The process of growth occuring in this oyster of which is the length, width and weight. The process occurs since the ongoing growth process of conception until adulthood. The aim study is to determine (1) growth coefficient G. erosa, and (2) the length of infinity that can be achieved by the mangrove clam G. erosa in the area of the West Coast of Aceh Besar district. The study was divided into three locations, and observation was conducted in June-August 2009. In each set of four plots in each sample sampling size 10m x 10m and in each plot established 10 subplots each measuring 50cm x 50cm. All samples sampling subplots were damaged and done filtering to obtain G. erosa. The main result was the growth coefficient of mangrove oysters G. erosa in the western coastal area of Aceh Besar district was 0,230 mm, and length of infinity that can be achieved was 84.58 mm. Mangrove oyster G. erosa living in the mangrove ecosystem of the West Coast region of West Aceh Besar district, may reach a length of up to 84.58 mm. This research used Completed Randomized Designed (RAL) factorial with two factor, isolate types and concentration of isolatechitinolitic bacteria. The research procedure includes the maintenances of Aedes aegypti L. larva, isolation and selection of chitinolitic bacteria, and biological test. Data were processed by using Varian Analysis (ANAVA). The result of this study indicated that four isolates were test on larva of Aedes aegypti L. masquito, instar II. Giving different isolat chitinolitic bacteria and concentration showed no significant differences in larva death (P>0,05). The highest average of larva death was exhibited at the treatments of 1% of IS 2 and IS 3 isolate. The occurance of chitinolitic bacteria influenced the growth of pupa, it can be showed that the pupa was not formed from each consentration and isolate that caused the death in larva signed by the part of body and larva siphon were pale and digestive tract was dark. Penelitian ini menggunakan LED sebagai komponen utama dengan tujuan membandingkan intensitas cahaya yang dihasilkan oleh lampu LED hasil rancangan dengan lampu Philips 11 watt. Dalam merancang lampu ini diperlukan rangkaian penyearah terdiri dari transformator, dioda, kapasitor, IC regulator 7806. Rangkaian ini berfungsi menurunkan tegangan dari 220V AC ke tegangan 6V DC, untuk pencahayaan digunakan 55 buah LED. Lampu LED hasil rancangan akan dibandingkan intensitasnya dengan lampu Philips 11 watt dengan menggunakan luxmeter. Dengan demikian telah berhasil dirancang lampu ruangan menggunakan light emitting diode (LED). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa intensitas cahaya lampu LED hasil rancangan lebih rendah dibandingkan lampu Philips 11 watt, namun lampu LED hasil rancangan mengkonsumsi daya 3,52 watt dan memiliki umur hidup panjang.Kata kunci : Rangkaian penyearah, LED, Intensitas Cahaya.ABSTRACTAn ordinary room light has ben successfully designed by using light emitting diode (LED). This study uses LEDs as the main component with the aim of comparing the intensity of the light produced by the LED lamp and that of the Philips 11 watt bulbs. In designing this lamp, it requires rectifier circuit consists of a transformer, diodes, capacitors, regulator IC 7806. This circuit works to down the voltage from 220V AC to 6V DC voltage. The lighting using of 55 LEDs. LED lamp design results will be compared with 11 watt Philips lamp using luxmeter. Room lighting using light emitting diode (LED). The measurement results indicate the LED lamp intensity lower design of the Philips 11 watt bulbs, but LED lights designed by consuming 3.52 watts of power and has a long lifetime. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam Indeks BISNIS-27 di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2012. Dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) perusahaan yang masih listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2010 sampai 2012, (2) tercatat sebagai emiten yang masih terdaftar dalam Indeks BISNIS-27 sejak tahun 2010 sampai 2012 secara berturut-turut melaporkan laporan keuangannya, (3) perusahaan yang sahamnya aktif diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda, uji statistik F, dan uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara parsial bahwa DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, PER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, DPR berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV dan ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan secara simultan DER, PER, DPR dan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. Selain itu diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,662. Ini berarti 66,2% pergerakan nilai perusahaan dapat diprediksi dari pergerakan keempat variabel independen tersebut. Kata Kunci : Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas, Rasio Harga Saham terhadap Laba, Rasio Pembayaran Dividen, Tingkat Pengembalian Aset Dan Rasio Harga Saham terhadap Nilai Buku.ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of the funding policy of the company (DER),the investment policy of the company (PER), the dividend policy of the company (DPR) and company performance (ROA) on company value (PBV). The sample used in this study were 14companies included in the index BUSINESS-27 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2012. Selected by purposive sampling with criteria (1) companies that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010 to 2012, (2) the issuer is still listed as registered in BUSINESS-27 Index from 2010 to 2012 respectively reported financial statements, (3)companies whose shares are actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of the study. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression method, F statistical test, and t test statistics. The result of this research proven partially that DER has positive and significant effect on PBV, PER has positive and significant effect on PBV, the DPR has no significant positive effect on PBV and ROA has positive and significant effect on PBV. This study also proves simultaneously DER, PER, the DPR and ROA significantly influence PBV. Also obtained R square value of 0.662. This means that 66.2% movement of company value can be predicted from the movement of the four independent variables. The aim of this research is to investigate the varieties of fish captured by fisherman and the population of fish which was under threatened by the usage of Langga seine. This research used survey method with census technique by which the researcher directly visiting Fishery Auction at Pusong Baru Lhokseumawe city. The result showed that there were 73 species of fish classified as 11 Ordos and 31 families. The fish varieties comprised 45 Perciformes ordo from 18 family (62%), 7 Scombriformes Ordo (10%), 5 Clupeiformes Ordo (7%), 4 Scorpaeniformes Ordo (5%), 2 Atheriniformes Ordo (3%), 3 Percessoces Ordo (4%), 2 Pleuronectiformes Ordo (3%), 2 Tetraodontiformes (3%). Meanwhile there was only one species from each ordo Cyprinodontiformes, Siluriformes dan Gadiformes (1%). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang didapat dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 responden yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu dengan menetapkan beberapa pertimbangan dan kriteria tertentu dalam menentukan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 19.0. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu secara parsial (uji-t) dan secara simultan (uji F) dengan tingkat signifikansi (?) sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel nilai yang diterima (X1) kualitas pelayanan (X2) dan citra perusahaan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y), baik secara parsial (uji-t) maupun secara simultan (uji F). The data used in this study was quantitative data obtained by the distribution of the questionare to 100 respondents conducted using the purposive sampling method with decide some opinion and criteria sure destine of sample. This study used multiple linear regressions with the aid of the IBM SPSS 19.0 program. Hipothesis testing was done by using statiscal testing, that is partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F test), with a significance level (?) of 5%. Their presences in the field are seen as the key to agricultural ecosystem. Their presence can be influenced by the availability of non-crop vegetation. Some adult Hymenoptera parasitoids require food in the form of pollen and nectar of wild flowers to ensure effective reproduction and longevity. The objective of this research is to study Hymenoptera parasitoid communities in vegetable field and non-crop vegetation at Alahan Panjang and Kayu tanduak agricultural landscapes. Insects were sampled by two trapping techniques (farmcop and sweep net) in one lines of transect for each landscape. Total of 62species from 19 families of Hymenoptera parasitoid were collected invegetable field and  non-crop vegetation at Alahan Panjang and Kayu Tanduak landscape. Landscape structure affected the species richness, diversity and evenness of Hymenoptera parasitoid invegetable field and  non-crop vegetation. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada 3 Bank Swasta Nasional di Banda Aceh sebanyak 82 responden, dimana penarikan sampel yang dijadikan responden dilakukan dalam bentuk sensus, yaitu menjadikanseluruh populasi karyawan sebagai responden. Peralatan analisis yang digunakan adalah HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling). Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen afektif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover dan komitmen afektif memediasi secara sempurna (perfect mediation) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap intensi turnover pada Bank Swasta Nasional di Banda Aceh.
