Under the influence of insulin the germinal vesicle (GV) of the oocyte migrated towards the animal pole (GVM), reached the micropyle, and then dissolved (GVBD). By using different concentrations of insulin aspart i.e., 0 U/ml, 0.01 U/ml, 0.1 U/ml, 1 U/ml and 10 U/ml, optimum amount required was found to be 1U/ml. The number of oocytes incubated for 24 hours with insulin aspartic treatment that undergo meiotic re-initiation can reach the percentage of meiotic resumption oocytes was 82%. The results suggest that catfish oocytes have responsive to sensitive adenylatecyclase and also an active phosphodiesterase system. Addition of the maturation-inducing steroid, a progesterone, stimulated (P<0.01) GVBD of catfish oocytes and its combination with insulin aspart showed an additive effect. This information will be important in hormonal manipulation during induced breeding of Indonesian commercial catfish. Metode yang digunakan adalah ekperimen dengan sampel 58 siswa terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas XII-IPA 1 dan 30 siswa kelas XII-IPA 2. Parameter penelitian ini adalah hasil dan motivasi belajar siswa. Analisis data untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil dan motivasi belajar siswa digunakan N-Gain dan perbedaan peningkatan hasil dan motivasi belajar dengan uji t. Hubungan motivasi dan hasil belajar menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil analisis N-Gain diperoleh terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada kedua kelas dengan kategori tinggi 85,7%, sedang 14,3% di kelas eksperimen dengan integrasi CTL dengan kewirausahaan, sedangkan di kelas kontrol dengan CTL 66,7% tinggi, 20% sedang, dan 13,3% rendah. Terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada kedua kelas dengan kategori 21,4% tinggi, 53,6% sedang, dan 25% rendah di kelas eksperimen, dan di kelas kontrol 16,7% tinggi, 23,3% sedang, dan 60% rendah. Hasil uji t diperoleh terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa pada kedua kelas. Hubungan antara motivasi dan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh hubungan yang cukup, sedangkan di kelas kontrol tidak ada hubungan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah integrasi CTL dengan kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan hasil dan motivasi belajar siswa pada konsep bioteknologi di SMA negeri 1 Indrapuri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) proses integrasisosial antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat setempat di Desa Alue BilieKecamatan Darul Makmur sudah berjalan dengan baik. (2) Sementara faktorpendukung terjadinya integrasi sosial yaitu kebersamaan, tidak membeda-bedakanantara masyarakat setempat dengan masyarakat pendatang, rasa senasibsepenanggungan, menyadari bahwa manusia sebagai makhluk sosial. IPM employs such methods as biological and mechanical controls, and botanicalpesticides. National and international resources have been used to developed IPM programs in some countries. Indonesia and Taiwan have used such programs to control rice pests. Biological control, botanical pesticides andsome mechanical control have been conducted in IPM program in both countries. However, assessing and comparing the effects of IPM programs are difficult because of the heterogeneity of the data due to differences in regions (e.g., climate, rainfall, soil structure), time periods, pest classes (e.g., insects, plant pathogens, weeds), and types of crops researched. In Indonesia using the recommended pesticides still be the last option for controlling the pests that reach an economic threshold. In 2011, recommended pesticides are applied about 981,628 ha of all rice crops. Other controls are the second pests control choosen in Indonesia. Other controls are consists of biological control (usingparasitoids and predators), microbial control (fungi, virus and bacteria) and natural plant extraction. Other controls reach about 464,854 ha of total rice crops in Indonesia. Mechanical controls are less applied than recommendedpesticides and other controls. Mechanical controls are including all controls before rice planting, such as harrowing land, killing rats, applying organic fertilizer, planting good varieties and cropping pattern.
