Penentuan potensi waktu tanam diawali dengan analisis neraca air lahan dengan menggunakan metode Thornwaite dan Mather, yang disesuaikan dengan periode waktu tanam dengan kandungan lengas tanah >50% dari air tersedia. Analisis perubahan musim menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perubahan musim kemarau dan hujan selama periode 2000 – 2009 dibandingkan dengan 1990 – 1999, namun ada pergeseran pada awal musim kemarau dari bulan Juni menjadi Mei dengan durasi 4 bulan. Untuk pola dan waktu tanam, dari 4 kecamatan sentra produksi padi yang ditinjau potensi masa tanamnya antara 4 bulan – 4,25 bulan dengan awal waktu tanam jatuh awal bulan Oktober. Pola tanam yang dianjurkan apabila tidak tersedia irigasi adalah padi pada awal musim tanam pertama dan palawija musim tanam kedua.Analysis of Season Changes and Development of Paddy Planting Pattern Based on Rainfall Data in Aceh BesarABSTRACT. Climate is one of the most important factor to the success of agriculture production. Climate variability such as season change, lack or excess of water, are some examples of climate factor which limit agriculture production in the tropics. This research conducted to analyze the changes and duration of dry season, rain season, and transition period, and develop pattern and planting time of rice crop base on rainfall data analysis. Season change analysis conducted by comparing monthly rainfalls data between 2000-2009 period and 1990-1999 period, where the splitting of dry season, rain season and transition period conducted with LSD (Least Significant Difference), corrected with Oldeman’s criteria. Planting time potency assumed by Thornwaite and Mather water balance analysis approachment, and it is set up that the planting time period is the water holding capacity >50% from available water. The season change analysis showed that there is no change to dry and rain season duration on 2000-2009 period compared to 1990-1999 period, but there is shifting in dry season beginning from June to May with 4 months constant duration. The best planting pattern and planting time, from 4 subdistrict of rice crop main production observed, planting time potency between 4 to 4,25 month with planting time at the beginning of October. Without irrigation, planting pattern suggested is rice crop at the beginning of growing periods and palawija at the end of growing periods. The problem is often referred as flow maldistribution and formation of localized hot spot region. This research is generally aimed to predict  fluid flow distribution in the packed bed containing porous media by finite difference method using the software MS. Excel. Model verification result shows conformity between analytic method and  result of calculation. Simple study of the finite difference method using the software MS. Excel can describe the fluid velocity profile in a packed bed containing porous media. This profile is similar with experiment of Kufner and Hofmann (1990) and Stephenson and Stewart (1986). The MU that has six degrees of freedom consists of three accelerometer sensors and three gyroscope sensors, each placed on three axes (x, y, and z) and orthogonal to each other. Vehicle monitoring systems that exist at present only provide information on the vehicle at two degrees of freedom (X and Y), so that the rotation of the vehicle is unknown. To be able to find the vehicle as a whole, namely the six degrees of freedom consisting of three position data and three rotation data, it would require an IMU with six degrees of freedom, namely by using the accelerometer and gyroscope sensor mounted on all three axes. In the research has been conducted design IMU sensors as the vehicle monitoring system with six degrees of freedom, so that can know the condition of the vehicle in six degrees of freedom, namely the position x, y, and z and rotation in three axes (roll, pitch, and yaw). IMU system uses an antenna transceiver for data transmission medium. We did the tests of IMU sensors in the initial output, motion response, and testing of navigation. Tests performed on laboratory scale to perform the calibration of the IMU sensor and then performed field tests using a motor vehicle. In laboratory-scale testing is not required transmitter and receiver antennas. Based on the results of the research shown the measurements of the attitude angle 90o with the axis of the rotary axis x, axis y, z axis with 7 variations of the test result in an average MSE of 2.277o x-axis, y axis of 2.519o, z-axis of 3.334o respectively and the measurement to the distance of 30 cm for 7 variations f testing resulted in an average MSE of 2.659 cm for the x-axis, 3.995 cm for the y-axis, and 2.142 cm for the z axis. