Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis lalat buah pada buah yang diperdagangkan di Pasar Tradisional Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dimulai dari bulan Mei 2014 hingga Februari 2015 dengan mengumpulkan sampel buah pada tiga pasar yaitu Pasar Ulee Kareng, Pasar Seutui, dan Pasar Peunayong. Identifikasi dan analisis data dilakukan di Laboratorium Zoologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Metode Eksploratif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengumpulkan buah yang terdapat tanda-tanda serangan lalat buah. Buah yang dikumpulkan yaitu sawo (Manilkara zapota), jambu biji (Psidium guajava), pisang awak (Musa paradisiaca var. Awak), pisang raja (Musa paradisiaca var. Raja), pepaya (Carica papaya), dan jeruk manis (Citrus sinensis).Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis dan jumlah lalat buah yang diperoleh dari buah yang dikumpulkan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar dan tabel. Jenis lalat buah yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bactrocera dorsalis dan Bactrocera carambolae. B. dorsalis merupakan jenis lalat buah yang menyerang lima macam buah (jeruk manis (Citrus sinensis), sawo (Manilkara zapota), pepaya (Carica papaya), pisang awak (Musa paradisiaca var. Awak), dan pisang raja (Musa paradisiaca var. Informasi mengenai jenis lalat buah yang mengunjungi tanaman mangga di Aceh Besar belum dilaporkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis lalat buah yang mengunjungi tanaman mangga pada empat varietas mangga yaitu manalagi, gadung, cengkih dan madu. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari Februari sampai Agustus 2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Perangkap Modifikasi Steinner. Parameter yang diamati berupa jumlah dan jenis lalat buah yang terperangkap. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar. Jenis lalat buah yang ditemukan adalah Bactrocera dorsalis dan Bactrocera umbrosus. Lalat buah yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah B. dorsalis sebanyak 1.438 individu dan B. umbrosus sebanyak empat individu. Lalat buah yang paling banyak ditemukan terdapat pada mangga manalagi. B. dorsalis dan B. umrosus dibedakan dari bagian sayapnya. Information about the type of fruit flies that visited manggo cultivation in Aceh Besar has not been reported. The purpose of this research was to determine the kind of fruit flies that visited four varieties of manggo plant, namely manalagi, gadung, cengkih and madu. The research form February to August 2014. Modified Steinner Trap method was applied to the research. Parameters of this research are the number and type of trapped fruit flies. The data was analyzed descriptively and presented in figures. The type of fruit flies that were found are Bactrocera dorsalis and Bactrocera umbrosus. The most commonly found is Bactrocera dorsalis as many as 1.438 individuals and Bactrocera umbrosus as many as four individuals. Fruit flies are most commonly found in manalagi, Bactrocera dorsalis and Bactrocera umbrosus are distinguished from their wings. Wing membrane in Bactrocera dorsalis does not has a band while in Bactrocera umbrosus has three transverse bands on brown wing membrane. Ketiga lokasi tersebut yaitu kawasan persawahan, kebun campuran dan kawasan riparian. Pengoleksian sampel mamalia kecil famili Muridae dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkap yang terdiri dari 45 perangkap lokal. Parameter yang diamati pada famili Muridae adalah jumlah jenis, jumlah individu, tingkatan umur, jenis kelamin dan kondisi cuaca. Parameter untuk vegetasi adalah jumlah jenis, jumlah individu masing-masing jenis, jumlah perawakan tumbuhan, kerapatan masing-masing perawakan pada setiap lokasi tipe habitat. