The samples of feces were collected from 15 captive orangutans in Orangutan Sumatera Batu Mbelin Sibolangit Qurantine, North Sumatra. Of each sample was cultured in nutrient broth media using sterilecotton swabs or Pasteur pipettes, and incubated at 37°C temperature for 24 hours. Culture was spared on Methylene Blue Agar (Oxoid), examined by Gram staining, and tested by biochemically. The result showed that significantly more common appear Escherichia sp. Swab sample was obtained from metacarpal injury of P. tigris sumatrae. Yulvizar, Cut Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2012-11-30 Description An account of the resource This study was undertaken to investigate soil Actinomycetes from grand forest park of Pocut Meurah Intan as well as to evaluate their potential to produce antimicrobial compounds. The study was conducted in Laboratory of Microbiology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Syiah Kuala University from February to July 2012. The research was carried out by using an explorative method with laboratorial evaluation. Three different soil samples were taken from a depth of 10-20 cm below the soil surface and isolated on YM agar medium. During the investigation, 24 isolates were recovered and exhibited various morphological characteristics. The results of the antimicrobial assay showed that 14 isolates (58.33%) were active against one or more of the test organisms. Among the 14 active isolates, one isolate (7.14%) showed antibacterial activity; 9 isolates (64.29%) showed antifungal activity; and 4 isolates (28.57%)  exhibited a broad-spectrum activity against both of the test bacteria and fungi. The inhibitory activity were also varied, ranged from weak (<5 mm), moderate (5-19 mm), to strong (>20 mm).  The highest antimicrobial activity was presented by ATH-17 against Candida albicans (34.50 mm), while the lowest was exhibited by ATH-15 against Escherichia coli (0.20 mm). Hal ini diatur dalam beberapa Undang-Undang yang berbeda. Antara lain yang terdapat pada Pasal 220 Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2009 tentang MPR, DPR, DPD dan DPRD, dalam pasal tersebut diharuskan adanya izin tertulis dari presiden atau gubernur (untuk DPRK) apabila ingin melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap ketua, wakil ketua dan anggota MPR, DPR, DPD dan DPRD. Namun dalam kenyataannya, kinerja penyidik kasus tindak pidana korupsi menjadi terhambat karena adanya izin pemeriksaan tersebut. Apabila dikaitkan dengan hal tersebut, maka permasalahannya adalah apakah permohonan izin terhadap pejabat negara itu sesuai dengan asas persamaan kedudukan di hadapan hukum (equality before the law) dan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan (constante justitie). Permasalahan kedua adalah bagaimanakah sinkronisasi antara undang-undang terkait pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi dengan undang-undang yang mengatur tentang izin tertulis untuk pemeriksaan pejabat negara.Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan mengenai permohonan izin terhadap pemeriksaan pejabat negara itu sesuai atau tidak dengan asas persamaan kedudukan di hadapan hukum dan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan serta melihat sinkronisasi antara undang-undang terkait pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi dengan undang-undang yang mengatur permohonan izin tertulis untuk memeriksa pejabat negara.Untuk mendapat hasil penelitian ini maka digunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yakni dengan melakukan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konsep dan pendekatan perbandingan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aturan terhadap permohonan izin dalam penyidikan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi terhadap pejabat negara itu tidak sesuai dengan asas persamaan kedudukan di hadapan hukum dan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan.
