Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien setelah melakukan perawatan ortodonti cekat pada dokter gigi umum dan dokter gigi spesialis ortodonti pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi yang telah selesai melakukan perawatan ortodonti cekat pada dokter gigi umum dan dokter gigi spesialis ortodonti yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perawatan ortodonti cekat pada dokter gigi spesialis ortodonti 20% responden sangat puas, 75% responden puas dan 5% responden tidak puas. Perawatan ortodonti cekat pada dokter gigi umum 50% responden puas dan 50% responden tidak puas. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan pasien, ortodonti cekat. Patient satisfaction is a patients level of feelings that arise as a result of health service performance is obtained after comparing it with what patients expect. The goals of orthodontic treatment is to create a balance between dental occlusal relationships, facial aesthetics as well as the stability of the treatment results. The study aims to determine preview level of patient satisfaction after perform fixed orthodontic treatment at the orthodontists and general dentists at students of the Faculty of dentistry at the Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh. The study was an descriptive research. The subjects of this study was 40 students of dentistry in Syiah Kuala University who finished fixed orthodontic treatment at the orthodontists and general dentists with determined by sampling purposive method. The data collecting by using questionnaires. The results showed that the results of fixed orthodontic treatment on orthodontist 20% of respondents were very satisfied, 75% of respondents were satisfied and 5% of respondents were not satisfied. The fixed orthodontic treatment on general dentists 50% of respondents were satisfied and 50% of respondents were not satisfied.Key Words: Patient satisfaction, fixed orthodontic appliance. The development of telecommunication technologies has shown remarkable improvement rapidly in this decade, one of which is in information computer and telecommunication technology. On the other hand, the services can be provided with the advance of information technology has not reached all levels of society. In Indonesia, geographic and demographic factors are among the obstacles that limit the dissemination of information. This generally occurs in remote areas such as Pulo Aceh region. To solve the problem, this study proposes a solution to overcome the isolation of information. The technology chosen for the dissemination of information is the Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial (DVB-T) using High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) technology to provide the services. The implementation of HAPS technology is expected to be able to be used as an alternative for minimizing the high cost of terrestrial infrastructure investment. This discussion is devoted to the planning of implementing HAPS in Pulo Aceh to serve the needs of communication to that community. Based on ITU recommendation, the results show that the analysis of link budget calculation with elevation angle, 34.060 has met the standard requirement. It can be concluded that Pulo Aceh can be served by a single HAPS both in terms of capacity and coverage area. However, the very low viability of transplanted stem cells limits the transplantation efficacy. The aim of this research was to obtain viable bone marrow derived stem cells by an adaptation treatment in a low oxygen tensioned in vitro culture. Low oxygen tension adaptation was adjusted to the niche of the stem cells in vivo. In this study, in vitro culture of stem cells in 1% oxygen was compared to those of the conventional culture in 21 % oxygen.Results showed that under 1% oxygentension cell proliferation was slower with larger or rounded triangle shaped cells, and senescence or dead cells was low. Meanwhile under 21 % oxygen tension cell proliferation was two fold faster with flattened and slender cells, and senescence or dead cells was higher. In conclusion, conventional in vitro culture under 21% oxygen caused cell aging (senescence) and rapid cell death, therefore the transplanted cells were not viable.