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 21 sampel famili Muridae yang terdiri dari enam jenis. Jenis yang paling banyak tertangkap di ketiga tipe habitat adalah Rattus exulans (tikus ladang). Habitat kebun merupakan habitat yang paling banyak ditemukan jumlah individu mamalia kecil famili Muridae, diikuti oleh riparian dan sawah.Kata kunci: inventarisasi jenis, mamalia kecil, Muridae, tipe habitatABSTRACTA research on the inventory of small mammals muridae family on three types of habitat in the district of Kuta Cot Glie, Aceh Besar. Those three locations are paddy fields, mixture gardens and riparian areas. Small mammal samples of Muridae family were collected by traps which consist of 45 local traps. The parameters observed in muridae family are the number of species, number of individuals, age degree, gender and the are weather conditions. The parameters of the vegetations are the number of species, the number of individuals each species of plants, the number of plants stature, the density of each stature in habitat types. The results of this research are, there are 21 samples of Muridae family which consist of six types. The most species catched in the three types of habitat is Rattus exulans (field mice). Arun Natural Gas Liquefaction (NGL) Lhokseumawe, telah di lakukan pada bulan April - Desember 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendata jenis tumbuhan berpotensi invasif di perumahan tersebut. Penentuan lokasi sampling dipilih secara sengaja (Purposive sampling) yaitu 5% dari total rumah yang ada (777 unit rumah). Jenis tumbuhan yang diamati yaitu strata pohon, semak, dan tumbuhan bawah untuk menentukan tumbuhan asli Indonesia, tumbuhan introduksi, dan tumbuhan berpotensi invasif. 88 jenis tumbuhan yang berasal dari 53 suku telah ditemukan di lokasi penelitian. Enam jenis tumbuhan dari enam suku dari total tumbuhan yang ada di perumahan PT. Arun NGL merupaka tumbuhan asli Indonesia. Selanjutnya, tumbuhan yang diintroduksi sebanyak 82 jenis yang termasuk ke dalam 52 suku. Jenis dan suku tumbuhan yang berpotensi invasif di kawasan perumahan PT. Arun NGL berjumlah 10 jenis yang berasal dari tujuh suku. Banyaknya jenis dari tumbuhan berpotensi invasif yang ditemukan di wilayah ini akan mengancam tumbuhan lainnya di masa mendatang. Arun Natural Gas Liquefaction (NGL), Lhokseumawe had been conducted from April to December 2013. This study aimed to determine the potential invasive plant species in housing area of PT. Arun NGL. Determination of the sampling locations was purposively selected (purposive sampling) that is 5% of the total existing houses (777 units). The stratum of trees, shrubs, and undergrowth plants had been observed to determine of Indonesia native, introduced, and potential invasive plant species. 88 plant species including from 53 families in total were found in research location. Six species from six families in total plants in PT. Arun NGL housing area are part of Indonesia native plant species. Moreover, introduced plant in here accounted is 82 species which including to 52 families, while the potential invasive plant species is only 10 species which is part of seven families. Pengambilan sampel buah dilakukan pada lima desa di Kecamatan Kota Jantho. Pemeliharaan dan identifikasi lalat buah dilakukan di Laboratorium Zoologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksploratif. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah jenis dan jumlah individu imago lalat buah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis lalat buah yang menyerang tiga jenis tanaman buah di Kecamatan Kota Jantho yaitu Bactrocera carambolae, B. albistrigata dan B. dorsalis dengan total individu sebanyak 1075 individu. Bactrocera carambolae mendominasi jumlah individu yang didapat yaitu sebanyak 494 individu (46%) namun hanya menyerang satu jenis buah yaitu belimbing segi. Bactrocera albistrigata menyerang dua jenis buah yaitu jambu air dan jambu biji dengan jumlah individu sebanyak 396 individu (37%) sedangkan B. dorsalis menyerang ketiga jenis buah yaitu belimbing segi, jambu air dan jambu biji dengan jumlah individu sebanyak 183 (17%). ABSTRACTThis researh aimed to inventory and identify the species of fruit flies that attack the yard fruit plants, i.e. starfruit (Averrhoa carambolae L.), watery roseapple (Syzygium aqueum L.) and guava (Psidium guajava L.) in Kota Jantho disctric. The fruits were collected from five villages in Kota Jantho disctric. Rearing and identification of fruit flies were done in Zoology Laboratory of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. Method used in explorative survey. Parameters were the number of species and individuals. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed that three fruit flies species attacked the fruits, those are Bactrocera carambolae, B. albistrigata and B. dorsalis, with the total number of individuals were 1075. Bactrocera carambolae is the most abundant species obtained as many as 494 (46%) and attacked starfruit only.
