Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat yang pernah mendapatkan simulasi bencana Gunung Api Seulawah Agam di WilayahKecamatan Saree Kabupaten Aceh besar berjumlah 226 orang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan. Penggambilan sampel sebanyak 69 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode randomsampling. In this experiment two different detectors were used to prove the reciprocity law using an exposure meter detector and a screen-film system. Four different valuesof kVps were used in this experiment which were 40 kVp, 50 kVp, 60 kVp, and 70 kVp. Different values of mAs were used from 1 mAs up to 50 mAs. Other factors used in this experiment were maintained constant such as the distance from focal spot to detector 100 cm and collimator opening 15 cm x 10 cm to make sure all contributions from the surroundings were approximately the same. In this experiment, acceptability range of the reciprocity law used for the screen-film OD was ±5% and acceptability range of the absorbed dose using the exposure meter was ±10%. From the result, it shows that at low kilovoltage which was 40 kV the OD and absorbed dose values disobeyed the reciprocity law, but at high kilovoltage, the OD and linearity value obeyed the reciprocity law. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di poli klinik sub spesialis bedah RSDUZA Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang berobat di poli klinik sub spesialis bedah dengan metode consecutive sampling sebanyak 138 orang. Variabel penelitian kepuasan pasien dilakukan wawancara pada pasien dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Jumlah pasien dengan Tingkat kepuasan (sangat puas) dijumpai di poli bedah Saluran cerna sebanyak 4 orang (11,76%). Kategori tingkat kepuasan sangat tidak puas terdapat di poli bedah plastik sebanyak 6 orang (33,33%). Di poli bedah onkologi dan poli bedah anak jumlah responden tingkat kepuasan yang sama dengan katagori puas sebanyak 8 orang (47,06%). Di poli bedah vaskular tingkat kepuasan kurang puas 7 orang (41,18%). Di poli bedah plastik tingkat kepuasan tidak puas dan sangat tidak puas yaitu sebanyak 6 orang (33,33%). Di poli bedah saraf jumlah pasien dengan tingkat kepuasan (puas) 7 orang (29,41%). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan tekanan darah antara laki-laki dewasa yang merokok dan tidak merokok di Gampong Meunasah Papeun Lamreung Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah comparative study dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua laki-laki usia dewasa di Gampong Meunasah Papeun Lamreung yang berjumlah 701 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 responden yang terdiri dari 44 responden perokok dan 44 responden bukan perokok, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terpimpin untuk mendapatkan data demografi responden dan pengukuran langsung untuk pemeriksaan tekanan darah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner dan sphygmomanometer. Metode analisa data dengan menggunakan uji t-test, hasil penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan tekanan darah antara laki-laki dewasa yang merokok dan tidak merokok (p-value = 0,027). This study aimed to determine the Rubella vaccine potency to inhibit Plasmodium berghei merozoite invasion to erythrocyte which evaluated from parasitemia levels, mortality and mice clinical condition. This study conducted in mice injected Rubella vaccine prior injected with P. berghei. There were four groups: A, B and C injected with 500 µl, 2 µl, and 1 µl rubella vaccine respectively. Group D injected with 500 µl sterile aqua, as control group. After 28 days of vaccination all mice injected with 0.2 ml P. berghei. Furthermore, we observed to parasitemia levels, death, and clinical condition of mice to assess Rubella vaccine effectiveness to inhibit merozoite invasion. The results shown Rubella vaccine did not provide significant effect on parasitemia levels. It might Rubella vaccine dose we used under effective dose and less effective of target site. However, our study shown Rubella vaccine provided significant effect on mice mortality (p<0.05). It is probably due to Rubella antigen (213-239 amino acid sequence) and malaria antigen merozoite surface protein (MSP)-119 (sequence amino acid 238) has similar structure, thus it was likely generated cross-immunity. In conclusion, 28 days Rubella vaccination did not provide significant effect on parasitemia levels, however it provided significant effect on mice mortality with infected by P. berghei. The study was conducted from April to June 2012. The area of the study was divided into four locations; Gunung Bale Area (location I), Gunung Badak Area (Location II), LCI factory (Location III) and Gunung Oshing (location IV). The methods were survey and capture. The structure of the dominance was analysed by dominance formula and the species was analysed descriptivelly. The findings showed that there were 13 species and 1 species with dominance index (ID)  were  0.0-0.25 and 0.26-0.50 respectivelly, and none of them with ID ˃ 0.50. The species can be potentially used as the learning media of the course were 13 species, including the morphology and anatomy of each species. The parts of the body of Lepidoptera comprising of podos, chephal, torax, abdomen, and ptera are the basic determination of the taxonomy. In brief, it was found that Lepidoptera with categories were sub-dominant and not dominant. Determination of the taxonomy relied on the various structure of morphology of each members of Lepidoptera according to examinated level of taxonomy.
