The quality of patchouli oil is determined by the level of an organic compound known as patchouli alcohol (PA). This research is aimed to study the influence of the initial level of patchouli alcohol in patchouli oil to the final oil quality after being separated by vacuum distillation fraction method. The patchouli oils used had three different initial level of patchouli alcohol (31.11%, 32.83% and 33.61%). The results show that the increments of the initial level of patchouli alcohol tend to lower the final concentrations of this compound in the patchouli oil. The oil with 31.11% of initial patchouli alcohol contained 49.07% PA after distillation, the initial PA of 32.83% became 42.87% and the oil with the highest initial PA (33.61%) consisted only 32.85% PA in its final quality. DM tipe 2 dan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) memiliki keterkaitan dimana apabila seseorang dengan kelebihan berat badan menimbulkan adanya timbunan lemak di dalam tubuh yang mengakibatkan peningkatan kadar gula darah akibat resistennya kerja insulin sehingga dapat mencetuskan timbulnya DM tipe 2 maupun memperberat kondisi penderita DM tipe 2. Peningkatan berat badan ini menyebabkan status gizi atau IMT penderita DM tipe 2 berlebih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran IMT pada penderita DM tipe 2.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk mengadakan deskripsi tanpa dilakukan analisa yang mendalam dan telah dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2014 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil analisa dengan analisis univariat menunjukan bahwa persentase IMT pada penderita DM tipe 2 terbanyak tergolong pada obesitas tingkat I yaitu 46% dimana banyak dialami oleh perempuan dan berada pada rentang usia 51-60 tahun. Type 2 diabetes and body mass index (BMI) have relevance where if someone with overweight raises the presence of fat in the body that lead to increased blood sugar levels due to insulin resistennya that can trigger the onset of type 2 diabetes or aggravate the condition of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus . this leads to weight gain or nutritional status of patients with type 2 diabetes BMI excess. The purpose of this study is to describe the BMI in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. This study is a descriptive study conducted to hold descriptions without in-depth analysis and was conducted in December 2014 with a number of respondents as many as 100 people. The results of the analysis of univariate analysis showed that the percentage of BMI in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus most belonging to the first level of obesity at 46% where many women and are in the age range 51-60 years. Sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer yang berhubungan dengan penelitian dengan cara mewawancarai responden dan informan. Hasil penelitian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara umum pelaksanaan pemilukada Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2012 yang dilaksanakan oleh KIP Kota Banda Aceh telah berjalan sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang di emban oleh KIP tersebut. Koordinasi dan keterbukaan KIP serta informasi yang cepat dan akurat kepada para kandidat dan peserta pemilukada yang begitu efektif. KIP Kota Banda Aceh telah bersikap Independen dengan melaksanakan tahapan pemilukada sesuai dengan Undang-undang, komitmen Komisioner KIP serta komitmen untuk melaksanakan Pemilukada yang jujur dan adil. This study is approached by analysing the results of a field survey carried out using questionnaires, onsite measurements, and the relevant literatures. The further analysis in predicting the annual indoor thermal performance was conducted using TAS thermal analysis simulation software. The finding show that there is no significant difference in inside air temperature between thepost-tsunami housing and the unaffected existing housing (except traditional Acehnese houses). This study performs the actual indoor thermal performance in the post tsunami housing for couple of days and the predicted annual data of the houses simulated using TAS software.
