Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model Vector Auto Regressive (VAR). Dimana data skunder berbentuk kuartalan (triwulan) dari tahun 1990:1 sampai 2013:4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BI rate, kredit, PDB riil, dan inflasi memiliki pengaruh untuk mencapai tujuan akhir mekanisme transmisi yaitu menjaga kestabilan harga dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil uji Impulse Response Function (IRF) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara BI rate terhadap kredit, PDB riil, dan inflasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter melalui perubahan BI rate sangat tepat untuk memengaruhi kredit, PDB riil, dan inflasi. Bekerjanya shock BI rate direspon cepat oleh seluruh variabel, kecuali terhadap inflasi. Uji Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) menunjukkan shock BI rate memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap inflasi. Sedangkan shock BI rate hanya memberikan konstribusi yang kecil terhadap PDB riil. Penelitian ini menunjukkan kebijakan moneter dalam mengatur BI rate sangat efektif untuk memengaruhi inflasi. Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae are most common of bacteria that cause pneumonia. This study conducted t odetermine the effect of ethanol extracts of pegagan in inhibiting the growth of S. aureus and K. pneumoniae that caused pneumonia. The type of this study is a laboratory experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD). Testing of inhibitory growth effect was measured by Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method. The results showed that ethanol extracts of pegagan at 12.5%, 25%, 50% and 75% concentrations formed inhibition zones on the growth of S. aureus, on average respectively of 7.00 mm, 9.20 mm, 13.20 mm, and 14.50 mm, whereas on the growth of K. pneumoniae, it didn’t form any inhibition zone. The results of ANOVA and Duncan (α=1%) tests showed that ethanol extracts of pegagan at all concentrations made a significant difference in inhibiting the growth of S. aureus compared to negative and positive control. The ability of ethanol extracts of pegagan to inhibit the growth of S. aureus at 12.5% and 25% concentrations categorized as no inhibitory growth effect, whereas 50% and 75% concentrations categorized as weak inhibitory growth effect. While the ethanol extracts of pegagan at all concentrations of the tests categorized as no inhibitory growth effect for K. pneumoniae. It can be concluded that ethanol extracts of pegagan inhibit the growth of S. aureus, but do not inhibit the growth of K. pneumoniae. However, the reliability of the equipments will degraded after sometime, and appropriate maintenance has to be taken accordingly to avoid future faults. Infrared thermography (IRT) image analysis is a commonly used technique for diagnosing the reliability of electrical equipments. Conventionally, the analysis of infrared image is done manually and takes very long time for further analysis. This paper proposes an automatic thermal fault detection and classification system for evaluating thecondition of electrical equipment by analyzing its infrared image. First, the image is segmented to find the target region of interest (ROI). The detected regions which have the same region properties are grouped together in order to remove the unwanted regions. Finally, statistical features from each detected region are extracted and classified using the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. The thermal condition of electrical equipments is evaluated based on qualitative measurement technique. The experimental result shows that the proposed system can detect and classify the thermal condition of electrical equipments. Memaafkan menjadi sangat penting bagi remaja yang orang tuanya bercerai untuk dapat terus mempertahankan hubungan baik dengan orang tuanya agar dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi diri sendiri dan anggota keluarga yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika memaafkan pada remaja yang orang tuanya bercerai di Kota Banda Aceh. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang remaja dengan karakteristik berdomisili di Banda Aceh, merupakan anak kandung dari orang tua yang bercerai, dan bersedia menceritakan pengalamannya terkait perceraian orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga responden memiliki dinamika memaafkan yang berbeda-beda. Dari tiga orang responden yang diwawancarai, hanya satu orang responden yang mampu memaafkan. Proses memaafkan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas hubungan dengan pihak yang dianggap bersalah, serta pemaknaan dan penghayatan rasa sakit hati yang dirasakan oleh responden terhadap pihak yang dianggap bersalah dan juga terhadap peristiwa yang dialami responden.Kata Kunci : memaafkan, remaja, perceraian orang tua. This case-series-study was conducted in Zainoel Abidin and Ibu dan Anak  Hospital, as referral and teaching Hospitals, Faculty of Medicine Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh, from January until October 2011 with descriptive analytic method. The outcomes were the success of VBAC. There were 50 subjects attempted VBAC. From 50 subjects who attempted VBAC, 45 subjects (90%) were succeed in vaginal delivery, 5 subjects (10%) were unsuccessful and had to undergo emergency C-Section. The parameters which were likely to contribute to the success of vaginal delivery in subjects who attempted VBAC were gestational age less than 40 weeks, the progress of cervical dilatation of less than 1 cm in 60 minutes, more ripened cervix on the labor. Parameters such as lower baby’s weight and history of vaginal delivery also result in the success of VBAC.
