Tissue culture is one of the alternative techniques for vegetative propagation that produce the large numbers of seedlings and uniform in a relatively short time, and also does not depend on the season. A preliminary study to induce callus and embryo somatic cocoa clones adaptive in Aceh has been carried out using immature flower parts of cocoa. The result showed that picloram was able to produce somatic embryos of staminode of various explants. Kepadatan bakteri 10 10 cfu/ml bakteri A. hydrophila diinfeksikan pada ikan nila berukuran 15 g melalui empat jalur infeksi yang berbeda. Dari hasil pengamatan diketahui bahwa in feksi melalui perendaman, pakan, injeksi intraperitoneum, dan injeksi intramuskular merupakan port entry atau jalan masuk bakteri A. hydrophila terhadap ikan nila yang bermakna bakteri mampu menyebarkan virulensi (menyebabkan ikan sakit dan atau mati) melalui air (media hidup), saluran pencernaan melalui rongga perut, dan melalui pembuluh darah. Kondisi ini dapat dilihat dari perubahan pada pola renang, penurunan nafsu makan, patologi anatomis organ dalam dan luar serta perubahan gambaran darah. Infeksi bakteri A. hydrophila melalui penyuntikan merupakan jalur infeksi yang menyebabkan ikan nila mengalami kematian lebih cepat dan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jalur infeksi melalui pakan dan perendaman. Namun injeksi melalui muskular merupakan jalur infeksi yang menyebabkan kematian lebih cepat. Infeksi melalui injeksi merupakan infeksi yang juga menyebabkan perubahan pada pola renang, patologi anatomi lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan jalur infek si yang lain. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah feses anak ayam kampung yang diperoleh dari pasar Lambaro, Banda Aceh. Sampel diambil dengan cara di swab bagian kloaka anak ayam dengan menggunakan swab steril, kemudian sampel dimasukkan ke dalam mikro tube, dan di bawa ke Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Universitas Syiah Kuala untuk dilakukan uji selanjutnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 3 kali pengambilan sampel dengan jangka waktu 1 minggu. Dengan jumlah sampel uji sebanyak 15 sampel, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Carter. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Pada pemeriksaan bakteri Escherichia coli yang telah dilakukan pada 15 sampel yaitu 9 sampel hasil positif terinfeksi bakteri Escherichia coli, sedangkan 6 sampel lain positif bakteri coliform lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa bakteri Escherichia coli menginfeksi anak ayam kampung (Gallus domesticus) di pasar Lambaro Aceh Besar.Kata kunci : Escherichia coli, Gallus domesticus, Pasar, Aceh Besar.ABSTRACTThe aim to determine the contamination of the bacterium Escherichia coli in children chicken Gallus domesticus). The sample used in this study were children chicken faeces obtained from Lambaro market, Banda Aceh. Samples were taken with the manner in cloacal swabs section chicks using a sterile swab, then the sample is introduced into the micro tube, and brought to the Microbiology Laboratory Kuala University for further test. This research was carried out with 3 times with a sampling period of 1 week. Carter sampling method the number of test samples as many as 15 samples. Data were analyzed descriptively. On examination of Escherichia coli bacteria that has been performed on 15 samples of which 9 samples positive outcome infected with the bacterium Escherichia coli, while the other six positive samples other coliform bacteria. Penyakit ini sangat sering diderita oleh balita dan juga merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian pada balita di Indonesia yang mencapai 30,8% pada Tahun 2012. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA) pada balita di Puskesmas Kuta Alam Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu 65 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan faktor status gizi dengan infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA) pada balita (p-value 0,001), ada hubungan faktor status imunisasi dengan infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA) pada balita (p-value 0,038), ada hubungan faktor lingkungan rumah dengan infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA) pada balita (p-value 0,016), dan ada hubungan faktor pengetahuan ibu dengan infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA) pada balita (p-value 0,002), di Puskesmas Kuta Alam Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Nurhayati, Nurhayati Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2012-04-17 Description An account of the resource This research was aimed to study types of host plants and sources of inoculum on mycorrhizal infectiveness. The study was conducted at Screenhouse and Soil Chemistry Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Unsyiah, and Soil Biology Laboratory of  Agriculture Faculty, USU from July 2011 to November 2011. This research used a randomized complete block design (RCBD) factorial of two factors with three replications. Factors studied were several types of host plants and some types of sources of inoculum. Host factors consisted of A1 = kudzu, A2 = soybean, A3 = corn and factors source of inoculum consisted of B1 = spore from rhizosfer kudju, B2 = r spores from soybean, B3 = spores from corn.  Variables observed were degree of mycorrhizal infection.  Results showed that there was an interaction between host plant species and inoculums sources of mycorrhizal infectivity. The best infectivity was a combination of host plant kudzu and source of spore from kudzu.
