Sistem pertanian organik merupakan sistem pertanian yang selaras dengan alam, yaitu dengan mengembalikan siklus ekologi dalam suatu areal pertanian sehingga membentuk suatu aliran siklik yang seimbang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan UPT. University Farm Universitas Syiah Kuala Station Riset 2 Ie Seum, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2012. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 2 dengan 3 ulangan yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu pupuk kompos yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: K0 (tanpa penggunaan pupuk kompos), K1 (pupuk kompos 10 ton ha-1), dan K2 (pupuk kompos 20 ton ha-1). Faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri dari 2 varietas yaitu: V1 (Varietas Anjasmoro) dan V2 (Varietas Wilis). Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap 10 sampel tanaman dari populasi tanaman per bedeng, yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah dan bobot polong bernas, bobot biji kering, bobot biji 100 butir dan hasil kedelai. Hasil tertinggi diperoleh dengan perlakuan kompos 20 ton ha-1 pada varietas Anjasmoro (2,338 ton ha-1), kemudian varietas Wilis (2,075 ton ha-1). Pada perlakuan kompos 10 ton ha-1, hasil tertinggi terdapat pada varietas Wilis (1,391 ton ha-1) kemudian Anjasmoro (1,223 ton ha-1). To increase the added value of fish and considering the perishable nature of fish should be made of alternative processing or preservation of fish. This study aimed to determine the effect of fish and fish drying methods on the quality of the wood. This research was conducted by using a randomized block design (RBD) factorial design consisting of two factors, method of drying, curing, oven and the type of fish (Euthynnus sp and Thunnus sp), with 3 replicates in order to obtain 18 experiments. Types of fish significantly (P< 0.05) to the value of color a dried fish and not significant (P> 0.05) on water content, ash content, flavor, aroma and texture of the dried fish. Dried fish method was highly significant (P < 0.01) to the value of a color and texture of the dried fish and significant (P < 0.05) to the value of a dried fish flavor. The interaction between the type of fish and drying methods not significant (P > 0.05) for all analysis parameters dried fish. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung keanekaragaman jenis kupu-kupu penghisap buah yang terdapat di kawasan Hutan Lindung Gapang, Sabang. Selain itu juga dibandingkan sebaran jenis dan individu kupu-kupu penghisap buah pada understorey dan overstorey. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode transek. Kupu-kupu yang ditangkap dengan menggunakan perangkap umpan cylindrical gauze yang dipasang secara vertikal (understorey dan overstorey) sebanyak 20 perangkap (10 pada understorey dan 10 pada overstorey). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat sebanyak 93 individu dari 12 jenis, 11 genus dan 5 sub famili yang tergolong ke dalam famili Nymphalidae; 4 jenis dari sub famili Satyrinae, 4 jenis dari sub famili Morphinae, 2 jenis dari Nymphalinae dan 1 jenis dari masing-masing sub famili Charaxinae dan Limenitidinae. Jumlah jenis dan jumlah individu yang tertangkap pada understorey lebih banyak dan berbeda nyata dibandingkan dengan overstorey. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sesuai data yang dibutuhkan. Jumlah informan yang diteliti berjumlah 25 orang. Terdiri dari 20 orang petani garam, 2 orang pedagang perantara, 2 orang pengumpul dan 1 orang pedagan besar .Data primer diperoleh melalu wawancara dengan informan yang mengetahui secara luas tentang jaringan sosial dan tataniaga yang terjadi pada sesama pelaku tataniaga. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui dari berbagai sumber dokumentasi, buku, artikel, dan dari media massa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi 4 pola jaringan tataniaga pada sesama pelaku tataniaga di Desa Cebrek.Disamping itu, jaringan sosial yang terjadi diantara sesama pelaku tataniaga berbeda beda. Dan hal itu mempengaruhi proses terjadinya tataniaga yang terjadi diantara pelaku tataniaga garam. Meskipun berbeda beda, kegiatan tataniaga tetap berlangsung dengan baik.Disamping itu, diharapkan kepada pemerintah agar dapat membuat satu tempat penampungan garam, agar petani garam di Desa Cebrek tidak kesulitan dalam menjual garamnya. Pemerintah juga diharapkan agar dapat memberikan bantuan kepada petani garam yang berada di Desa Cebrek. Bantuan yang sangat diperlukan oleh petani garam ialah berupa kayu bakar.