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Apakah penerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa; (2) aktivitas guru dan siswa selama kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan penerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint; (3) keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint; (4) respon siswa terhadap penerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 SMPN 15 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan soal, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan angket respon siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) persentase ketuntasan individual pada siklus I adalah 68,75 persen dan meningkat 87,50 persen pada siklus II. Begitu juga dengan ketuntasan klasikal yaitu pada siklus I, dari 10 soal yang diberikan hanya 6 soal tuntas (60 persen) dan meningkat menjadi 9 soal tuntas (90 persen) dari 10 soal pada siklus II; (2) aktivitas guru dan siswa dengan menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan, hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya jumlah aktivitas guru dan siswa aktivitas guru dan siswa yang dikatagorikan baik pada siklus II; (3) keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint mengalami peningkatan dengan skor rata-rata 2,59 pada siklus I yang dikategorikan sedang, kemudian meningkat 3,35 pada siklus II yang dikategorikan baik; (4) Persentase respon siswa terhadap penerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint adalah 93,75 persen siswa mengatakan guru menggunakan cara baru dalam menyampaikan materi, 87,50 persen memahami materi pelajaran yang baru diikuti 81,25 persen mengatakan menarik mengenai model pembelajaran yang baru diikuti, 89,07 persen menjawab ya tentang komponen-komponen pembelajaran, dan 93,75 persen berminat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis media powerpoint. Total produksi usahatani petani perkebunan karet rakyat di daerah penelitian sebesar Rp. 635.999.930/Thn dengan jumlah total penerimaannya sebesar Rp. 3.092.162.700/Thn sehingga memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 2.456.162.770/Thn- dengan jumlah rata-rata sebesar Rp. 61.404.069/Thn. While the scope of this study is limited to the analysis of rubber farmers' income as well as contributing to farmer households. The analysis used in this study is to use the income and contribution analysis. Sampling was done with a simple random sample of 40 farmers rubber. The results showed that of the 40 respondents produced rubber production quantities of 302 412 Kg / yr of 119 ha with an average rate of 2.552 kg / ha with a selling price of Rp. 10.225/Kg. Farmer cultivated mixed-varieties of arabica coffee in an area. As result no specific tasted for specific variety found. This result aims to observe the best coffee to be recommended for various altitude cultivation. There are nine altitude variations, 100 m interval from 700 to 1600 m above sea level (asl). For each internal altitude, coated-red coffee been harvested at farmers coffee farms at almost the same management and growth. The variables of arabica coffee bean quality physically observed were coated-red raw bean, coffee beans, coffee quality , beans passed on various filters, bean shape and tasted. The result showed that arabica coffee bean quality physically is getting better till 1400 m asl and then tends to decrease the quality till 1600 m asl as shown in export quality percentages, no passed at 7.50 mm filter, the percentage of normal beans, and tasted scores. However for coated-red raw asl. In contrast, floating coated-bean, floating bean and normal beans is decrease. Catimor Jaluk Variety of coffee arabica is suitable for all altitudes observed, followed by arabusta, Lini-S, Bergendal, and USDA. The second factor is fertilization of phosphorus, namely: 0 g.pot-1 (Po), 3,75 g.pot-1 (P1), 7,50 g.pot-1 (P2), 11,25 g.pot-1 (P3). The result showed that inoculation of mycorrhiza arbuscular fungi increased fresh and dry weight of root, fresh and dry weight of shoot, number of tiller, 100 seed weight, number of tassel. The best treatment was found on inoculation of Entrospora sp. and fertilization of 11,25 g.pot-1. Kemampuan Mahasiswa Calon Guru Menerapkan Penilaian Kinerja untuk Menilai Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Matematika.Penilaian kinerja merupakan salah satu bentuk penilaian alternatif yang tidak hanya menilai hasil akhir namun juga menilai proses dan keterampilan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam membuat dan menggunakan rubrik untuk menilai kinerja siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek penelitian adalah empat orang mahasiswa calon guru yang sedang mengikuti Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dan akan melakukan penelitian yang terkait dengan penggunakan rubrik penilaian di SMP T. Nyak Arief Fatih Billingual School. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan dua rubrik yaitu untuk menilai kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru membuat dan menggunakan rubrik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam membuat rubrik penilaian untuk pertemuan pertama yaitu keempat subjek penelitian memiliki tingkat kemampuan baik, selanjutnya untuk pertemuan kedua subjek A memiliki tingkat kemampuan sangat baik, subjek B dan subjek D memiliki tingkat kemampuan baik, dan subjek C memiliki tingkat kemampuan cukup baik. 2) kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam menggunakan rubrik penilaian untuk pertemuan pertama yaitu subjek A, subjek C, dan subjek D masing-masing memiliki tingkat kemampuan sangat baik, sedangkan subjek B memiliki tingkat kemampuan baik, selanjutnya untuk pertemuan kedua keempat subjek penelitian memiliki tingkat kemampuan sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam membuat rubrik untuk menilai kinerja siswa berada pada tingkat baik sedangkan untuk kemampuan dalam menggunakan rubrik untuk menilai kinerja siswa berada pada tingkat sangat baik.
