The bioetanol development from biomass bases on lignocellulose like pulp of coffee is one of alternative energy which has potential to be applied in Indonesia. Beside of raw material sources that are so many in our country, the process is also environmentally friendly. Conversion of coffee pulp becomes ethanol using Simultaneous Sacharification and Fermentation (SSF) technology by cellulase had been done on this research. Sacharification process or hydrolysis process, cellulase enzyme will break cellulose polymer becomes glucose. Then, glucose through fermentation is changed to ethanol by using yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This study using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with factorial pattern consisting of two factors. Factor I is the optimum pH (P) consists of three standards are: P1 = 4, P2 = 4.5, P3 = 5. Factor II is the incubation time (fermentation) (T) consisting of four standard that is T1 = 24 hours, T2 = 48 hours, T3 = 72 hours, and T4 = 96 hours. Pretreatment to break the lignin is done by soaking in 2% H2SO4 for 20 hours in the erlenmeyer. The analysis performed consists of the initial analysis and final analysis. Initial analysis consisted of analysis of water content, pH analysis, levels of cellulose and glucose levels, against the skin of the coffee pulp before the simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF), whereas the final analysis included analysis of ethanol content, the analysis of cellulose and glucose from a solution of ethanol produced. The optimum pH treatment (P), incubation time (fermentation) (T) and interaction optimum pH and incubation time (fermentation) (PT) has very significant (P ≤ 0.01), on levels of ethanol produced. The highest levels of ethanol obtained by fermentation of 96 hours and the optimum pH 4.5 and 5. Sampel yang digunakan urin kambing kacang (Capra sp.) jantan dan betina 13 ekor pada pagi hari menggunakan dipstick urin (VerifyTM) ke dalam urin yang telah ditampung sebelumnya. Dipstick urin (VerifyTM) ini dicelupkan ke dalam urin dan langsung dibaca hasil dengan mencocokkan warna standard pada dipstick urin (VerifyTM) dengan waktu 30-120 detik. Dipstick urin ini secara semikuantitatif meliputi pengukuran nilai leukosit, nitrit, urobilinogen, protein, pH, darah dalam urin, berat jenis, keton, bilirubin dan glukosa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kambing yang berumur 6 bulan terdapat nitrit, darah 1 ekor, pH bersifat basa dan BJ dalam keadaan normal. Pada kambing umur 1-3 tahun terdapat leukosit dalam 4 ekor, nitrit 2 ekor, protein 4 ekor, bilirubin 1 ekor kambing, pH bersifat basa dan BJ dalam keadaan normal. This research was done from October to November 2013. The Sample used in this research was urine of local goats (Capra sp.) male and female 13 goats in the morning dipstick urine by dipping dipstick urine( VerifyTM) into the urine which has collected before. Dipstick urine (VerifyTM) dipped in the urine and directly read by comparing the results with a standard color on urine dipstick (VerifyTM) with interval 30-120 seconds. Namun kenyataan menujukan bahwa siswa sekolah tingkat pertama, pada umumnya masih banyak yang belum memahami dan mengalami kesalahan dalam mempelajari sudut dan garis serta belum mampu menguasai konsep-konsep sudut dan garis. Mengingat kenyataan tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Kuta Karo Aceh besar dan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kemampuan siswa terhadap materi sudut dan garis, menentukan jenis kesalahan dan penyebab kesalahan siswa memahami materi sudut dan garis. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah gabungan pendekatan kualitatif dan kualitatif. Teknikk pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan tes dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memeriksa soal jawaban siswa dan dikonversikan ke dalam kriteria kemampuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh informasi bahwa dari 27 siswa yang mengikuti tes kemampuan materi sudut dan garis dapat disimpulkan bahwa menguasai kategori kemampuan-1 ada 11 orang (35,48%), yang menguasai kategori kemampuan-2 ada 4 orang (12,9%), dan kategori kemampuan-3 tidak ada satu orang pun yang menguasai (0%). Kesalahan siswa masih terjadi pada semua kategori kemampuan yang ditetapkan, diantaranya: kesalahan konsep; kesalahan prinsip; kesalahan operasi; kesalahan variable; dan kesalahan kecerobohan. Sedangkan penyebab kesalahan siswa secara umum adalah karena: siswa tidak paham dalam menentukan nilai sudut dan garis, dan siswa kurang paham dalam menerapkan teorema sudut dan garis; siswa kurang paham menentukan penjumlahan dan per kalian, pembagian dalam materi tersebut; siswa belum memahami sudut dan garis. The results by using adsorbent dosage 20 g/L indicated the   adsorption efficiency was up to 99%, and the best result is obtained about 99,963% when adsorbate is  conducted with modified bark for 90 minutes. The adsorption behavior by modified bark followed the Langmuir isotherm model and the Freundlich isotherm model for modified bark. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang perna makan Restoran Pizza Hut sedangkan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F dan uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor harga, selera dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian Pizza Hut Dikota Banda Aceh , hal ini ditunjukkan oleh persamaan Y = 0,480 + 0,378? X?_1 + 0,355 X_2 + 0,290 X_3, dari ketiga faktor tersebut faktor yang paling besar pengaruhnya yaitu faktor harga terlihat dari persamaan regresi linier berganda sebesar 0.378 (? X?_1) sebaliknya faktor yang paling kecil pengaruh adalah faktor pendapatan sebesar 0,290( X_3). Pengujian koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0,596% dapat diartikan 59,6% keputusan pembelian Pizza Hut dipengaruhi oleh faktor harga, selera dan pendapatan sebaliknya hanya 40,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak teramati. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Untuk uji F Hasil pengolahan data memperlihatkan nilai F_hitung sebesar 12,789. Nilai F_tabel pada tingkat keyakinan 95% menunjukkan angka sebesar 2,975. Karena nilai F_hitung > F_tabel ( 12,789 > 2,975) maka hipotesis Ha diterima, sebaliknya hipotesis Ho ditolak, dan untuk uji t Dengan membandingkan nilai t_hitung dan nilai t_tabel, dapat diketahui nilai t_hitung untuk faktor harga sebesar 3,903, untuk faktor selera sebesar 3,024, dan untuk faktor pendapatan sebesar 3,401.
