Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung (direct effect) dan metode regresi hirarkis untuk menganalisis pengaruh/hubungan tidak langsung (indirect effect). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi Internal, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai UPT (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Balai dan Loka Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Se-Sumatera, kemudian Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi UPT (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Balai dan Loka Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Se-Sumatera. Dari hasil penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat efek mediasi dari motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi, sehingga motivasi kerja dan kinerja organisasi merupakan variabel dependen terhadap komunikasi internal, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi. Lately, indulgence in the use of batik in Yogyakarta has led to increased waste in the form of the remnants. Batik remnants in Yogyakarta that continue to accumulate and not used will have a negative impact and cause environmental pollution. The purpose of this research is to build an innovative application on the utilization of industrial wastes that is the recycling of batik remnants into products of economic value.  It is expected that utilizing batik remnants can produce creative and innovative womens’ wear. The objectives are to create a number of artistic designs from batik remnants and at the same time save the environment. A total of four contemporary womens’ wear from batik remnants produced into prototypes. Reproductive biology data is one of the important information to strategise conservation plan. This paper reported the spawning ground of the depik, hence this paper is contributing the additional importance information on the reproductive biology of R. in relation to provide comprehensive our understanding on the reproductive biology of this species. The study was conducted during July to November 2009 in Lake Laut Tawar. A total of 13 spawning grounds were detected in the study where the locations are distributed in five villages namely, five locations in Mendale, two locations in Kelitu,   two locations in Gegarang, three locations in Bewang dan one location in Pedemon. However, only four sites remained active in the dry season i.e. two sites in Kelitu and two sites in Gegarang villages. Hewan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 ekor kambing kacang umur 1,5-2,5 tahun, mempunyai siklus estrus yang normal dan dikawinkan secara alami dengan pejantan. Pemeriksaan dilakukan pada usia kebuntingan 53-97 hari. Dari hasil pemeriksaan didapatkan hasil 2 ekor kambing kacang didiagnosis positif bunting tunggal (1 fetus) dan sisanya (4 ekor kambing kacang) didiagnosis positif bunting kembar (2 fetus). Dua ekor kambing kacang yang didiagnosis positif bunting tunggal dikonfirmasi saat melahirkan, semuanya melahirkan anak 1 ekor. Seluruh kambing kacang yang didiagnosis positif bunting kembar melahirkan anak 2 ekor. Akurasi penggunaan USG transcutaneus dalam penentuan jumlah fetus tunggal dan kembar adalah 100%. This study used 24 male white rats were randomly divided into fourtreatment groups consisting of six rats. The first group was given distilled water as a control, the second group was given 500 g / kg ethanol extract bangunbangun (EEC), the third group was given 500 g / kg EEC SRBC, and the fourth group was given distilled water+SRBC. EEC was administered orally every day for thirty days. SRBC administered intraperitoneally of 0.1 ml on day eight and day fifthteen. On day 31, blood was collected by decapitation, and collected in a tube that has been coated with an anticoagulant, and centrifuged to obtain serum. Antibody titers were measured by haemagglutination method. Weight gain is obtained by calculating the difference in initial weight and final weight of research. The data obtained were tabulated and analyzed by ANOVA and LSD test.
