Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa utang luar negeri, dan investasi asing langsung berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap cadangan devisa, sedangkan net ekspor berpengaruh negatif terhadap cadangan devisa, karena nilai impor lebih besar dari ekspor, tetapi tidak sugnifikan. Kekuatan cadangan devisa bersifat semu karena didominasi dari komponen utang luar negeri, tidak diperoleh dari surplus net ekspor. Diharapkan cadangan devisa dapat diperoleh dari net ekspor bukan dari utang luar negeri lagi. Dengan cara meningkatkan net ekspor sehingga diperoleh surplus ekspor yang bisa digunakan untuk memperkuat cadangan devisa Indonesia. Sebaliknya, penurunan net ekspor menandakan ekspor lebih kecil dari pada impor sehingga akan berdampak terhadap penurunan neraca perdagangan. penurunan neraca perdagangan akan membawa efek pada neraca pembayaran sehingga membuat cadangan devisa defisit.Kata Kunci : Net Ekspor, Investasi Asing Langsung, dan Utang Luar Negeri. In general several varieties of Arabica are cultivated at the same altitude, which cause loss of their unique flavor of Arabica Gayo Highlands. This research was aimed to find out of superior varieties of Arabica coffee with a unique flavor score at a certain altitude and specific processing technique in the Gayo Highlands. There were five varieties of Arabica coffee observed. (Borbor, Bergendal, Ateng Super, Tim-Tim and Lini-S), in four altitudes: (1. < 1.000 m; 2. 1.000 -1.200 m; 3. 1.200 1.400 m; and 4. > 1.400 m above sea level). A survey method with descriptive analysis was used, based on altitude and land use maps on 20 observation sites. Ideal altitude of varieties were identified as nell as soil and barriers samples were analyzed. Arabica coffee varieties was determined by cluster analysis, correlations, followed by multiple regression. Evaluation scores of flavor varieties of Arabica coffee and altitude showed that Borbor variety was suitable at altitude > 1.400 above sea level, Tim-Tim < 1.200 m, and Ateng super at altitude 1.200 -1.400 m above sea level. Processing method of organic Arabica coffee which produced high flavor quality (taste) was a semi wash processing. Result of multiple regression analysis showed a very close relationship between land characteristics and score flavor criteria, R2 was 0.894. Determinants of the best and unique flavor is the altitude, climate and processing of organic Arabica coffee beansAbstrak. Beberapa varietas kopi Arabika umumnya dibudidayakan dan dikembangkan pada ketinggian tempat yang sama yang menyebabkan mulai hilangnya citarasa khas (unik) kopi Arabika dataran tinggi Gayo. Penelitian ini bertujuan menetapkan varietas unggul kopi Arabika organik yang mempunyai citarasa unik pada berbagai ketinggian tempat dan cara pengolahannya. Untuk menentukan ketinggian tempat yang ideal serta masing-masing varietas-varietas kopi Arabika dilakukan analisis gerombol, analisis korelasi antar karakteristik lahan yang dilanjutkan dengan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil menunjukkan varietas Borbor sesuai pada ketinggian tempat > 1.400 m, varietas Tim-Tim < 1.200 m, dan Ateng Super pada semua ketinggian 1.200 -1.400 m diatas permukaan laut. Pengolahan biji kopi Arabika organik yang menghasilkan mutu kualitas citarasa yang terbaik dan khas (unik) adalah pengolahan basah cara basah. Hasil analisis regresi berganda antara karakteristik lahan dengan kriteria citarasa kopi Arabika pengolahan basah cara basah diperoleh hubungan yang sangat erat (R2) adalah 0,894. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis cluster dan analisis korespondensi. Analisis cluster digunakan untuk mengelompokan data kondisi sekolah, tenaga pengajar dan sarana belajar menjadi tiga cluster, empat cluster dan lima cluster. Sedangkan analisis korespondensi digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara kondisi sekolah, tenaga pengajar dan sarana belajar terhadap nilai UN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai UN adalah kondisi sekolah dan tenaga pengajar karena memiliki p-value < ? sehingga plot profil baris dan profil kolom hanya dibentuk untuk menentukan hubungan antara kondisi sekolah dan tenaga pengajar terhadap nilai UN. Pada analisa hubungan kondisi sekolah terhadap nilai UN menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sekolah yang sangat baik berhubungan erat dengan nilai UN yang kurang baik. Kondisi sekolah yang baik dan tidak baik berhubungan erat dengan nilai UN yang baik. Sedangkan kondisi sekolah yang cukup baik dan kurang baik berhubungan erat dengan nilai UN yang cukup baik. Pada analisa hubungan tenaga pengajar dengan nilai UN, menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar yang sangat baik berhubungan erat dengan nilai UN yang baik. A study of analysis of ENSO impact on streamflow of Cisangkuy watershed West Java using Rainfall-Runoff model was done. The study was analyzed by using GR4J model. Daily rainfall and potential evaporation are model initial data. The model was tested for 2 years running by applying least square error method provided by spreadsheet application to reduce the initial value problem. The model showed a good result with Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency of 70.0. The model was then simulated for 5 years. Monthly streamflow which is model output was then analyzed. The ENSO impact was done by identifying SOI to the variability of rainfall and streamflow. The model result showed that during La-Niña year in 2000, streamflow decreased below normal. The situation remain question that need to be further investigated. During normal year from 2001 to 2004, streamflow was normal. However, during El-Niño year, the decreasing rainfall also have an effect on the decreasing of streamflow in Cisangkuy watershed. The result also showed that the correlation between climate anomaly Nino 3.4 and variability of rainfall and streamflow is significant with correlation coefficient of -0.69 and -0.30, respectively. The regression model was governed and was then utilized to predict the risk analysis in Cisangkuy watershed by using stochastic spreadsheet under Crystal Ball application.
