This study aims to determine the level of community preparedness for disaster situations of Seulawah Agam Volcano, Saree sub-district area of Aceh Besar regency. This disaster education research uses a quantitative approach with crossectional design. The research was held on 15th until 31st December 2013. Population in this study is all the people who never get a disaster simulation of Seulawah Agam Volcano, Saree Sub-district area of Aceh Besar Regency which amount 226 of people consisted of men and women. The obtaining sampel was conducted by 69 of people. The sampling technique in this research were calculated using random sampling . The results showed the Preparedness of Ready by 29 people ( 42. 0 % ), Knowledge To know that as many as 27 ( 39. 2 % ), Information systems that are Less known, as many as 31 ( 44. 9 % ) compared with only 20 information known ( 28. 9 % ), the vulnerability was poor, as many as 30 ( 43. 5 % ), the Attitude was Enough as many as 32 ( 46. 4 % ), frekusensi of the Simulations in Seulawah Agam Volcano disaster situations who Do not understand as many as 29 ( 42. 0 % ). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh dosis herbisida glifosat dan paraquat pada sistem TOT terhadap sifat kimia tanah, karakteristik gulma serta hasil tanaman kedelai. Rancangan yang  digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) faktor yaitu dosis dan herbisida dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali. Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah sifat kimia tanah, karakteristik gulma, dan komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua dosis dan jenis herbisida memberikan peningkatan pH, N-total tanah, dosis 1,50 kg b.a. ha-1 memberikan nilai K-dd yang lebih baik dibandingkan dosis 0,75 dan 2,25 kg ha-1. Dosis 2,25 kg b.a. ha-1 meningkatkan persentase pengendalian gulma dan bobot kering gulma yang lebih rendah, meningkatkan komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Herbisida glifosat dan paraquat memiliki kemampuan yang sama dalam memperbaiki sifat kimia tanah, meningkatkan persentase pengendalian gulma dan menurunkan bobot kering gulma serta meningkatkan komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Interaksi antara dosis 2,25 kg b.a. ha-1 dan herbisida glifosat memberikan nilai persentase pengendalian gulma yang lebih tinggi dan bobot kering gulma yang lebih rendah.The Application of Several Dosage Herbicide Glyphosate and Paraquat in No-Tillage System and Its Influence on Soil Chemical Properties, Weed Characteristics, and Soybean YieldABSTRACT. This study aims to assess the effect of dose of herbicide glyphosate and paraquat on the NT system to soil chemical properties, weeds characteristics of soybean yield. The design used is a randomized completely block design (RBD) factorials consisting of 2 (two) factors herbicide and dose with 3 (three)  replication times. The variables properties of chemical, characteristics of weed, components and yield of soybean. The study results showed that all doses and types of herbicides provided increased pH, total soil-N, 1.50 kg dose ba ha-1 gave the value of K-dd are better than the doses of 0.75 and 2.25 kg ha-1. 2.25 kg dose b.a. ha-1 increased the percentage of weed control and dry weight weed is lower, improving yield and yield components of soybean. Herbicide glyphosate and paraquat have the same ability in improving soil chemical properties, improve weed control and reduce the percentage of dry weight of weeds and increase yield and components and yield of soybean. Fertilizer use efficiency is changing greatly depending on soil properties, fertilizer type, irrigation and level of intensive cultivation. A site specific potassium (K) experiment was conducted to formulate the fertilizer recommendation of K for rice plant in different K soil status. The objective of this research were to select a proper soil test method, classify the soil test value of K into two or more classes and fertilizer recommendation of K to rice plant. In this study it was found that the method of NH4OAc 1N pH 7 was the best technique for soil analysis. Based on the method, there are 3 available classes of K i.e. low, medium, and high. The soil with the highest availability of K does not require fertilizing with K, because it has been fulfilled by the water irrigation and straw. The fertilizer recommendation of K for rice plant at medium class is less than low class.
