Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif eksploratif dan menggunakan teknikpengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Populasi sejumlah 70 lansia dengan jumlah responden 54 orang,alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara. Metode analisis datamenggunakan analisa univariat. Waktu pengumpulan data 03-08 Juli 2013. Hasil penelitian didapatkarakteristik spiritual pada lanjut usia berada pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 33 orang (61%), hubungandengan Tuhan berada pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 30 orang (56%), hubungan dengan diri sendiriberada pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 38 orang (70%), hubungan dengan orang lain berada pada kategorikurang yaitu sebanyak 32 orang (59%), dan hubungan dengan alam berada pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak34 orang (63%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran tingkat kepuasan lansia terhadap pelayanan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis dinas (UPTD) Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 lansia. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dari tanggal 4 maret sampai dengan 6 maret 2013. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam skala likert berbentuk check list terdiri atas 22 item pernyataan. Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik wawancara terpimpin. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat variabel tingkat kepuasan lansia terhadap pelayanan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 43 lansia berada dalam kategori puas (71,7%) dan 17 lansia (28,3%) berada dalam kategori tidak puas. One reference is the standard unit price of the building. Several previous studies have provided some analysis and recommendations. However, given the results does not fully apply to districts / cities in Aceh Province. This research attempts to formulate a model of unit price of buildings and to assess the effect of the price of primary materials that are used as model variables. This model uses the variable price of 8 types of major building materials, namely, wood beams, planks, iron, cement, ceramic, brick, metal roof and plug the sand. This standard is required for efficient budget allocation. Issues to be discussed in this paper are how to pursue State Building Unit Price (HSBGN). This research was limited to simple classified buildings. This model was developed using multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 215 fungal colonies from 9 fungal species were isolated from soil samples of different cassava fields between the month of June and August, 2012. It was observed that soil samples from Lambara recorded the highest number (64) of fungal species followed by Damba and the least number (44) of fungal species was observed in Wamakko.The fungi isolated were Alternaria species, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cylindrocarpon lichenicola, Fusarium oxysporum, Geotrichum candidum, Mucor hiemalis, Rhizopus orgyzae and Scopulariopsis candida.The highest percentage frequency of occurrence was observed in Aspergillus niger (39.5%) seconded by Fusarium oxysporum (18.2%) and the least was seen in Rhizopus oryzae ( 2.3%). The pathogenicity test indicated that all the fungal isolates were pathogenic on cassava tubers.The fungus M. hiemalis is the most pathogenic followed by F. oxysporum and the least was recorded by R. oryzae. Therefore, it would be concluded that there is relationship between soilborne fungi and incidence of postharvest rots of cassava tubers. Duck eggs taken from the poultry business in Meunasah Krueng, water fence, Lambaro, Aceh Besar. Then each egg was placed in an incubator unit in the three experimental groups, namely low humidity (57/58% RH), intermediate humidity (67/68% RH) and high humidity (71/72% RH). Incubation process done manually with temperature 38 oC incubator. Eggs were coded X and O adjacent to facilitate marking a reversal in current twice a day. Primary data retrieval from the first day until the fifteenth day by weighing the eggs and using electronic scales.
