Maka yang bertanggung jawab dalam sebuah keluarga adalah orang tua. Sekolah adalah sebuah lembaga yang dirancang untuk pengajaran siswa / murid di bawah pengawasan guru. Sebagian besar negara memiliki sistem pendidikan formal, yang umumnya wajib. Prestasi belajar adalah hasil yang dicapai oleh seseorang setelah ia melakukan perubahan belajar, baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas II IPS di SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai pertengahan bulan januari sampai pertengahan bulan febuari 2014. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket yang dianalisis secara deskriptif presentase masing-masing variabel. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel besas dan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah seratus orang dan sampelnya sebanyak 44 orang, dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh variabel lingkungan keluarga yang merupakan variabel bebas sebesar adalah 25,77 sedangkan. 78,74 variabel prestasi belajar merupakan variabel terkait. Qualitative data analysis was used to compare between the theories and concepts in Accounting Information Systems with the fact that the Bank Branch in Banda Aceh. Ada beberapa penyebab stres kerja (stressor) seperti stresor lingkungan, sosial, fisiologis dan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui stres kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6-10 Juli 2015 di 12 ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap yang berjumlah 153 orang, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 152 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja kategori sedang pada shift pagi lebih besar dari shift malam. Stresor kerja yang paling besar dalam penelitian ini adalah stresor fisiologis dengan kategori sedang sebesar 79,6 % (shift pagi) dan 76,3 % (shift malam), kemudian stresor sosial kategori sedang sebesar 59,2 % (shift pagi ) 64,5% (shift malam), stresor psikologis kategori sedang sebesar 50,0% (pada shift pagi) dan kategori rendah sebesar 55,3 % (shift malam), dan stresor lingkungan kategori rendah sebesar 68,4% (shift pagi) dan sebesar 65,8% (shift malam), dengan adanya informasi dalam penelitian ini, tempat penelitian mungkin dapat menjadwalkan shift jaga malam selang waktu 2-3 hari dengan shift pagi agar tidak mengganggu irama sirkandian perawat pelaksana guna untuk kesehatan fisik perawat pelaksana. Penderita asma setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan. Beberapa faktor seperti lingkungan, genetik dan merokok dapat membuat asma menjadi semakin berat dan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien asma itu sendiri, untuk itu diperlukan pengontrolan asma oleh pasien untuk memprediksi faktor resiko yang mungkin terjadi terhadap pasien asma. Pengontrolan asma dapat mempengaruhi derajat beratnya asma.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kontrol asma dengan derajat berat asma.Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analitik cross-sectional yang dilakukan dari bulan Juli-Agustus 2013 di Poli Paru Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh terhadap 50 responden, untuk mengukur tingkat kontrol asma digunakan kuisioner Asthma Control Test dan untuk mengukur derajat berat asma digunakan alat spirometri.Analisis : Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan CI 95% dan ? = 0,05Hasil : Sebanyak 34,8% pasien asma yang terkontrol sebagian mengalami derajat asma intermiten, 26,1% mengalami derajat asma persisten ringan, 26,1% mengalami derajat asma persisten sedang dan sebanyak 13,0% mengalami derajat asma persisten berat sedangkan pada pasien asma yang tidak terkontrol sebanyak 48,1% mengalami derajat asma persisten berat, 22,2% mengalami derajat asma persisten sedang, 18,5% mengalami derajat asma persisten ringan dan 11,1% mengalami derajat asma intermiten dengan p value 0,039.Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kontrol asma dengan derajat berat asma di Poli Paru RSUDZA Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci : Asma, Tingkat Kontrol Asma, Derajat Berat Asma.
