This case report is purposed to evaluate one case of spontaneous parturition which ended up with vaginal delivery in one patient with preterm severe preeclampsia. We evaluate the best management which result in the best outcome for the patient and her baby. This is the case of Mrs N, 34 years old in 33-34 weeks gestational age with severe preeclampsia. When she came the blood pressure was 190/120 mmHg, protein urine +3. The blood pressure was controlled with nifedipine. The patient was given magnesium sulphate, N-acetyl cystein, and vitamin C as antioxidants. We were succeeded in completing two days of lung maturation with dexamethasone in order to give the best outcome for the baby. However, at the end, after two days of lung maturation, the patient started to enter the active phase of parturition spontaneously without labor of induction. We hypothesized that the high level of corticosteroid stimulated by the fetus initiated the process of labor. Patient delivered baby boy, 1300 grams, Apgar Score 7/8 that breathed spontaneously in room air. The patient’s condition was improving after parturition. Nifedipine, magnesium sulphate was considered the best management in pre-eclampsia.  Short course of lung maturation with dexamethasone was also considered to be beneficial for the baby. However, the initiation of parturition and the use of antioxidant as well as n-acetyl cystein in this patients was under debatable discussion. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan daya hambat ekstrak etanol daun sukun terhadap pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang dibagi dalam 6 kelompok yang terdiri dari 4 kelompok perlakuan dan 2 kelompok kontrol, masing-masing kelompok diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Kelompok perlakuan terdiri dari ekstrak ekstrak etanol daun sukun dengan konsentrasi 25%,50%, 75% dan 100%. Kelompok kontrol positif yang digunakan adalah Nistatin 100 IU, sedangkan kelompok kontrol negatif adalah Carboxy-Methyl-Cellulose (CMC) 1%. Uji daya hambat dilakukan dengan metode difusi cakram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun sukun konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100% memiliki daya hambat terhadap pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans dengan diameter zona hambat rata-rata masing-masing adalah 10,00 mm, 17,00 mm, 19,25 mm, dan 22 mm, sedangkan kontrol positif dan kontrol negatif memiliki daya hambat dengan diameter rata-rata masing-masing 10 mm dan 0 mm. Hasil analisa data dengan uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi secara normal (P > 0,05) dan uji homogenitas menunjukkan data homogen (P > 0,05). Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang bermakna dari ekstrak etanol daun sukun dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Jamur Candida albicans dengan nilai (P < 0,05). Kesimpulan dari hasil di atas adalah ekstrak etanol daun sukun memiliki pengaruh dalam menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans.Kata kunci: Daun sukun, Candida albicans, Antifungi, Daya Hambat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ikan Tamban asin dan ikan Tamban segar yang diperoleh dari tempat pendaratan, pengolahan dan penjual di pasar Tradisional. Sampel diambil secara Sensus, tiap tempat diambil sebanyak 3 ekor. Sampel yang diambil dimasukkan dalam kantung plastik steril dan diberi label, kemudian dilakukan pengujian. hasil pengamatan dinyatakan positif jika warna ungu menandakan adanya kandungan formaldehyde (formalin). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa dari 51 sampel menunjukkan 12 sampel (23,5%) positif mengandung formalin dan 39 sampel (76,5%) negatif mengandung formalin. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberadaan formalin pada ikan Tamban asin terdapat di pasar Tradisional Kecamatan Kluet Utara.Identification of Formaldehyde Contamination tamban salted fish (sardines) From the Production Lineand Marketin the Regional of Kluet Utara district Counties Aceh SelatanABSTRACKThe aim of this research was to identified the starting point territory of formaldehyde contamination on sardines fishes sold in Kluet Utara sub district of Aceh Selatan. Salt fishes and fresh fishes (sardines) was used as samples. In this research, 51 samples were collected from fish port, processing center, and traditional market. Samples were collected randomly, three samples each place. The samples were put into sterile plastic and labeled. Then the samples was analyzed using formaldehyde Test kit . The positive result indicated by purple of sample. The results of this research showed that 12 samples (23,5%) were positive and 39 samples (76,5%) were negative. In conclusion, formaldehyde was contained in fish (sardine) in traditional market at Kecamatan Kluet Utara. The effect of MHD in a fluid flow has the potential in controlling the separation of flow, optimizing the heat transfer involved or manipulate the velocity of fluidflow. In this paper, the separation times and flow characteristics of a viscous fluid flow past a sphere are investigated in the presence of magnetic field. In order to solve this problem, the dimensional equations that govern the fluid flow and heat transfer are transformed into dimensionless equations by usingappropriate dimensionless variables. The stream functions are introduced to connect and thus having a function that can represent both velocity u and v. Similarity variables are used to deduce the dimensionless governing equations into a system of nonlinear partial differential equations. This system of equations is solved numerically by using numerical scheme known as the Keller-Box method. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara membaca buku teks, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan bahan-bahan bacaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai informan penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk partisipasi yang dominan dikalangan pemilih pemula SMA 3 dan SMA 4 dengan menggunakan hak pilihnya di kota Banda Aceh tahun 2014 adalah bentuk pemberian suara, mengikuti kampanye, diskusi politik, dan kegiatan kepartaian. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilih pemula SMA 3 dan SMA 4 kota Banda Aceh dalam menggunakan haknya yaitu orang tua, pilihan sendiri, partai politik, media massa dan iklan, serta teman sepergaulan.Disarankan kepada pemilih pemula agar dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dalam setiap pemilihan umum untuk menentukan bangsa Indonesia kedepannya lebih baik dan kepada partai politik, media massa. This paper was purposed to assess the several cases of diabetes mellitus in pregnancy that were managed in Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh. Rancangan ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pengetahuan dan informasi tentang musik.Dalam proses ini diawali dengan pengamatan, studi literature, studi banding, melalui, internet, tahapan selanjutnya yaitu identifikasi masalah yang timbul dalam perancangan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi tapak, peraturan pemerintah daerah, kriteria perencanaan serta tututan perencanaan.
