Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan strategi pengembangan hutan rakyat di Kabupaten Bireuen Provinsi Aceh. Strategi pengembangan hutan tanaman rakyat diperoleh dari analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa total skor faktor internal kekuatan adalah sebesar 3,504; faktor internal kelemahan sebesar 1,481; sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal peluang sebesar 3,573; faktor eksternal ancaman sebesar 1,367. Posisi strategi pengembangan hutan tanaman rakyat terletak pada kuadran 1 dengan nilai koordinat (2,023 ; 2,206). The method used are by comparing the characteristics of the land with the requirements of growing crops to be grown is sengon, jabon and mahogany. Forest plantations of the people development strategy derived from the SWOT analysis. The results of assessment of land suitability classes at study sites throughout the observation point has a corresponding class of the actual marginal land suitability (S3) with a slope of the limiting factors and potential land suitability is quite suitable (S2) with the limiting factor of temperature, rainfall and the effective depth. SWOT analysis results showed that the total score internal factor is the strength of 3.504; weakness of internal factors 1.481, whereas the opportunities for external factors of 3.573; external threat of 1.367. The position of the forest plantations of the people development strategy lies in quadrant 1 with the coordinates (2.023; 2.206). The strategy is a priority for this condition is applied in the SO strategy (strength - opportunity) which supports an aggressive policy of growth by leveraging the opportunities that exist to force in developing forest plantations of the people in the district of Bireuen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan sosial siswa kelas akselerasi dan siswa kelas reguler serta perbedaan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMAN 3 Kota Banda Aceh berjumlah 789 siswa, terdiri 749 siswa kelas reguler dan 40 siswa kelas akselerasi, sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 siswa. 40 siswa kelas reguler dan 40 orang siswa kelas akselerasi dipilih dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, hasilnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh ternyata siswa kelas akselerasi memiliki keterampilan sosial sebesar 62,5%, artinya siswa pada kelas akselerasi kurang berkesempatan untuk bergaul dan berinteraksi dengan teman karena dituntut untuk selalu berhadapan dengan materi pelajaran. Sedangkan siswa kelas reguler memiliki keterampilan sosial sebesar 67,5%. Artinya, bahwa mereka tidak terlalu terbebani dengan tugas-tugas sekolah, dan waktu yang mereka gunakan untuk berinteraksi juga lebih banyak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan sosial yang nyata dan signifikan antara siswa kelas akselerasi dengan siswa kelas reguler di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Banda Aceh terbukti dengan nilai thitung > ttable (3,320> 1,991).Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengkaji lebih lanjut dan mendalami kaitan antara keterampilan sosial siswa dengan hasil belajar yang dicapai. The study used a descriptive survey method. Erosion hazard rate (EHR) was analyzed using USLE formula. Result showed that potential erosion hazard rates in the pasture of the SLBC for each map units of land (MUL) from the largest to the smallest were MUL 2 (456,35 ton ha-1 year-1), MUL 6 (351,52 ton ha-1 year-1), MUL 1 (208,96 ton ha-1 year-1), MUL 3 (160,47 ton ha-1 year-1), MUL 4 (66,63 ton ha-1 year-1), and MUL 5 (6,52 ton ha-1 year-1). There were three classifications of potential EHR, i.e. heavy in MUL 1, 2 and 6; medium in MUL 3 and 4; and very lighting MUL 5.
