan. Penggunaan surimi sebagai bahan mentah ataubahan baku untuk pengolahan produk lebih lanjut lebih efisien dalam hal pengangkutan,penyimpanan, penyediaan bahan mentah, dan mutunya yang lebih bagus jikadibandingkan penggunaan ikan segar.Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi pembuatan surimidari ikan leubim hitam. Sedangkan tujuan secara khusus adalah untuk melihat kualitassurimi dengan variasi frekuensi pencucian dan konsentrasi gula. Penelitian inimenggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah frekuensipencucian (P), terdiri dari 2 (dua) taraf yaitu P1 = Pencucian 1 kali dan P2 = Pencucian 2kali. Faktor kedua adalah variasi konsentrasi sukrosa (S) sebagai Cryoprotectan, terdiriatas 4 (empat) taraf yaitu S1 = 0%, S2 = 2%, S3 = 4%, S4 = 6%. Parameter yang dianalisispada penelitian terdiri dari rendemen, kadar air, pH, kadar protein, kadar abu, kadarlemak, uji lipat dan uji organoleptik (warna dan tekstur). Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa konsentrasi sukrosa (S) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar protein, kadarabu, uji deskripsi warna, dan uji deskripsi tekstur serta berpengaruh nyata terhadaprendemen dan uji lipat. Frekuensi pencucian (P) memberikan pengaruh sangat nyataterhadap rendemen, kadar air, pH dan kadar lemak serta berpengaruh nyata terhadapkadar abu. Sedangkan interaksi antara konsentrasi sukrosa dan pencucian (SP)memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kadar protein dan uji organoleptik tekstur dan tidakberpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter lainnya. Berdasarkan produksi alpukat di Propinsi Aceh pada tahun 2011 sebesar 7.462 ton, maka potensi limbah biji alpukat mencapai 1.268,54 ton/tahun. Kandungan pati yang tinggi pada biji alpukat memungkinkan pemanfaatan limbah biji alpukat menjadi tepung. Namun dalam pengolahannya terjadi reaksi pencokelatan. Perendaman biji dalam larutan natrium metabisulfit (Na2S2O5) dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah reaksi pencokelatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama perendaman biji alpukat dalam larutan Na2S2O5 terhadap mutu tepung biji alpukat yang dihasilkan.Bahan yang digunakan adalah biji alpukat, yang diperoleh dari pedagang jus buah di kawasan Kota Banda Aceh dan Kabupaten Aceh Besar, air dan Na2S2O5. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah lama perendaman dalam larutan Na2S2O5 (N) dengan konsentrasi 3.000 ppm yang terdiri dari lima taraf, yaitu: N1= 0 menit, N2= 15 menit, N3= 30 menit, N4= 45 menit dan N5= 60 menit. Analisa mutu tepung yang dihasilkan pada setiap perlakuan meliputi analisis rendemen, densitas curah, kadar air, kadar abu, derajat keasaman (pH) dan uji kesukaan terhadap warna dan aroma. Data yang diperoleh, dianalisa menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT).Mutu tepung biji alpukat yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai rerata rendemen sebesar 12,37%, densitas curah 0,45 g/cm3, kadar air 9,75%, kadar abu 1,25% dan pH 7,45. Rerata skor kesukaan terhadap warna adalah 6 (agak suka) dan aroma adalah 4 (agak tidak suka). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama perendaman dalam larutan Na2S2O5 berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap rendemen, densitas curah, kadar air, kadar abu dan organoleptik warna. Sedangkan derajat keasaman (pH) dan organoleptik aroma dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh perlakuan perendaman dalam larutan Na2S2O5. Berdasarkan hasil uji lanjut BNT dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik adalah perendaman selama 15 menit dalam larutan Na2S2O5, dimana pada perlakuan ini diperoleh nilai pH 7,57 rendemen 12,75%, densitas curah 0,42 g/cm3, kadar air 10,78%, kadar abu 1,17% dan skor kesukaan terhadap warna dan aroma masing-masing adalah 6 dan 4.
