Penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2014 di Laguna Leupung. Pengambilan sampel plankton dilakukan pada 6 stasiun pengamatan dengan menggunakan plankton-net. Identifikasi plankton dilakukan di Laboratorium Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Genus yang ditemukan sebanyak 25 genera yang berasal dari kelas Bacillariophyceae, Dinophyceae dan Cyanophyceae. Kelas Bacillariophyceae tergolong sedang dengan kelimpahan rata-rata 1202,02 ind/L, sedangkan kelas Dinophyceae berkisar 621,13 ind/L dan Cyanophyceae 208,49 ind/L yang tergolong dalam kelimpahan rendah. Genus yang dominan ditemukan adalah Rhizosolenia sebesar 26%. Nilai indeks Keanekaragaman berkisar 1,88 - 2,63, dan termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. The aim of this research was to identify the fungi from litter layers. Identifying was done by observing fungal structure and colonies characters on PDA. Isolates which were estimated as Basidiomycetes tested by laccase test and peroxidase test. Based on those characters, there was 7 isolates from  genera of Pythium belongs to Mastigomycetes, 1 isolate from Basidiomycetes and 6 genera belongs to Deuteromycetes, i.e. 5 isolates of Penicillium, 10 isolates of Aspergillus, 5 isolates of Trichoderma, 2 isolates of Fusarium, 1 isolate of Geotrichum and 1 isolate of  Phialophora. Pengambilan sampel buah pekarangan dilakukan pada lima kecamatan di Kota Banda Aceh. Pemeliharaan dan identifikasi jenis lalat buah dilakukan di Laboratorium Zoologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Syiah Kuala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif dengan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL). Jenis buah sebagai perlakuan dan kecamatan sebagai ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Tukey. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah jenis dan jumlah individu imago lalat buah. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan terdapat empat jenis lalat buah yaitu Bactrocera dorsalis, B. carambolae, B. albistrigata dan B. papayae. Bactrocera dorsalis dan B. carambolae menyerang keempat jenis buah, sedangkan B. albistrigata dan B. papayae hanya menyerang tiga jenis buah. Bactrocera albistrigata menyerang jambu biji, jambu air dan mangga, sedangkan B. papayae menyerang jambu biji, belimbing segi dan mangga. Hasil analisis varian menunjukkan bahwa jenis buah berpengaruh terhadap preferensi lalat buah (p < 0.05). Preferensi lalat buah tertinggi adalah jambu biji, sedangkan preferensi terendah adalah jambu air. Research has been done for three months from April to July 2005. Completely Randomized Design with 6 treatments and 4 replications was applied. The treatments were Knudson C medium added with: 15% of coconut liquid endosperm, 7.5% of banana juice, 0.2% of yeast extract, 15% of potato juice, 5% of aloe juice, and 5% of tomato juice. The location of the study was divided into three stations, namely: the flow of rivers, hills, and mountains. The research method used in the research was explorative methods. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed that 19 species of epiphytic orchids were classified into 12 generas, namely: Aerides, Eria, Phaleonopsis, Dendrobium, Bulbophyllum, Cattleya, Vanda, Pholidata, Arachnis, Coelogyne, Oncidium and Cymbidium. The aim of this research is to investigate the varieties of fish captured by fisherman and the population of fish which was under threatened by the usage of Langga seine. This research used survey method with census technique by which the researcher directly visiting Fishery Auction at Pusong Baru Lhokseumawe city. The result showed that there were 73 species of fish classified as 11 Ordos and 31 families. The fish varieties comprised 45 Perciformes ordo from 18 family (62%), 7 Scombriformes Ordo (10%), 5 Clupeiformes Ordo (7%), 4 Scorpaeniformes Ordo (5%), 2 Atheriniformes Ordo (3%), 3 Percessoces Ordo (4%), 2 Pleuronectiformes Ordo (3%), 2 Tetraodontiformes (3%). Meanwhile there was only one species from each ordo Cyprinodontiformes, Siluriformes dan Gadiformes (1%).
