The result showed that inoculation of mycorrhiza arbuscular fungi increased fresh and dry weight of root, fresh and dry weight of shoot, number of tiller, 100 seed weight, number of tassel. This research aims to reveal the proportion of insertion and deletion on RDP1of species Megapodes in Indonesia. Whole blood DNA was extracted according to the protocol of Qiamp DNA Blood Mini Kit (Qiagen), and used as template for PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) which was conducted according the protocol of Takara Ex TaqTM PCR Kit in a Perkin-Elmer Thermal Cycler 9600. PCR products were purified using a Qiaquick PCR Purification Kit (Qiagen, USA). The sequencing reaction for RDP1 was performed using BigDye v.3.1. Cycle Sequencing Kit (Applied Biosystems,USA) followed the protocol of ABI Prism 3100-Avant Genetic Analyzer (Applied Biosystems, USA). Alignment of RDP1 nucleotide sequences of megapodes and that are obtained from international DNA data base (DDBJ-DNA Data Bank of Japan) with accession number AF 394649 (RDP1) were conducted by using Clustal-X. Characteristics of RDP1 were analyzed by employing the DNA Sequence Polymorphism (DnaSP) version 3.51 and Program MEGA version 4. The analysis result demonstrated there were insertion and deletion on RDP1 of species of Megapodes in Indonesia, which resulting in a gap of 1-10 bp and was concentrated in nucleotide 407-568. Alignments between species of Megapodes  and two species of Galliformes showed more gaps, which were concentrated on nucleotides 480-708. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan survei. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah pasien yang dirawat di ICU yang menerima prosedur invasifventilator > 48 jam. Pasien yang diduga mengalami VAP dilakukan isolasi,identifikasi serta uji sensitivitas bakteri yang berasal dari spesimen aspirasi trakeal.Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan 69 pasien yang menggunakan ventilator dalamperiode Juni-November 2012, 20 orang diantaranya didiagnosis VAP. InsidensiVAP di ICU didapatkan 84,03 per 1000 hari pemakaian ventilator. Pola kumanpenyebab VAP didapatkan yaitu Klebsiella pneumonia (35%), Pseudomonasaeruginosa (20%), Klebsiella sp. (15%), Pseudomonas sp. (15%), Acinetobactersp. (5%), Enterobacter sp. (5%) dan Staphylococcus aureus (VRSA) (5%). Terdapatsensitivitas bakteri Gram negatif penyebab VAP terhadap antibiotik pada umumnyadibawah 40% kecuali meropenem yaitu 68,3%.Sementara itu, 1 isolat bakteri Grampositif yang diperoleh merupakan S. aureus strain Vancomycin ResistantStaphylococcus aureus (VRSA). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa insidensi VAP diICU RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh sangat tinggi. Paramedis yang carrier MRSA dikhawatirkan dapat menjadi penyebab penularan ke pasien terutama di ruang intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan isolasi dan identifikasi MRSA dari mukosa hidung paramedis di ruang intensif RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan terhadap paramedis yang bertugas di ruang intensive care unit (ICUD), intensive coronary care unit (ICCU), neonate intensive care unit (NICU), paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) dan intensive care unit (ICU) jantung. Total sampel yang diambil ialah 38 sampel mukosa hidung paramedis. Identifikasi bakteri meliputi identifikasi makrokopis, pewarnaan Gram, identifikasi mikroskopis, uji katalase, dan uji koagulase. Uji sensitifitas antibiotik dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Parameter yang diukur ialah jumlah sampel positif dan negatif MRSA serta perbandingan persentase positif pada tiap sampel di ruang yang berbeda. Total insidensi MRSA pada paramedis di ruang intensif RSUDZA ialah 26%. Hasil penelitian ini ialah angka insidensi infeksi MRSA di ruang ICUD, ICU jantung, ICCU, PICU, dan NICU masing-masing ialah 8,3%, 14,3%, 14,3%, 60%, dan 57,2%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa insidensi MRSA pada paramedis di ruang intensif RSUDZA tergolong berbahaya karena dapat menjadi sumber penularan kepada pasien.Kata Kunci : MRSA, Staphylococcus aureus, infeksi nosokomial, paramedis, rumah sakit.ABSTRACTMethicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a strain of S. aureus that has resistance on betalactam antibiotics, including penicillin and its derivate. MRSA-carrier paramedics were concerned to be the spreading cause to patients, particularly in intensive care rooms. This research was aimed to isolate and identify MRSA from nose mucous of paramedics in intensive rooms of dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional Public Hospital (RSUD), Banda Aceh. Samples were collected from on duty paramedics in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Intensive Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Heart ICU rooms. Bacteria were identified using macroscopic identification, Gram-staining, microscopic identification, and advanced tests including catalase, coagulase, and antibiotic-sensitivity tests (using disc diffusion method). Parameters observed were number of positive- and negative-MRSA samples, as well as positive percentage comparison in different rooms. Total incidence was 26% positive-MRSA. The result showed that MRSA incidence were each 8,3% in ICU, 14,3% in Heart ICU, 14,3% in ICCU, 60% in PICU and 57,2% in NICU. Angka mortalitas dan morbiditas yang tinggi pada persalinan dengan presentasi bokong menjadi suatu alasan pentingnya manajemen persalinan yang sesuai untuk menurunkan angka tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dalam beberapa dekade terakhir terjadi peningkatan angka persalinan Sectio Caesarean untuk menurunkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas fetal dan maternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui angka kejadian persalinan dengan presentasi bokong, juga melihat persentase faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu yang diteliti usia gestasi, paritas, dan berat badan lahir pada presentasi bokong dan melihat jenis persalinannya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2014. Sampel diambil secara non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan data primer yaitu langsung dari pasien melalui lembar data responden dan data sekunder untuk melihat status pasien. Tiga puluh kasus selama penelitian yang berlangsung Oktober sampai November 2014. Usia gestasi yang banyak ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah aterm dengan persentase 80%. Golongan paritas yang banyak ditemukan dalam penelitian iniadalah multipara yaitu sebesar 60% dan golongan berat badan bayi lahirtersering adalah berat badan lahir normal 50% hanya sedikit selisih dengan berat badan lahir rendah sebanyak 37%.
