Sistem keterandalan sebuah gardu hubung sangat berperan penting untuk memenuhi tenaga listrik yang dibutuhkan konsumen selama 24 jam. Sehingga tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI pada Gardu Hubung Krueng Cut kemudian membandingkan dengan nilai yang telah ditargetkan PLN. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Feeder Prada, Feeder Lamgugob, Feeder Lingke, Feeder Unsyiah, dan Feeder Tungkop memenuhi nilai target PLN yaitu 0,47 kali/bulan untuk indeks SAIFI, sedangkan Feeder Neuheun dan Feeder Kruen Raya tidak memenuhi nilai target PLN. Dan untuk indeks SAIDI hanya Feeder Prada yang memenuhi nilai target PLN yaitu 0,20 jam/bulan, sedangkan Feeder lainnya tidak memenuhi nilai target PLN. Dari ketujuh Feeder tersebut, hanya feeder Prada yang memiliki nilai yang paling bagus untuk semua indeks. Hasil allignment dari nukleotida 191 bp ditemukan urutan nukleotida yang menyandi 5 asam amino yang berbeda pada posisi asam amino ke-493, 498, 499, 504, dan 515 antara isolat virus AI subtipe H5N1 asal Provinsi Aceh selama tahun 2007-2008 dengan isolat dari pembanding dari gene bank. Kontruksi pohon filogenetik menunjukkan bahwa virus AI subtipe H5N1 asal Provinsi Aceh tahun 2007-2008 mengelompok secara terpisah dari isolat Indonesia yang lain, tetapi masih dalam klaster virus AI subtipe H5N1 Indonesia. Saat kambing betina perlakuan memperlihatkan gejala berahi dan dikawinkan dianggap sebagai hari ke-0. Diagnosis kebuntingan dini menggunakan kit progesteron air susu dilakukan pada hari ke 18-22. Akurasi diagnosis kebuntingan dengan kit progesteron air susu dikonfirmasi dengan pemeriksaan pendekatan pejantan. Responsberahiperlakuan setelah sinkronisasi berahi adalah 50%. Spreading of liquids on solids involving phase change is encountered in many areas ranging from biological systems to industrial applications such as coatings, printing, painting and spraying. The fundamental study on wetting of membrane precursors namely hydrotalcite sols on a porous silica surface with different types of precursor material was successfully carried out. Relationship between the contact angle of a hydrotalcite droplet on silica surface and the Marangoni effect was also investigated. The presence of PVA in hydrotalcite sols was found to influence the rheological properties of the sols significantly, resulting in higher viscosity and ultimately leading to lower contact angle on solid surfaces. The degree of hydrotalcite's philicity on a substrate was improved by the addition of PVA solution. In this study, the spreading of a liquid droplet on a solid surface controlled by a surface tension gradient, due to Marangoni effect was found to drive better spreading of the liquid droplet. Marangoni Number, Ma was found to be proportionally related with the surface tension of the sols but inversely proportional to contact angles of the sols. Pengaruh Jenis Mulsa dan Intensitas Naungan terhadap Perkembangan Penyakit Antraknosa dan Hasil Cabai (Capsicum annum). Tesis Magister, Program Pascasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala, dibawah bimbingan Hairul Basri dan Husni.ABSTRAKPenelitian dilaksanakan diKampung Jurusen Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Provinsi Aceh dimulai dari bulan Februari sampai dengan Desember 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan polafaktorial, yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu jenis mulsa dan persentase naungan. Faktor pertama jenis mulsa terdiri dari 4 jenis yaitu tanpa mulsa, mulsa plastik, mulsa sekam padi (10 ton.ha-1), dan mulsa kulit kopi (40 ton.ha-1). Faktor kedua intensitas naungan terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu tanpa paranet, paranet 55%, paranet 65%, dan paranet 75%. Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah persentase serangan pada daun, persentase serangan pada buah dan bobot buah cabai. Jenis mulsa disertai intensitas naungan dapat mengurangi persentase penyakit antraknosa baik pada buah maupun pada tanaman cabai. Mulsa sekam padi dapat menekan persentase serangan pada tanaman, sedangkan mulsa kulit kopi dapat meningkatkan bobot buah cabai. Perkembangan penyakit pada daun dapat ditekan dengan tanpa naungan, sedangkan naungan 55%, 65% dan 75% dapat meningkatkan bobot buah cabai.Kata Kunci : cabai, mulsa, naungan dan penyakit antraknosa?
